The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to an injector and an adapter thereof.
Background
The syringe with luer locking joint is more suitable for filling and using viscous liquid medicine, and the market demand of the product is greatly increased in recent years. Since some syringes are made of glass and cannot be shaped freely, if the syringe is made into a luer lock connector, an adapter with internal threads is required to be arranged at the conical head part of the glass outer sleeve, and the adapter is matched with a protective cap for use, so that the syringe is sealed.
According to market research at present, the biggest problem of the syringe with the luer locking connector in the use process is the connection firmness problem of the adapter and the glass syringe jacket, and clinical accidents that the adapter is loosened or even falls off frequently occur in the use process.
Therefore, how to firmly connect the adapter and the syringe is a technical problem which needs to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides an adapter that can be effectively fixed to a syringe and is not easily loosened. It is another object of the present invention to provide a syringe including the adapter.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
the adapter is of a cylindrical structure and comprises a fixing part, a limiting part and a screwing cap part, wherein the fixing part, the limiting part and the screwing cap part are sequentially distributed along the axial direction, the fixing part is used for being matched with the outer wall of a syringe of an injector, the limiting part is located on the inner side of the adapter and used for being in limiting clamping connection with the shoulder of the syringe of the injector, the screwing cap part is used for surrounding the periphery of the conical part of the syringe of the injector and is provided with a locking structure for fixing a protective cap, and fixing glue is arranged between the inner wall of the fixing part and the outer wall of the syringe.
Preferably, the inner wall of the fixing portion is provided with a first glue groove for accommodating the fixing glue.
Preferably, the outer wall of the fixing part is provided with a glue injection hole communicated with the first glue groove.
Preferably, a second glue groove for accommodating the fixing glue is arranged on the inner side of the outer port of the fixing part.
Preferably, the inner wall of the fixing portion is provided with a plurality of ribs.
Preferably, the limiting part is of a clamping ring structure, the clamping ring structure comprises a shoulder limiting surface used for being abutted against the shoulder of the needle cylinder in a limiting mode, the surface, facing the opening end of the screwing cap part, of the other side of the clamping ring structure is a protective cap limiting surface, and the fixing glue is arranged between the inner ring of the clamping ring structure and the conical part of the needle cylinder.
Preferably, the periphery of the adapter is provided with a plurality of ribs, or the periphery of the adapter is a frosted surface.
Preferably, the fixing part is connected with an extension sleeve matched with the outer wall of the needle cylinder, and the tail end of the extension sleeve is provided with a handle protruding outwards.
Preferably, an observation hole extending along the axial direction is formed in the lengthened sleeve, and scale marks are arranged on the edge of the observation hole.
The adapter provided by the invention is of a cylindrical structure, and comprises a fixing part, a limiting part and a screwing cap part which are sequentially distributed along the axial direction, wherein the fixing part is used for being matched with the outer wall of a syringe of an injector, the limiting part is positioned on the inner side of the adapter and used for being in limiting clamping connection with the shoulder of the syringe of the injector, the screwing cap part is used for surrounding the periphery of the conical part of the syringe of the injector and is provided with a locking structure for fixing a protective cap, and fixing glue is arranged between the inner wall of the fixing part and the outer wall of the syringe. When this scheme adapter and syringe assembly, fixed part and the cooperation of cylinder outer wall are used for guaranteeing coaxial positioning, and spacing part and the spacing joint of cylinder shoulder are used for guaranteeing the axial positioning of adapter and cylinder, simultaneously, realize sticky fixed connection through the fixed glue between fixed part and the cylinder outer wall, have guaranteed the firm in connection degree of adapter and syringe cylinder, make the difficult not hard up of adapter, have improved product reliability.
The invention also provides a syringe comprising the adapter. The derivation process of the beneficial effect of the syringe is substantially similar to the derivation process of the beneficial effect brought by the adapter, and therefore, the description is omitted.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the present invention provides an adapter, which is a cylindrical structure and is applied to an injector, the injector includes a syringe 1, a syringe shoulder 2 and a syringe cone 3, the syringe cone 3 includes a cone inner hole 4 and a cone outer peripheral surface 5, as shown in fig. 1, the adapter includes a fixing portion, a limiting portion and a screw cap portion, which are sequentially distributed along an axial direction, the fixing portion is used for matching with an outer wall of the syringe 1 of the injector, the limiting portion is located inside the adapter and is used for limiting and clamping with the syringe shoulder 2 of the injector, the screw cap portion is used for surrounding the outer periphery of the syringe 3 of the injector and is provided with a locking structure for fixing a cone protector, the locking structure can be designed as a buckle or a thread 8, in the present scheme, the thread 8 is used as the locking structure, and a fixing glue is provided between an inner wall of. When this scheme adapter and syringe assembly, the cooperation of fixed part and 1 outer wall of cylinder is used for guaranteeing coaxial positioning, and spacing part and 2 spacing joints of cylinder shoulder are used for guaranteeing adapter and 1 axial positioning of cylinder, and simultaneously, realize sticky fixed connection through the fixed glue between fixed part and the 1 outer wall of cylinder, have guaranteed the firm in connection degree of adapter and syringe cylinder, make the difficult not hard up of adapter, have improved product reliability.
Referring to fig. 1, the fixing portion includes a fixing portion outer surface 9 and a fixing portion inner surface 12, the fixing portion inner surface 12 is used for radial (coaxial) positioning of the adapter, a first glue groove 10 for containing fixing glue is provided on the fixing portion inner surface 12, that is, an inner wall of the fixing portion, and further preferably, an outer wall of the fixing portion is provided with a glue injection hole 11 communicated with the first glue groove 10 for facilitating glue injection after assembly, as shown in fig. 3. Certainly, the glue injection hole 11 may not be provided in the present scheme, and when the glue injection hole 11 is not provided, the fixing glue is firstly coated in the first glue groove 10, and then the assembling and fixing are performed.
