Claims (3)
1. A tissue culture and rapid propagation method of red raspberries is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step one, mother plant collection: collecting a root seedling stock plant of an underground stem section of a red raspberry plant;
step two, pruning the stock plant: properly trimming the root system and the overground position of the stock plant of the bunch root seedling collected in the step one;
step three, mother plant sterilization: cleaning the stock plant of the root-string seedling trimmed in the second step by using clear water, and then irradiating the tip or the root-string seedling for 5-7 minutes by using ultraviolet sterilization equipment;
step four, transplanting the stock plant: transplanting the sterilized bunch root seedling stock plant in the third step into culture soil in a culture tank, wherein the components of the culture soil comprise 55-58% of clay soil, 0.3-0.5% of nitrogen fertilizer, 0.1-0.15% of phosphorus-potassium fertilizer and the balance of sandy soil;
step five, mother plant culture: keeping the temperature in the culture tank at 22-28 ℃, the illumination intensity at 1600-1800 lux and the illumination time at 8-10 hours, and culturing the root-crossing seedling mother plant for 10-15 days;
step six, dividing parent plants: dividing the stock plant of the string root seedling cultured in the step five into a plurality of plants to obtain a plurality of single-plant string root seedlings;
seventhly, transplanting the single-plant root-bunch seedlings: transplanting the multiple single-plant string-root seedlings obtained in the sixth step into culture soil again, wherein the components of the culture soil comprise 60-65% of clay soil, 0.5-0.7% of nitrogen fertilizer, 0.2-0.24% of phosphorus-potassium fertilizer and the balance of sandy soil;
step eight, culturing single-plant root-string seedlings: keeping the temperature in the culture tank at 22-28 ℃, the illumination intensity at 1600-1800 lux and the illumination time at 8-10 hours, and culturing the stock plant of the root-string seedling for 20-22 days to obtain a plurality of rooting root-string seedlings;
step nine, outdoor planting: transferring the rooted serial root seedlings obtained in the step eight to the outdoor through a culture tank for further planting;
step ten, sterilizing the single-plant root-string seedlings: lifting the outdoor planted root-stringing seedlings out of the culture soil, refreshing the root-stringing seedlings by using clear water, and irradiating tip tips or the root-stringing seedlings for 4-6 minutes by using ultraviolet sterilization equipment to obtain a plurality of plants capable of being planted;
eleven, transplanting plants which can be planted: and D, replanting the multiple plants which can be planted and are obtained in the step ten into seedling bags to obtain the raspberry seedlings.
