Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine preparations, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic rhinitis by umbilical therapy and a preparation process thereof.
Background
Along with the change of living conditions and living environment of people, the prevalence of electric fans and air conditioners in chronic rhinitis tends to increase year by year. Rhinitis is a chronic disease of nasal mucosa and submucosa chronic congestion and swelling, turbinate hypertrophy of turbinates, filamentous secretion discharge in nasal passages, nasal obstruction, sticky nasal discharge, sneeze, heavy nasal sound and headache. Clinically, most chronic rhinitis patients are allergic to common airborne allergens (mites, pollen, pets, molds and the like), certain foods (nuts, milk, peanuts, seafood and the like) and medicines. The disease course is long and lingering, and the disease is not easy to be cured completely in clinic, thereby seriously affecting the life quality of people.
At present, for chronic rhinitis patients, the main treatment mode of western medicine is symptomatic treatment, hormone medicine treatment is most commonly used in the western medicine treatment means, the treatment aims to mainly inhibit inflammatory reaction of nasal mucosa and reduce nasal hyperreactivity, diseases cannot be eradicated fundamentally, clinical symptoms can be improved, and toxic and side effects are easily caused to the patients by long-term application of the hormone medicine.
The chronic rhinitis belongs to the category of allergic rhinitis in the traditional Chinese medicine, and common reasons comprise cold attacking lung, cold evil lodging lung, deficiency and cold of lung qi and lung qi obstruction. It is often seen in the elderly, women, children, and people with common cold. Clinically, western medicine hormone treatment usually takes effect at that time, and after the treatment is stopped, nasal obstruction, rhinorrhea and sneezing appear, and symptoms are repeated; the traditional Chinese medicine preparation has better effect on treating rhinitis, but needs to be taken for a long time, so that a patient can not insist on the rhinitis for a long time and has certain side effect. The traditional Chinese medicine navel therapy is a traditional natural therapy, has the advantages of remarkable curative effect, quick response, safety, reliability, few side effects and the like, and has unique characteristics in clinical application. The main causes are lung qi deficiency, weak defensive exterior, wind-cold attacking the nasal orifice due to deficiency, the pathogenic factors fighting positively, lung qi failing to regulate, body fluid stopping and accumulating, nasal orifice obstruction, sneezing and snivel due to the cold, spleen qi failing to distribute to the lung due to spleen deficiency, lung qi failing to be rooted in the kidney, kidney deficiency failing to control and take up, qi failing to return to original qi, wind evil invading the interior. Therefore, allergic rhinitis is diseased in the lung, but its pathological changes have a certain relationship with the spleen and kidney. In clinical manifestations, the physician needs to relieve nasal obstruction, strengthen healthy qi to eliminate pathogens, tonify lung qi and strengthen the exterior, with the syndrome of deficiency and excess complicated with each other.
In clinical reports of treating chronic rhinitis by using Chinese patent medicines, the Chinese patent medicines show that the treatment course is short, the effect is quick, the curative effect is safe and reliable, and the Chinese patent medicines have the effect of treating both principal and secondary aspects of disease. However, most of the existing Chinese patent medicines are decoction during treatment and the components of the prescription are complex, so the traditional Chinese patent medicines are not convenient for patients in clinical use, and the volatilization of effective components caused by improper decoction methods during decoction often causes the reduction of drug effect.

The navel-applying therapy with traditional Chinese medicine refers to an external treatment method for preventing and treating diseases by applying traditional Chinese medicine on the navel (Shenque acupoint) and combining moxibustion or hot ironing under the guidance of holistic concept and treatment principle of syndrome differentiation, so that the medicine stimulates qi of meridians and collaterals, dredges qi and blood, and regulates viscera by virtue of the force of moxibustion and the nature of moxibustion. Modern researches find that drug molecules and all physical molecules easily penetrate through the horny layer of the umbilical skin, enter intercellular substance and rapidly diffuse into blood to reach the whole body; meanwhile, the medicine can quickly form physical vapor pressure under body temperature or other heat sources, so that action potentials of tissue cells can be converted into nerve impulses, and the self-regulation function of the organism is mobilized through the reflection of the internal organs of the body, thereby achieving the purposes of regulating the functions of the internal organs, balancing yin and yang, strengthening the body resistance and eliminating evil.
The invention adopts angelica dahurica, biond magnolia flower, siberian cocklour fruit, fineleaf schizonepeta herb, divaricate saposhnikovia root, ginger, mint, fistular onion stalk and chrysanthemum to form the traditional Chinese medicine navel therapy prescription, and the angelica dahurica has the effects of dispelling cold and relieving exterior syndrome: dispelling pathogenic wind and relieving pain, and dredging nasal orifice, and can be used for treating common cold and wind cold, headache, nasal obstruction, migraine, supra-orbital bone pain, nasal discharge, and smellless odor, and is often combined with rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, flos Magnoliae, fructus Xanthii, and radix Saposhnikoviae, and is described in compendium of materia Medica: for nasosinusitis, epistaxis, toothache and supra-orbital pain, the magnolia flower has the functions of dispelling wind-cold and relieving stuffy nose, and is used for wind-cold headache, nasal obstruction, nasosinusitis and thick nasal discharge, and it enters lung meridian and passes through nose to dispel wind-cold for treating thick nasal discharge, smelling neither smell nor odor, nasosinusitis and other symptoms in Chinese pharmacopoeia, and is often combined with dahurian angelica root, asarum herb, ledebouriella root, cocklebur fruit and the like. Xanthium sibiricum (materia Medica Mongolian fish pot): "Zhi headache and Shu Tong Tomen, Zhu Feng Du ren in marrow", has the actions of dispersing wind and alleviating pain, dispelling dampness and killing parasites. It is good at treating headache due to wind-cold, nasosinusitis and toothache. The three ingredients are used as monarch drugs to enhance the functions of relieving exterior syndrome, dispelling cold, ventilating lung, dredging orifices, dispelling wind and relieving pain. The clinical test results show that: the traditional Chinese medicine for treating chronic rhinitis by using the navel therapy has good curative effect, statistical difference (P is less than 0.05) exists between two groups, and the traditional Chinese medicine is simple, convenient and easy to implement, has no toxic or side effect, and is easy to accept by patients.
The traditional Chinese medicine raw materials with the mixture ratio integrate the drug effects of the traditional Chinese medicines, and are reasonably matched to enable the drug effects to be more thoroughly exerted, and meanwhile, the situation of drug effect offset among the traditional Chinese medicines is avoided. The medicine of the invention is researched by combining modern pharmacological action and modern pharmacodynamics, so that the medicines of the invention have the functions of enhancing immunologic function, resisting inflammation and inhibiting bacteria after being reasonably matched. And the selected raw materials of various Chinese patent medicines have low cost, are suitable for large-scale production and are convenient for more patients to use clinically.
