Abstract
一种甲醛与乙炔反应合成1,4‑丁炔二醇的催化剂,其属于催化剂制备的技术领域。该催化剂以微米级α‑氧化铝为载体,其特征在于采用质量百分比含量为20%~70%的氧化铝为载体,以沉积沉淀、浸渍、共混焙烧等方法把氧化铜和氧化铋负载到载体上,使催化剂颗粒具有蛋壳型结构,载体处于核心,活性组分氧化铜、氧化铋包裹在载体外表面。催化剂含有质量20%~65%氧化铜、2%~10%氧化铋。这样制备的催化剂避免了现有1,4‑丁二醇生产过程中炔化工段炔化催化剂采用硅酸镁负载铜铋在使用过程中存在硅、镁流失的问题,可较少了工业装置废水的排放量80%以上,同时催化剂具有活性好、选择性高的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于催化剂技术领域,具体涉及一种新型合成1,4-丁炔二醇的炔化催化剂。
背景技术
国内外用于炔醛法生产1,4-丁炔二醇的生产工艺包括英威达工艺、I.S.P工艺和国内的三维工艺等,英威达工艺采用不含载体的碱式碳酸铜铋作为催化剂前提,其它工艺采用硅酸镁载体负载氧化铜铋的硅镁铜铋催化剂,如CN107952443A、CN103638937A、CN102950014A等催化剂均含有SiO2,催化剂在使用过程当中会有SiO2的流失问题,反应物料中的SiO2对于后续的1,4-丁炔二醇加氢催化剂雷尼镍具有毒害作用,需要采用离子交换的方法除去。而采用树脂进行的离子交换过程会产生大量的难处理废水,同时生产过程要消耗大量的酸碱来清洗树脂。
目前工业应用的催化剂也均为铜铋镁硅催化剂,为了彻底地解决环保废水和酸碱消耗的问题,需要采用催化剂在使用过程中不流失的载体来制备催化剂。同时催化剂载体需要能够满足工业催化剂大规模生产的需要。
发明内容
本发明一种甲醛与乙炔反应合成1 ,4-丁炔二醇的催化剂,该催化剂以微米级α-氧化铝为载体,其特征在于采用质量百分比含量为20%~70%的氧化铝为载体,以沉积沉淀、浸渍、共混焙烧等方法把氧化铜和氧化铋负载到载体上,使催化剂颗粒具有蛋壳型结构,载体处于核心,活性组分氧化铜、氧化铋包裹在载体外表面。催化剂中含有质量20%~65%氧化铜、2%~10%氧化铋。
上述采用的催化剂载体颗粒度直接为0.2~ 50μm,比表面积小于50m2/g。制备的催化剂颗粒直径为0.5 ~ 100μm,比表面积在10-100m2/g,
上述载体的α-氧化铝中α晶相含量大于30%。
上述的催化剂制备方法包括沉积沉淀法、浸渍法、固体混合焙烧法等催化剂制备方法等,但不限于以上的制备方法。
上述催化剂颗粒结构为蛋壳型,载体处于核心,活性组分氧化铜、氧化铋包裹在载体外表面。
选用经过特殊处理的Al2O3作为催化剂载体,该载体在pH值2-8范围内基本不流失,可完全满足催化剂在pH值5-6范围内使用的需要。
本发明的有益效果:
采用α-氧化铝载体制备的炔化催化剂活性达到了工业产品的要求,反应后反应液中的铝离子含量及硅含量均低于现有工业催化剂的值,说明采用α-氧化铝载体制备的炔化催化剂在离子流失方面能够满足工业的需要,特别是硅含量明显降低,工业装置采用该催化剂可完全节省炔化后的脱离子工段,可明显减少工业废水的产生。这样制备的催化剂避免了现有1,4-丁二醇生产过程中炔化工段炔化催化剂采用硅酸镁负载铜铋在使用过程中存在硅、镁流失的问题,可减少了工业装置废水的排放量80%以上,同时催化剂具有活性好、选择性高的特点。

具体实施方式
实施例1
取α-氧化铝载体20g,平均颗粒度为15μm,加入到反应釜内并加入200g水,保持60℃,取500ml 1mol/L的硝酸铜溶液,其中硝酸铋浓度为10g/L,用蠕动泵将50ml的硝酸铜溶液加入到载体浆料当中,搅拌10分钟,接着加入1mol/L的碳酸钠溶液调节pH到7.0;然后再加入50ml的硝酸铜搅拌10分钟,接着加入1mol/L的碳酸钠溶液调节pH到7.0,如此反复10次将500ml硝酸铜全部加入,调节到pH为7.0,过滤洗涤,烘干,然后在400℃焙烧4h,即得成品催化剂。催化剂的平均颗粒度为25μm。编号为BD-1,催化剂评价评价结果见表1。