It is further preferable that the inner side of the outer port of the fixing portion is also provided with a second glue groove 14 for accommodating fixing glue, as shown in fig. 4, and the outer port, i.e. the tail end, of the fixing portion is also provided with fixing glue, so that the fixing effect of the fixing portion and the needle cylinder 1 can be further enhanced. Ribs 13 may be provided in the inner surface 12 of the fixing portion, as shown in fig. 5, the ribs 13 also functioning as glue grooves.
It should be noted that the inner surface 12 of the retaining portion and the outer wall of the barrel 1 may be a transition fit or an interference fit.
As shown in fig. 1, the limiting part is preferably a snap ring structure, and the snap ring structure comprises a shoulder limiting surface 16 for limiting and abutting with the syringe shoulder 2 and used for axially positioning the adapter; the surface of the other side of the snap ring structure facing the opening end of the screwing cap part is a protective cap limiting surface 15 used for limiting the depth of the protective cap screwed into the adapter, fixing glue is arranged between the inner ring of the snap ring structure and the syringe cone part 3, and the inner ring of the snap ring structure is a snap ring glue injection surface 17 as shown in fig. 2. The screw cap part comprises a screw cap part outer surface 6 and a screw cap part inner surface 7, the screw cap part inner surface 7 is provided with a thread 8 for connection fixation with a screw head cap.
During assembly, glue is coated in the first glue groove 10, the second glue groove 14, the rib 13 or the glue injection surface 17 of the snap ring, and then assembly and fixation are carried out.
It should be noted that the first glue groove 10, the second glue groove 14, the rib 13 and the snap ring glue injection surface 17 may be annular or discrete grooves.
Because the adapter in the prior art is short, when the medical staff twists the cap, the outer surface of the adapter can be pinched by two fingers, and the operation is inconvenient. And because the outer surface of the adapter is designed with the hard ribs, the hand fatigue or discomfort can occur after the cap is continuously screwed. In order to solve the technical problem, the length of the original adapter can be greatly prolonged by the fixing part of the adapter provided by the scheme, medical workers can grasp the outer surface of the adapter by hands when screwing the cap, the contact area between the hands and the outer surface of the adapter is increased, the operation is convenient, and the comfort level is improved. To further improve the ease of screwing on the cap, it is preferred that the outer circumference of the adapter is provided with a plurality of ribs or that the outer circumference of the adapter is a frosted surface 20. It should be noted that the ribs provided on the outer periphery of the adapter may be designed as longitudinal ribs 19 extending in the longitudinal direction of the cylinder 1 (as shown in fig. 8), or as transverse ribs 18 extending perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction of the cylinder 1 (as shown in fig. 7).
The screw cap portion outer surface 6 and the fixation portion outer surface 9 should be coaxial, and the screw cap portion outer surface 6 and the fixation portion outer surface 9 may or may not be coincident (as shown in fig. 2-5) or in one plane (as shown in fig. 1). The screw cap portion outer surface 6 and the fixing portion outer surface 9 may be provided with handle transverse ribs 18, longitudinal ribs 19 or frosted surfaces 20.
Because the contact part of the adapter and the cone part 3 of the syringe in the prior art is small, the coaxiality is not favorably ensured during assembly. The existing adapter is clamped on the cone part 3 of the syringe, so that the contact length (area) of rubber in the protective cap and the outer wall of the cone part 3 of the syringe is limited, and the tightness is not guaranteed. The inner surface 12 of the fixing part in the scheme is in large-area contact with the outer wall of the needle cylinder 1, transition fit or interference fit is adopted, coaxiality is guaranteed, the adapter is not clamped on the conical part 3 of the needle cylinder, a protective cap with longer threads and inner cores can be used, and the product has good sealing performance.
The prior art glass syringe handles are at the syringe tip due to the inability of the glass article to be randomly shaped. In fact, some sizes of syringe handles are most suitable in the middle of the syringe due to the size of the hand. To facilitate the injection operation of the medical staff, as shown in fig. 6, preferably, an elongated sleeve for engaging with the outer wall of the needle cylinder 1 is connected to the fixing part, and a handle 23 protruding outwards is provided at the end of the elongated sleeve. It should be noted that, along the length direction of the syringe 1, the inner wall of the extension sleeve may be provided with a plurality of annular glue grooves or longitudinal glue grooves, and is fixedly connected with the outer periphery of the syringe 1 through fixing glue.
Preferably, the extension sleeve is provided with an observation hole 21 extending along the axial direction, and the edge of the observation hole 21 is provided with scale marks 22. The observation hole 21 and the graduation mark 22 extending along the length direction of the syringe 1 can help the medical staff to observe the infusion condition more conveniently.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1) the problem that the adapter is not firmly connected with the outer sleeve of the glass syringe is solved by adopting colloid for fixation;
2) this adapter structure is longer than current adapter, and medical personnel can grasp the adapter surface with the hand when twisting the cap, and convenient operation and area of contact are big. After the cap is continuously screwed, the discomfort of hands can not occur.
3) The adapter is in large-area contact with the outer wall of the needle cylinder and is in transition fit or interference fit, coaxiality can be guaranteed, and the adapter has good sealing performance.
4) The adapter does not need to be clamped on the cone part of the syringe, can be suitable for a protective cap with longer threads and inner cores, and is favorable for the sealing property of products.
The invention also provides a syringe comprising the adapter. The derivation process of the beneficial effect of the syringe is substantially similar to the derivation process of the beneficial effect brought by the adapter, and therefore, the description is omitted. Preferably, the syringe provided by the invention is a glass syringe.
