Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a bacteriostatic material, belongs to the technical field of disposable sanitary products, and particularly relates to a bi-component active oxygen bacteriostatic sanitary towel and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The conventional sanitary napkins are usually only required to be comfortable to use and have the effect of absorbing secretions, and other requirements of the sanitary napkins, such as bacteriostasis, odor removal, ventilation and the like, are neglected. Some sanitary towels in the market have bacteriostatic effect, but the bacteriostatic effect is not good. Another problem of the sanitary towel is that the sanitary towel has poor ventilation when in use, and various bacteria are bred and survive to cause gynecological diseases. In addition, the peculiar smell generated in the menstrual period of women also causes troubles for many women; and the existing sanitary products often cause the clothes to be polluted by the exudation of the blood due to the poor liquid absorption performance.

2. The surface layer of the antibacterial material designed by the invention is made of the liquid absorbing material, and the surface of the liquid absorbing material is also provided with the liquid guiding channel, so that liquid can be quickly guided and discharged, and the sanitary product has good liquid absorbing performance and good surface dryness and air permeability in contact with the skin.
3. The bacteriostatic sanitary towel designed by the invention contains peroxide, and hydrogen peroxide released by the peroxide has an oxidizing and bleaching effect on an absorbent, so that the sanitary towel has the effects of removing odor and bleaching, and the embarrassment that blood stains pollute clothes can be avoided.
4. The raw material components of the invention have simple sources and low cost, and the product prepared from the raw material components has good effect, no stimulation to skin, simple manufacturing procedure and good application prospect.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a bacteriostatic material designed by the invention;
wherein, the parts in the above figures are numbered as follows:
a leak-proof bottom film 1 (wherein, the side wings 1.1), a middle absorption core layer 2 and a surface rapid penetration layer 3 (a liquid guide channel 3.1).
Detailed Description
The invention discloses a bi-component active oxygen bacteriostatic sanitary towel, which comprises a surface quick-penetration layer 3 on the surface, a middle absorption core layer 2 and a leakage-proof bottom layer 1 which are sequentially positioned below the surface quick-penetration layer 3, wherein two side edges of the leakage-proof bottom layer 1 are respectively provided with a side wing 1.1; the middle absorption core layer 2 is prepared by mixing a liquid absorption material containing catalase and an active oxygen slow-release agent, wherein the catalase is positioned outside the active oxygen slow-release agent and is uniformly dispersed in the liquid absorption material, and when the catalase is contacted with peroxide in the active oxygen slow-release agent, oxygen can be released, so that the aim of slow oxygen release is fulfilled. The active oxygen slow release agent comprises peroxide and an ozone oil film wrapping the peroxide. The ozone oil is wrapped on the surface of the peroxide, so that on one hand, the ozone oil can slowly release ozone gas to form a primary sterilization defense system, on the other hand, the wrapping can stabilize the existence of the peroxide, the peroxide is used as a secondary sterilization defense system and releases hydrogen peroxide when contacting with moisture or water, and the existence of catalase can also control the amount of hydrogen peroxide generated by the decomposition of the peroxide and realize the control of the oxygen release amount of the hydrogen peroxide; the survival rate of anaerobic bacteria is greatly reduced due to the existence of oxygen, and the air permeability of the surface of the material can be enhanced.
Wherein the peroxide comprises at least one of sodium percarbonate, carbamide peroxide or sodium perborate.
As can be seen from fig. 1, more than 1 liquid guiding channel 3.1 is disposed on the surface of the surface rapid-permeation layer 3, and the extending direction of each liquid guiding channel 3.1 may be parallel to or perpendicular to the length or width of the surface permeation layer 3, or have a certain inclination angle with respect to the length or width of the surface rapid-permeation layer 3, and the inclination angle is preferably 30 to 60 °. And each liquid guiding channel 3.1 comprises 2 sets of symmetrically distributed grooves, and the transverse cross section of each groove is in the shape of a sector. The surface rapid infiltration layer 3 is made of cotton fibers or silk, so that the liquid infiltration effect is good; after the quick-seepage layer absorbs moisture, the moisture-conducting and moisture-removing effect of the fan-shaped groove can quickly lead water into the liquid-absorbing material and the active oxygen slow-release agent inside for absorption, so that the dry surface in contact with the skin is ensured, the air permeability is good, and an environment which is not beneficial to the growth of bacteria is generated.
The sanitary towel is composed of each piece of structure, and an independent packaging bag is wrapped on the periphery of each piece of sanitary towel to prevent ozone oil from diffusing and volatilizing in air and peroxide from decomposing when meeting moisture.