实施例2
取α-氧化铝载体20g,平均颗粒度为8μm,加入到反应釜内并加入200g水,取500ml1mol/L的硝酸铜溶液,其中硝酸铋浓度为10g/L,用蠕动泵将50ml的硝酸铜溶液加入到载体浆料当中,搅拌10分钟,接着加入1mol/L的碳酸钠溶液调节pH到7.0;然后再加入50ml的硝酸铜搅拌10分钟,接着加入1mol/L的碳酸钠溶液调节pH到7.0,如此反复10次将500ml硝酸铜全部加入,调节到pH为7.0,过滤洗涤,烘干,然后在400℃焙烧4h,即得成品催化剂。催化剂的平均颗粒度为14.5μm。编号为BD-2,催化剂评价评价结果见表1。
实施例3
取经过特殊制备的α-氧化铝载体20g,平均颗粒度为8μm,加入到反应釜内并加入200g水,取500ml1mol/L的硝酸铜溶液,其中硝酸铋浓度为10g/L,取足量的1mol/L的碳酸钠溶液, 保持pH为7.0-7.2之间,用蠕动泵并流向载体浆料中加入硝酸铜溶液和碳酸钠溶液,加料时间为2h,将500ml硝酸铜全部加入,然后搅拌1h,过滤洗涤,烘干,然后在400℃焙烧4h,即得成品催化剂。催化剂的平均颗粒度为15.2μm。编号为BD-3,催化剂评价评价结果见表1。
实施例4
取经过特殊制备的α-氧化铝载体20g,平均颗粒度为8μm,配制4mol/L的硝酸铜溶液125ml,其中硝酸铋浓度为40g/L,取25ml溶液与20g载体混合均匀,在搅拌状态下烘干,然后在300℃下焙烧2h,得到混合物1;再次取25ml溶液与混合物强混合,搅拌状态下烘干,然后在300℃下焙烧2h,得到混合物2;如此反复5次,将125ml硝酸铜溶液全部与载体混合,即得成品催化剂。催化剂的平均颗粒度为16.3μm。编号为BD-4,催化剂评价评价结果见表1。
制备的催化剂采用如下评价方法考察催化剂的性能:三口烧瓶中加入10g催化剂,加入37%甲醛150ml,以5L/h的速度通入70%C2H2-N2气体,升温到80℃,保持10h,然后升温到90℃反应7h,反应过程用10%碳酸钠溶液调节反应液的pH值在50-5.5之间,降温分析液体组成及液体中Si和Al含量。
催化剂评价结果如表1:
从催化剂的评价结果看,采用α-氧化铝载体制备的炔化催化剂活性达到了工业产品的要求,反应后反应液中的铝离子含量及硅含量均低于现有工业催化剂的值,说明采用α-氧化铝载体制备的炔化催化剂在离子流失方面能够满足工业的需要,特别是硅含量明显降低,工业装置采用该催化剂可完全节省炔化后的脱离子工段,可明显减少工业废水的产生。

1.一种甲醛与乙炔反应合成1 ,4-丁炔二醇的催化剂,其特征在于:该催化剂以微米级α-氧化铝为载体,以沉积沉淀、浸渍、共混焙烧的方法把氧化铜和氧化铋负载到载体上,催化剂颗粒具有蛋壳型结构,载体处于核心,活性组分氧化铜、氧化铋包裹在载体外表面;该催化剂采用质量百分比含量为20%~70%的氧化铝为载体,含有质量百分比含量20%~65%的氧化铜、质量百分比含量2%~10%的氧化铋。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种甲醛与乙炔反应合成1 ,4-丁炔二醇的催化剂,其特征在于:该催化剂的颗粒直径为0.5 ~ 100μm。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的一种甲醛与乙炔反应合成1 ,4-丁炔二醇的催化剂,其特征在于:所述的载体颗粒直径为0.2 ~ 50μm,比表面积小于50m2/g。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的一种甲醛与乙炔反应合成1 ,4-丁炔二醇的催化剂,其特征在于:所述的载体为α-氧化铝,氧化铝中α晶相含量大于30%。
