The two types of section bars are formed by cold bending a cold rolled carbon steel plate, and the production process of the section bar generally comprises the following steps: firstly, leveling a cold rolled carbon steel plate coil stock; secondly, punching module mounting holes with standard intervals by using a continuous punching die; step three, gradually cold-bending and forming by cold-bending equipment; fourthly, cutting the steel plate into a certain length; fifthly, cutting the blank into required lengths according to requirements; and sixthly, cleaning, surface repairing, polishing, phosphorus washing, drying, protecting plug holes, electrostatic spraying, curing and drying. The section bar has the advantages that: mounting holes are formed in the sectional materials, the sectional materials can be connected in a screwing mode, a riveting mode and the like to assemble a cabinet frame, and related accessories outside the cabinet, such as door panels, side plates and the like, can be fixed and mounted on the sectional materials through the mounting holes in the sectional materials. The disadvantages are that: firstly, large-scale precise cold bending equipment is involved in the production process, one cold bending production line can only produce one section, and at least twelve bending steps are carried out, so that the requirements on the technology and the precision of the production process are high; secondly, the standard modular mounting holes are equidistant, so that elements and related accessories cannot be mounted or fixed in the space between the standard modular mounting holes and the holes, and the flexible assembly in the true sense cannot be completed; thirdly, the door plate, the side plate and the external related accessories of the door plate and the side plate are required to be punched to correspond to the standard modular hole site in the section bar, and the door plate, the side plate and the external related accessories are required to be matched well, so that the difficulty coefficient related to the precision in the production process is increased; fourthly, the bending radius of the bending part of the cold-bending section bar, and the bolt connection and riveting holes of the section bar, an external door panel, a side plate and external related accessories all increase the difficulty coefficient for solving the problem of protection grade; fifthly, the sectional area of the sectional material is larger due to the thickness of the sectional material and the bending radius, the weight of the unit length is heavier, and the case cabinet formed by assembling is heavier.
According to the search, most of the section bars in the market are adjusted and improved on the basis of the section bars of Rittal company in Germany, namely the Weiwei picture cabinet which is usually described in the market. There is no section bar with simple production process, simple assembly, light weight and high strength in the true sense.

The profile does not need any processing procedure except for cutting length, the trapezoidal groove and the bridge cut-off opening are connected and fastened with the outside through the fastening piece, the size of the fastening piece is small, the processing is more convenient, the cost is lower compared with the processing of the whole profile, and the precision can be better ensured.

As shown in fig. 4, the first bridge-cut opening and the second bridge-cut opening are used for allowing screws to pass through and connect the internal and external fasteners or fix related elements, and the inter-profile connection is completed through corner pieces to assemble the chassis and cabinet frame.
As shown in fig. 4, the first trapezoidal groove and the second trapezoidal groove are used for placing and hiding the fastener, and can move at any position in the length direction of the trapezoidal groove, so that the purpose of flexibly adjusting the fixed position is achieved.
