Abstract
An air bag assembly capable of ensuring smooth inflation and deflation is arranged in a cushion body and comprises at least one air bag and an air supply pipe. The air bag is provided with a bag body and an air inlet communicated with the bag body, the air supply pipe is connected with each air bag in an assembling mode, the air supply pipe is provided with a main air supply channel, at least one air supply manifold communicated with the main air supply channel and connected with the air inlet, and at least one air channel anti-plugging piece arranged in the main air supply channel, and a plurality of air holes are distributed on the air channel anti-plugging piece. Therefore, when the cushion body is ridden with gravity or the main air supply channel is not even bent, the air supply pipe can not enter a completely blocked state, and the smooth inflation or deflation of the air bag can be ensured.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an air bag module capable of being arranged in a cushion body, in particular to an air bag module whose air delivery portion is provided with an air passage blocking piece.
Background
To increase the overall comfort of the cushion body or to better meet the needs of the user, various manufacturers have developed cushion bodies with airbag modules, as disclosed in CN104627031B, CN106945580A and CN 202525653U.
However, although the hardness of the cushion body can be adjusted by the airbag module, when the airbag module is not inflated, once a human body or a heavy object presses on the cushion body, the gravity of the human body or the heavy object presses an air pipe or an airbag to which the airbag module belongs, so that the air pipe or the airbag is blocked, and the airbag module cannot be inflated normally afterwards. In addition, once the airbag module is blocked and cannot be inflated normally, the user still continuously requires the airbag module to be inflated, and the airbag module is easily damaged by the continuously filled air.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to solve the problem that all air bag components of the existing cushion body are easy to block due to external force and cannot be inflated normally.
To achieve the above objective, the present invention provides an airbag assembly capable of ensuring smooth inflation and deflation, the airbag being disposed in a cushion body, the airbag assembly comprising at least one airbag and a gas supply tube. The air bag is provided with a bag body and an air inlet communicated with the bag body, the air supply pipe is connected with each air bag in an assembling mode, the air supply pipe is provided with a main air supply channel, at least one air supply manifold communicated with the main air supply channel and connected with the air inlet, and at least one air channel anti-plugging piece arranged in the main air supply channel, and a plurality of air holes are distributed on the air channel anti-plugging piece.
In one embodiment, the airbag includes a sub-air supply tube provided with the air inlet and connected with the air supply tube, and a plurality of sub-airbags respectively connected with the sub-air supply tube, the sub-air supply tube has a plurality of air transmission ports respectively communicated with one of the sub-airbags, the airbag module further includes an airbag anti-blocking sheet arranged in the sub-air supply tube, and a plurality of vent holes are distributed on the airbag anti-blocking sheet.
In one embodiment, the airbag anti-blocking sheet has a main body portion disposed in the sub-air supply pipe, and a plurality of extension portions extending from the main body portion and respectively extending toward one of the air delivery ports, and the main body portion and the extension portions are provided with the plurality of vent holes.
In one embodiment, the air bag has an air inlet nozzle disposed at the air inlet and connected to the air supply manifold, the air inlet nozzle has a vent pipe fixed to the air inlet, an air nozzle member connected to the vent pipe and connected to the air supply manifold, and a restriction ring disposed between the vent pipe and the air nozzle member to restrict the connection position of the air supply manifold.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following characteristics: the air supply pipe is provided with the air passage anti-blocking piece or the air bag is internally provided with the air bag anti-blocking piece so as to prevent the problem that the air bag assembly cannot be inflated and deflated when the cushion body bears the gravity or the main air supply passage is not even bent.

