背景技术
热转印花膜广泛应用于文具、玩具、竹木、五金、玻璃、金属、日用品、化妆品等领域。具体地,热转印花膜是指带有胶黏剂的图文,在热与压力的共同作用下,连同离型层一起脱离载体薄膜,牢固转印在承印物表面的特殊功能印刷膜。热转印膜一般由3~5层构成。三层热转印膜由基底层、印刷层和胶黏层构成;四层热转印膜由基底层、离型层、印刷层和胶黏层构成;五层热转印膜由基底层、离型层、印刷层、胶黏层和热熔胶粉层构成。基底层:即离型剂、油墨及胶黏剂涂布的载体,要求该载体耐温、耐压、拉伸变形小。离型层:是一层离型剂的涂层,在常温下保持固体状态,在一定的温度下可熔化,与基底层的粘结力变小,能很快从基底层上脱离,无粘连剩余物。离型剂是完成印刷层从基底层上分离,向承印物表面转移的关键。它要求具有良好的耐磨性,起到保护彩色油墨,降低紫外线的辐射强度,降低空气中不利因素对油墨的侵袭,延长油墨使用期的作用,并能缓冲基材薄膜和印刷层的附着力。印刷层:该层是转印制品质地美感的根本。随着印刷技术的进步、图像处理技术的发展,印刷层具有各种色泽,各种图案。特别是采用凹版印刷得到的图文,能很好体现出细腻的图文,让其包装装饰效果更完美。胶黏层:它的基本性能是与承印物表面有较高的粘结力,保证印刷层与承印物表面结合牢固。该层胶黏剂必须与承印材料相匹配。不同的胶黏剂,由于化学成分的不同,与承印物的粘结力相差很远。应根据不同的承印物,进行选择。目前所有的热转印花膜在使用时,要确保承印物表面无白点、脏污、条痕等弊病,否则会影响整个印花膜的性能,如美观性、耐候性、耐刮性、热断裂性、重叠性等,承印物表面不明显的污点,也会明显影响热转印花膜的性能,导致产生霉菌发霉;另外,热转印花膜的耐磨性,一定程度上决定其使用寿命。因此,研制一种抗菌耐腐蚀热转印花膜可以避免上述问题,增加热转印花膜的美观性、延长其使用寿命。

发明的目的:本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌耐腐蚀热转印花膜及其生产工艺。
技术方案:为了实现以上目的,本发明公开了一种抗菌耐腐蚀热转印花膜,包括PET基膜层、抗菌耐腐蚀离型层、印花油墨层、背胶层、热熔胶粉层,所述PET基膜层、抗菌耐腐蚀离型层、印花油墨层、背胶层、热熔胶粉层依次复合为一体。
进一步地,所述抗菌耐腐蚀离型层的原料组分的重量份配比为:乙烯基有机硅树脂40~60份、丙烯酸丁酯20~26份、火麻油10份、银纳米粒子2份、二氧化铝纳米粒子2份、分散剂3份、消泡剂2份。所述分散剂为BYK-2150、BYK-2155、BYK-108中的一种或一种以上;所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。

进一步地,所述一种抗菌耐腐蚀热转印花膜的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:(a)各层材料准备:准备PET基膜层、抗菌耐腐蚀离型层、印花油墨层、背胶层、热熔胶粉层,并将各层按需求修剪为同等大小;(b)涂布:使用PET基材对抗菌耐腐蚀离型层、印花油墨层、背胶层、热熔胶粉层表面进行涂布,放入辊筒之间碾压;(c)印刷图文:在抗菌耐腐蚀离型层、背胶层、热熔胶粉层中任意两层之间印刷油墨,形成印刷油墨层;将需要转印的图案制作成高分辨率的图片;按照图片尺寸制作出网点式凹版电雕版;(d)凹版印刷:把凹版安装上印刷机械上,按照由下至上分别为:PET基膜层、抗菌耐腐蚀离型层、印花油墨层、背胶层、热熔胶粉层的顺序进行叠放,并进行凹版印刷等到热转印花膜。
上述技术方案可以看出,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明的抗菌耐腐蚀热转印花膜设有PET基膜层、抗菌耐腐蚀离型层、印花油墨层、背胶层、热熔胶粉层,各层采用环保、成本低的原料配方材料,各层协同作用;PET基膜层是在PET基膜上镀有银和二氧化铝纳米粒子,一方面提高了热转印花膜的抗菌性能、另一方面提高了热转印花膜的耐腐蚀性,使用的油墨具有良好的韧性和机械性能,承合力较好,剥落情况极少,用于热转印花膜具有很好的耐磨性和耐水性;本发明的抗菌耐腐蚀热转印花膜采用的生产工艺简单、适于大批量生产。生产的抗菌耐腐蚀热转印花膜,具有如下优异性:美观性、耐候性、耐刮性、热断裂性、重叠性等,且简单便捷、应用广泛,可用于很多产品上,如纸制品、木制品、塑料、皮革、玻璃制品等。

