The invention relates to the technical field of tea tree breeding and grafting, in particular to a method for breeding and grafting Qifu tribute tea bud purple tea, which comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps: preparing a material appliance; step two: selecting a scion; step three: wood sticking treatment; step four: opening the connecting groove; step five: scion grafting; step six: tying a rope bag sleeve; step seven: nursing in the early grafting stage; step eight: shading; step nine: weeding and bud picking; step ten: topping and pruning; step eleven: preventing wind; step twelve: and (4) pest control. According to the method, semi-woody branches with plump axillary buds and no plant diseases and insect pests are selected as scions on excellent variety stock plants, so that the purple bud tea breeding basis is excellent, and meanwhile, in the nursing aspect after grafting operation, the plants which are just grafted are cared and cultivated through watering, shading, bud picking, topping and pruning, wind prevention, pest control and the like, so that the survival rate of the plants is high.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tea tree breeding and grafting, in particular to a method for breeding and grafting Qifu tribute tea bud purple tea.
Background
The purple bud tea is named according to the color characteristics of young bud leaves of tea green raw materials. The tea green is processed from tea trees with purple young bud leaves to form finished products or semi-finished products. In tea trees cultivated in China, the buds and leaves are purple. Except for ornamental tea trees, the behavior of consciously cultivating purple bud tea trees is rare. The purple bud tea has high anthocyanin content which is more than 3 times higher than that of a control variety, and the anthocyanin in the purple bud tea is a strong free radical scavenger and has various health care functions of reducing blood sugar, resisting oxidation, preventing diseases, inhibiting tumor cell generation, resisting inflammation and the like. In real life, most of the purple bud tea is naturally bred and mutated, and the survival rate of the natural breeding is low. In view of the above, a method for breeding and grafting the Qifu tribute tea bud purple tea is provided.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for breeding and grafting the Qifu tribute tea purple bud tea,
in order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a method for breeding and grafting the Qifu tribute tea purple bud tea is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: preparing a material appliance;
step two: selecting scions, namely selecting semi-woody branches with plump axillary buds and no plant diseases and insect pests as scions on a good variety stock plant;
step three: sticking wood, namely cutting off or sawing off the height of the tea tree to be reformed from the ground by 5-10m to be used as a stock, and cutting the stock transversely and vertically under the center vertical lower wall of a wood section, for example, a larger stock, wherein the depth of the stock is slightly longer than that of a grafting section;
step four: opening the connecting groove;
step five: scion, selecting a shade place to store scion strips, taking a new tip (brownish red) which is not dried, drenched, dried, mildewed and accumulated as the scion, taking a bud, a leaf and a section, and then cutting the base part of the scion into two wedges with inward inclined planes by a sharp knife, wherein the inner part is thin and the outer part is not balanced and symmetrical;
step six: tying a rope bag sleeve;
step seven: nursing in the early grafting stage, including watering and selecting a spraying water replenishing mode;
step eight: shading for about 2 months;
step nine: weeding and bud picking, and pruning the stem of the old tree to obtain adventitious buds;
step ten: topping and pruning;
step eleven: preventing wind;
step twelve: and (4) pest control.
Preferably, the tool used in the first step comprises a pruning shear, a handsaw, a grafting knife, a 0.05-0.08 mm thin film, a membrane binding and a hoe glove.
Preferably, the opening of the grafting groove in the fourth step is to cut a bamboo tip which is combined with the grafting bevel and is formed when the outer side of the splitting slot is cut into a flat shape by a sharp knife and lightly hit the middle of the slot to open the slot, then the thin side of the grafting process is inwards and outwards arranged, the thin side and the thick side of the grafting process are embedded into the wedge-shaped groove, the grafting step is lightly pressed by fingers to level the outer side of the stock, after the cambium is aligned, the bamboo clamp is carefully taken out, and the scion is clamped.
Preferably, in the sixth step, the rope binding and bagging is performed by fixedly winding a plurality of layers of wide nylon ropes at the joint of the wood connecting pieces, then tightly binding the wide nylon ropes, bagging, and covering and protecting the wide nylon ropes with a transparent plastic bag.
Preferably, the watering time of the seventh step is once in the morning and at night, and the water temperature is preferably similar to the air temperature of the tea grafting field.
Preferably, the step ten is that when the new shoots grow to be more than 40cm, the top buds can be picked by topping, and two leaves are taken, so as to promote the thickening of the stems and the growth of lower lateral branches. Or performing first shaping and pruning at a height of 25cm after the tree grows for more than 50cm in the current year to promote the crown to expand towards the row space. In the second year after grafting, topping and picking can be carried out at the end of each tea season. And (4) improving the width of the first cut by 20-25 cm, performing fixed shearing for 1-2 times, and performing fixed shearing for 2-3 times. The height of the tea trees can reach 50-70 cm, and the tree width can reach about 70 cm. In the third year after grafting, the tea trees can be properly kept for picking according to the growth condition of the tea trees.
Preferably, in the eleventh step, in the current year after grafting, after the branch tips grow to be more than 40cm, old branches or bamboo branches of the tea trees can be cut by a table and inserted beside the newly-extracted branch tips so as to support and fix the newly-extracted branch tips and weaken the acting force of the shaking amplitude impedance external force of the branches on the new tips. In addition, windbreak can be built around the grafted tea garden to weaken the wind power and wind speed passing through the tea garden, and the effect of protecting tea trees is achieved.
By adopting the technical scheme, the semi-woody branch with plump axillary buds and no plant diseases and insect pests is selected as the scion on the excellent-variety stock plant, so that the purple bud tea breeding basis is excellent, meanwhile, in the nursing aspect after grafting operation, the plant which is just completed by grafting is cared and cultivated through watering, shading, bud picking, topping and pruning, wind prevention, pest control and the like, so that the survival rate of the plant is high, particularly in the watering aspect, sufficient water source is provided for the new bud through spray watering, but the grafted part cannot be impacted by large-particle water, meanwhile, in the wind prevention aspect, plant auxiliary wind prevention is adopted, the traditional additional wind prevention equipment is not adopted, the plant auxiliary wind prevention is good in air permeability, and meanwhile, the plant can be subjected to respiratory exchange with the grafted new plant.

The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, but the present invention is not limited to the described embodiments. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, and the scope of protection is still within the scope of the invention.
