Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation process of an instant load bearing denture, which relates to the technical field of complete denture manufacture and sequentially comprises the following steps: implanting a plurality of implants into the mouth of a patient, and mounting a composite abutment on the implants; mounting a windowing die rod on the composite base station; rigidly connecting a plurality of windowing die rods; taking a mold, and acquiring occlusion records; a maxilla rack and a model; mounting a temporary base station on the model; tooth arrangement; filling glue; polishing; and (6) polishing. Aiming at the problem of long complete denture preparation time in the prior art, the invention accelerates the complete denture preparation by arranging the dentures, effectively shortens the complete denture preparation time and promotes the recovery of jaw relation of a patient.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of complete denture manufacturing, in particular to a preparation process of an instant loading denture.
Background
When the whole teeth of a patient are damaged, the patient needs to go to a hospital to repair the whole denture, and the preparation of the common whole denture needs to wait for 3-6 months, and the final repair can be performed after the complete bone tuberculosis of the implant of the patient. The mechanical stability of the implant and the alveolar bone at the initial stage of the implant can be utilized, the initial torque of a single implant is required to be not less than 35N, the temporary immediate load-bearing denture can be manufactured under the condition that at least four implants can bear load, the time of waiting without teeth of a patient is saved, and the temporary immediate load-bearing denture can be utilized to help recover the jaw biting and adapt to a new jaw position relation.

Aiming at the problems of complete denture waiting and long preparation time in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an immediate loading denture preparation process, which effectively shortens the tooth-free waiting time of a patient and accelerates the recovery of jaw relation of the patient.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the following provides a detailed description of the present invention with reference to examples and drawings, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an instant loading denture preparation process includes the following steps:
step S1: implanting 4 implants on the upper jaw or the lower jaw of a patient needing full-mouth repair, confirming that the implantation torsion is larger than 35N, then installing a composite abutment on the implants, and confirming that the implantation torsion of the composite abutment is larger than 30N.
Step S2: and installing a windowing die rod on the composite base station, and confirming the in-place state of the windowing die rod by shooting a CT (computed tomography) panoramic picture.
Step S3: the plurality of windowing die rods are rigidly connected and used for relatively fixing the positions of the windowing die rods, so that the accuracy of the information collected in the oral cavity of the patient is ensured.
The concrete rigid connection mode is two, one is that a steel needle is connected between adjacent windowing die rods and is fixed in a GC model resin opening at the connection part of the steel needle and the windowing die rods. And the other method is to wind dental floss among a plurality of windowing die rods, coat GC (gas chromatography) model resin at the joint of the dental floss and the windowing die rods and on the dental floss, and fix the relative positions of the windowing die rods by solidifying the GC model resin.
Step S4: the silicone rubber impression was placed in the patient's mouth for passive impression, and the impression was taken and the bite record was obtained.
Step S5: the upper jaw frame is used for adjusting and keeping the original jaw relation of a patient, and forming a model with the same shape as the oral cavity of the patient by pouring gypsum in the silicon rubber offset mould.

Step S7: and (4) coating wax on the temporary abutment, arranging the selected false teeth on the coated wax, and trimming the shape of the coated wax.
Step S8: filling glue, and specifically comprises the following steps:
step S81: a silica gel guide plate is wrapped on the wax wrap and the false tooth;
step S82: the silica gel guide plate is provided with an injection hole which is communicated to the wax surrounding position, hot gel is injected into the silica gel guide plate through the injection hole, and the wax is gasified after encountering the wax due to the high temperature of the hot gel, so that the original position surrounding the wax is filled;
step S83: the temporary abutment, the silica gel guide plate, the false teeth and the thermal gel filled in the temporary abutment are placed in a portable pressure cooker, and hot water is poured into the pressure cooker to enable the thermal gel to be in a heating and pressurizing state, so that the solidification time of the thermal gel is shortened.
Step S9: taking down the silica gel guide plate, and polishing the tissue surface of the thermal gel into an oval shape by a portable polishing machine to improve the affinity with the upper jaw and the lower jaw of the patient oral cavity; and then, on the temporary abutment, polishing and processing a rejection groove between the adjacent false teeth by using thermal gel, so that the redundant gel between the false teeth can be conveniently cleaned subsequently.
Step S10: and coating a polishing agent on the surface of the thermal gel for fine polishing.
In summary, the following steps:

6. The process of claim 1, wherein the tissue surface is ground to have an oval shape and the grooves between the adjacent dentures are ground and processed by the solidified thermal gel in step S9.
7. The process for preparing an immediate-loading temporary denture as claimed in claim 1, wherein step S10, polishing agent is applied first, and then finish polishing is performed.