The present invention is described in detail and technical content with reference to the accompanying drawings, wherein:
referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides an airbag module 100 capable of ensuring smooth inflation and deflation, wherein the airbag module 100 can be disposed in a cushion 500, and the cushion 500 can be further a seat cushion or a mattress. The airbag module 100 is assembled with an inflation/deflation management module (not shown in the figure), and the airbag module 100 receives a gas provided by the inflation/deflation management module to inflate and expand, thereby changing the supporting effect of the cushion body 500. In addition, when the inflation and deflation management module is controlled to begin deflating, the airbag module 100 will deflate and return to the uninflated state.
Accordingly, the airbag module 100 includes at least one airbag 10 and a gas supply tube 20 connected to each airbag 10, and further, the airbag 10 and the gas supply tube 20 are detachable components, meaning that the airbag 10 and the gas supply tube 20 are separately manufactured. Furthermore, the air bag 10 has a bag body 11 and an air inlet 12 connected to the bag body 11. On the other hand, the gas supply pipe 20 has a main gas supply passage 21 and at least one gas supply manifold 22 extending from the main gas supply passage 21, and the main gas supply passage 21 is assembled with the inflation/deflation management module through a gas inlet/outlet (not shown). Furthermore, the main air supply passage 21 is communicated with the air supply manifold 22, further, the air supply pipe 20 of the present invention is further provided with an air passage blocking piece 23, the length of the air passage blocking piece 23 arranged in the main air supply passage 21 can be adjusted according to design requirements, in one embodiment, the air passage blocking piece 23 can be implemented by a sandwich net, further, the air passage blocking piece 23 can be made of an air permeable material, the air holes 231 can be of the self-structure of the air permeable material, and the air passage blocking piece 23 is further arranged corresponding to the air supply manifold 22. Furthermore, the airway obstruction plate 23 is disposed horizontally in the main gas supply passage 21, that is, when the gas supply pipe 20 is not inflated, the airway obstruction plate 23 supports the main gas supply passage 21, but when the gas supply pipe 20 is inflated, the airway obstruction plate 23 will not support the gas supply pipe 20. Furthermore, the airway obstruction plate 23 is provided with a plurality of air holes 231, and the air holes 231 can be arranged on the airway obstruction plate 23 in a regular or irregular manner. Further, the sizes of the ventilation holes 231 are not necessarily the same, and the shapes of the ventilation holes 231 may be polygonal or circular. Referring to fig. 4, more specifically, the ventilation holes 231 disposed on the air passage blocking piece 23 allow the inner wall surface of the main air passage 21 to contract and contact when the main air passage 21 is not inflated and is pressed by an external force, but the inner wall surface does not completely contact due to the air passage blocking piece 23 and has wrinkles, which allow the air to pass through the space (60 shown in fig. 4) in the main air passage 21, thereby ensuring smooth inflation and deflation. Furthermore, the air passage blocking plate 23 of the present invention further has the air holes 231, so that the main air passage 21 can be ventilated when being pressed without the occurrence of the aforementioned wrinkles. In addition, the air passage blocking-preventing piece 23 can ensure the air inflation and deflation without causing the main air supply passage 21 to be blocked even when the main air supply passage 21 is not bent.
Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment, the main air supply channel 21 is composed of two air channel sheets 211, 212, the two air channel sheets 211, 212 are made of materials capable of deforming properly, the two air channel sheets 211, 212 can be assembled by a high frequency bonding method, and only the edge portions of the two air channel sheets 211, 212 are bonded to form a tubular structure.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in one embodiment, the airbag 10 includes a sub-air supply tube 13 and a plurality of sub-airbags 14. The sub-air supply pipe 13 is provided with the air inlet 12 and connected to the air supply pipe 20, and the sub-air supply pipe 13 further has a plurality of air transmission ports 131 respectively communicated with one of the sub-air bags 14. The sub-air bags 14 are respectively connected to the sub-air supply pipe 13, and further, each sub-air bag 14 is respectively connected to and communicated with one of the air transmission ports 131, and each sub-air bag 14 is composed of two air bag pieces 141, 142. In the present embodiment, the airbag module 100 further includes an airbag blocking plate 15 disposed in the sub-air supply pipe 13, and a plurality of vent holes 151 are disposed on the airbag blocking plate 15. Wherein, the vent holes 151 can be arranged on the airbag anti-blocking sheet 15 in a regular or irregular manner. Further, the sizes of the ventilation holes 151 are not necessarily the same, and the shapes of the ventilation holes 151 may be polygonal or circular. Accordingly, the state of the sub-air supply pipe 13 varies according to the degree of inflation of the airbag 10, and when the airbag 10 is not inflated and is pressed by an external force, the inner wall surface of the sub-air supply pipe 13 is retracted to be in contact with the inner wall surface, but is not completely in contact due to the airbag blocking prevention piece 15, and wrinkles exist, which allow the gas to pass through the space in the sub-air supply passage 13, thereby ensuring smooth inflation and deflation. Furthermore, the air bag anti-blocking sheet 15 can still ventilate when the sub air supply pipe 13 is pressed without the aforementioned wrinkles. In addition, the air bag blocking-proof sheet 15 can still make the sub-air supply pipe 13 ventilate normally when the sub-air supply pipe 13 is not even bent.
Referring to fig. 6, in one embodiment, to ensure smooth inflation and deflation of each sub-airbag 14, the airbag anti-blocking piece 15 has a main body 152 disposed in the sub-air supply pipe 13, and a plurality of extending portions 153 extending from the main body 152 and respectively extending toward one of the air transmission ports 131, and the main body 152 and the extending portions 153 are provided with the ventilation holes 151. More specifically, the number of the extensions 153 formed on the air bag anti-blocking sheet 15 depends on the number of the sub-air bags 14 connected to the sub-air supply pipe 13. That is, each of the extending portions 153 is disposed corresponding to one of the air inlets 131. Moreover, each of the extending portions 153 can further extend into a corresponding one of the sub-air bags 14.
Referring to fig. 6, it can be seen that the air bag 10 and the air supply tube 20 of the present invention can be disassembled to assist the assembly of the air bag 10 and the air supply tube 20. In one embodiment, the bladder 10 has an air inlet 16 disposed at the air inlet 12 and assembled with the air supply manifold 22, the air inlet 16 has a vent tube 161 fixed to the air inlet 12, an air nozzle member 162 connected to the vent tube 161 and assembled with the air supply manifold 22, and a restricting ring 163 disposed between the vent tube 161 and the air nozzle member 162 to restrict the assembling position of the air supply manifold 22.

The airbag assembly for ensuring smooth inflation and deflation of claim 3, wherein each of the airbags has an air inlet nozzle provided at the air inlet and coupled to the air supply manifold, the air inlet nozzle having a vent tube fixed to the air inlet, a nozzle member connected to the vent tube and coupled to the air supply manifold, and a restricting ring piece provided between the vent tube and the nozzle member to restrict the coupling position of the air supply manifold.

The airbag assembly for ensuring smooth inflation and deflation of claim 1, wherein each of the airbags has an air inlet nozzle provided at the air inlet and coupled to the air supply manifold, the air inlet nozzle having a vent tube fixed to the air inlet, a nozzle member connected to the vent tube and coupled to the air supply manifold, and a restricting ring piece provided between the vent tube and the nozzle member to restrict the coupling position of the air supply manifold.
