Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide an adapter that can be effectively fixed to a syringe and is not easily loosened. It is a further object of the present invention to provide a syringe including the adapter.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:
The adapter is of a cylindrical structure, the adapter comprises a fixing portion, a limiting portion and a screwing cap portion, the fixing portion, the limiting portion and the screwing cap portion are sequentially distributed along the axial direction, the fixing portion is used for being matched with the outer wall of a syringe, the limiting portion is located on the inner side of the adapter and used for being in limiting clamping connection with the shoulder portion of the syringe, the screwing cap portion is used for encircling the periphery of a cone portion of the syringe and provided with a locking structure for fixing a protective cap, and fixing glue is arranged between the inner wall of the fixing portion and the outer wall of the syringe.
Preferably, the inner wall of the fixing portion is provided with a first glue groove for accommodating the fixing glue.
Preferably, the outer wall of the fixing part is provided with a glue injection hole communicated with the first glue groove.
Preferably, a second glue groove for accommodating the fixing glue is formed inside the outer port of the fixing portion.
Preferably, the inner wall of the fixing portion is provided with a plurality of ribs.
Preferably, the limiting part is a snap ring structure, the snap ring structure comprises a shoulder limiting surface used for being in limiting abutting connection with the syringe shoulder, the surface, facing the opening end of the screwing part, of the other side of the snap ring structure is a protective cap limiting surface, and the fixing glue is arranged between the inner ring of the snap ring structure and the syringe cone.
Preferably, the outer periphery of the adapter is provided with a plurality of ribs, or the outer periphery of the adapter is frosted.
Preferably, the fixing part is connected with an extension sleeve matched with the outer wall of the syringe, and the tail end of the extension sleeve is provided with a handle protruding outwards.
Preferably, an observation hole extending along the axial direction is formed in the lengthened sleeve, and graduation lines are arranged at the edge of the observation hole.
The adapter provided by the invention is of a cylindrical structure, and comprises a fixing part, a limiting part and a screwing cap part which are sequentially distributed along the axial direction, wherein the fixing part is used for being matched with the outer wall of a syringe of the injector, the limiting part is positioned at the inner side of the adapter and is used for being in limiting clamping connection with the shoulder part of the syringe of the injector, the screwing cap part is used for encircling the periphery of the cone part of the syringe of the injector and is provided with a locking structure for fixing a protective cap, and a fixing adhesive is arranged between the inner wall of the fixing part and the outer wall of the syringe. When this scheme adapter is assembled with the syringe, fixed part and the cooperation of syringe outer wall are used for guaranteeing coaxial location, and spacing part and the spacing joint of syringe shoulder are used for guaranteeing the axial positioning of adapter and syringe, simultaneously, realize glued fixed connection through the fixed glue between fixed part and the syringe outer wall, have guaranteed the firm in connection of adapter and syringe cylinder, make the adapter be difficult for not hard up, have improved product reliability.
The invention also provides a syringe comprising the adapter. The development of the beneficial effects produced by the syringe is substantially similar to that produced by the adapter described above, and therefore will not be described in detail herein.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the present invention provides an adapter, which is a cylindrical structure, and is applied to an injector, the injector includes a syringe 1, a syringe shoulder 2 and a syringe cone 3, the syringe cone 3 includes a cone inner hole 4 and a cone outer peripheral surface 5, as shown in fig. 1, the adapter includes a fixing portion, a limiting portion and a screwing cap portion, which are sequentially distributed along an axial direction, the fixing portion is used for being matched with an outer wall of the syringe 1 of the injector, the limiting portion is located at an inner side of the adapter and is used for being in limiting clamping connection with the syringe shoulder 2 of the injector, the screwing cap portion is used for surrounding the periphery of the syringe cone 3 of the injector and is provided with a locking structure for fixing a protective cap, the locking structure can be designed as a buckle or a thread 8, in this scheme, the thread 8 is adopted as the locking structure, and a fixing adhesive is arranged between an inner wall of the fixing portion and an outer wall of the syringe 1. When the adapter is assembled with the injector, the fixing part is matched with the outer wall of the syringe 1 to ensure coaxial positioning, the limiting part is clamped with the syringe shoulder 2 to ensure axial positioning of the adapter and the syringe 1, and meanwhile, adhesive fixing connection is realized between the fixing part and the outer wall of the syringe 1 through fixing glue, so that connection firmness of the adapter and the syringe is ensured, the adapter is not easy to loosen, and product reliability is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, the fixing portion includes a fixing portion outer surface 9 and a fixing portion inner surface 12, wherein the fixing portion inner surface 12 is used for positioning the adaptor in a radial direction (coaxiality), a first glue groove 10 for accommodating fixing glue is provided on the fixing portion inner surface 12, i.e. an inner wall of the fixing portion, and further preferably, a glue injection hole 11 communicated with the first glue groove 10 is provided on an outer wall of the fixing portion, so that glue injection is conveniently performed after assembly, as shown in fig. 3. Of course, the glue injection hole 11 is not required, and when the glue injection hole 11 is not provided, the fixing glue is coated in the first glue groove 10, and then the assembly and the fixation are performed.