下面将通过几个具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明,这些实施例只是为了说明问题,并不是一种限制。
实施例1:
一种抗菌耐腐蚀热转印花膜,包括PET基膜层、抗菌耐腐蚀离型层、印花油墨层、背胶层、热熔胶粉层,所述PET基膜层、抗菌耐腐蚀离型层、印花油墨层、背胶层、热熔胶粉层依次复合为一体。
进一步地,所述抗菌耐腐蚀离型层的原料组分的重量份配比为:乙烯基有机硅树脂60份、丙烯酸丁酯20份、火麻油10份、银纳米粒子2份、二氧化铝纳米粒子2份、分散剂3份、消泡剂2份。所述分散剂为BYK-2150和BYK-2155;所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。

一种抗菌耐腐蚀热转印花膜,包括PET基膜层、抗菌耐腐蚀离型层、印花油墨层、背胶层、热熔胶粉层,所述PET基膜层、抗菌耐腐蚀离型层、印花油墨层、背胶层、热熔胶粉层依次复合为一体。
进一步地,所述抗菌耐腐蚀离型层的原料组分的重量份配比为:乙烯基有机硅树脂50份、丙烯酸丁酯24份、火麻油10份、银纳米粒子2份、二氧化铝纳米粒子2份、分散剂3份、消泡剂2份。所述分散剂为BYK-2155和BYK-108;所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。

一种抗菌耐腐蚀热转印花膜,包括PET基膜层、抗菌耐腐蚀离型层、印花油墨层、背胶层、热熔胶粉层,所述PET基膜层、抗菌耐腐蚀离型层、印花油墨层、背胶层、热熔胶粉层依次复合为一体。
进一步地,所述抗菌耐腐蚀离型层的原料组分的重量份配比为:乙烯基有机硅树脂40份、丙烯酸丁酯26份、火麻油10份、银纳米粒子2份、二氧化铝纳米粒子2份、分散剂3份、消泡剂2份。所述分散剂为BYK-2150;所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。

1.一种抗菌耐腐蚀热转印花膜,其特征在于:包括PET基膜层、抗菌耐腐蚀离型层、印花油墨层、背胶层、热熔胶粉层,所述PET基膜层、抗菌耐腐蚀离型层、印花油墨层、背胶层、热熔胶粉层依次复合为一体,所述抗菌耐腐蚀离型层的原料组分包括乙烯基有机硅树脂、丙烯酸丁酯、火麻油、银纳米粒子、二氧化铝纳米粒子、分散剂、消泡剂;所述印花油墨层的油墨的原料组分包括:有机树脂连结料、颜料、溶剂、分散剂、消泡剂、流平剂、增塑剂、添加剂;所述热熔胶粉层的热熔胶的原料组分包括:聚氨酯弹性体、聚异丁烯、PaMS树脂、增塑剂、酯化松香、抗氧剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌耐腐蚀热转印花膜,其特征在于:所述抗菌耐腐蚀离型层的原料组分的重量份配比为:乙烯基有机硅树脂40~60份、丙烯酸丁酯20~26份、火麻油10份、银纳米粒子2份、二氧化铝纳米粒子2份、分散剂3份、消泡剂2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌耐腐蚀热转印花膜,其特征在于:所述印花油墨层的油墨的原料组分的重量份配比为:有机树脂连结料24份、颜料22份、溶剂48份、分散剂1份、消泡剂0.5份、流平剂0.5份、增塑剂0.5份、添加剂0.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌耐腐蚀热转印花膜,其特征在于:所述热熔胶粉层的热熔胶的原料组分的重量份配比为:聚氨酯弹性体50份、聚异丁烯10~30份、PaMS树脂5~10份、增塑剂3~6份、酯化松香5~10份、抗氧剂0.5~1份。

7.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种抗菌耐腐蚀热转印花膜,其特征在于:所述溶剂是乙酸乙酯、乙醇、乙二醇乙醚乙酸酯、丙酮按照质量比为 3:2:1:1的比例组成。
8.根据权利要求1~3任意一项所述的一种抗菌耐腐蚀热转印花膜,其特征在于:所述分散剂为BYK-2150、BYK-2155、BYK-108中的一种或一种以上;所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。
9.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种抗菌耐腐蚀热转印花膜,其特征在于:所述添加剂为聚乙烯蜡;所述流平剂为二甲基硅油。
10.根据权利要求1或4所述的一种抗菌耐腐蚀热转印花膜,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为为脂肪族二元酸酯;所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1076中的至少一种。