Further preferably, the second glue groove 14 for containing the fixing glue is also provided on the inner side of the outer port of the fixing portion, as shown in fig. 4, and the fixing glue is also provided on the outer port of the fixing portion, i.e., the tail end, so that the fixing effect of the fixing portion and the syringe 1 can be further enhanced. Ribs 13 may be provided in the inner surface 12 of the fixing portion, as shown in fig. 5, the ribs 13 also functioning as glue grooves.
It should be noted that, the inner surface 12 of the fixing portion and the outer wall of the syringe 1 may be in a transition fit or an interference fit.
As shown in fig. 1, preferably, the limiting part is a snap ring structure, the snap ring structure comprises a shoulder limiting surface 16 used for limiting and abutting against the syringe shoulder 2 and used for axially positioning the adapter, the surface, facing the opening end of the screwing part, of the other side of the snap ring structure is a protective cap limiting surface 15 used for limiting the screwing depth of the protective cap into the adapter, a fixing adhesive is arranged between the inner ring of the snap ring structure and the syringe cone 3, and the inner ring of the snap ring structure is a snap ring adhesive injecting surface 17, as shown in fig. 2. The screw cap portion comprises a screw cap portion outer surface 6 and a screw cap portion inner surface 7, the screw cap portion inner surface 7 being provided with threads 8 for connection fixation with a screw cap.
During assembly, glue is coated in the first glue groove 10, the second glue groove 14, the rib 13 or the clamping ring glue injection surface 17, and then the assembly and the fixation are carried out.
It should be noted that the first glue groove 10, the second glue groove 14, the rib 13 and the snap ring glue injection surface 17 may be annular or discrete grooves.
Because the adapter in the prior art is shorter, medical staff can only pinch the outer surface of the adapter by two fingers when screwing the cap, and the operation is inconvenient. And because the outer surface of the adapter is provided with hard ribs, hand fatigue or discomfort can occur after the cap is continuously screwed. In order to solve the technical problem, the length of the original adapter can be greatly prolonged by the fixing part of the adapter, medical staff can grasp the outer surface of the adapter by hands when screwing the cap, the contact area between the hands and the outer surface of the adapter is increased, the operation is convenient, and the comfort level is improved. In order to further enhance the ease of screwing the cap, the outer periphery of the adapter is preferably provided with a plurality of ribs or the outer periphery of the adapter is frosted 20. The ribs provided on the outer periphery of the adapter may be configured as longitudinal ribs 19 extending along the longitudinal direction of the syringe 1 (as shown in fig. 8) or may be configured as transverse ribs 18 perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the syringe 1 (as shown in fig. 7).
The outer surface 6 of the screwing cap portion and the outer surface 9 of the fixing portion should be coaxial, and the outer surface 6 of the screwing cap portion and the outer surface 9 of the fixing portion may be coincident (as shown in fig. 2 to 5) or may not be in a plane (as shown in fig. 1). The screw cap portion outer surface 6 and the fixing portion outer surface 9 may be provided with handle transverse ribs 18, longitudinal ribs 19 or frosting 20.
Because the contact part of the adapter and the needle cylinder cone part 3 in the prior art is smaller, the coaxiality is not guaranteed during assembly. The existing adapter is clamped on the syringe cone part 3 of the injector, so that the contact length (area) between the rubber in the protective cap and the outer wall of the syringe cone part 3 is limited, and the tightness is not guaranteed. The fixed part inner surface 12 in this scheme and the outer wall large tracts of land contact of cylinder 1 can be transition fit or interference fit, is favorable to guaranteeing axiality, and the adapter need not block at cylinder cone 3, can use the longer helmet of screw thread and inner core, makes the product have good leakproofness.
The glass syringe handles of the prior art are at the syringe end due to the inability of the glass article to be shaped at will. In fact, some syringe handles are most suitable in the middle of the syringe due to the hand size. In order to facilitate the injection operation of the medical staff, as shown in fig. 6, it is preferable that the fixing portion is connected with an elongated sleeve for cooperation with the outer wall of the cylinder 1, and the end of the elongated sleeve is provided with an outwardly protruding handle 23. It should be noted that, along the length direction of the syringe 1, the inner wall of the extension sleeve may be provided with a plurality of annular glue grooves or longitudinal glue grooves, and fixedly connected with the outer periphery of the syringe 1 through fixing glue.
Further preferably, the extension sleeve is provided with an observation hole 21 extending along the axial direction, and the edge of the observation hole 21 is provided with graduation marks 22. The observation hole 21 and the graduation marks 22 extending along the length direction of the syringe 1 can help medical staff to observe the infusion condition more conveniently.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1) The problem of loose connection between the adapter and the glass syringe jacket is solved by adopting colloid fixation;
2) This adapter structure is longer than current adapter, and medical personnel can grasp the adapter surface with the hand when twisting the cap, convenient operation and area of contact are big. The hand discomfort can not occur after the cap is continuously screwed.
3) The adapter is in large-area contact with the outer wall of the needle cylinder, is in transition fit or interference fit, is beneficial to guaranteeing coaxiality, and enables a product to have good tightness.
4) The adapter is not clamped on the conical part of the needle cylinder, can be suitable for a protective cap with longer threads and an inner core, and is beneficial to the sealing performance of products.
The invention also provides a syringe comprising the adapter. The development of the beneficial effects produced by the syringe is substantially similar to that produced by the adapter described above, and therefore will not be described in detail herein. Preferably, the injector provided by the invention is specifically a glass injector.
