Background
In the prior art, the heating incombustible type and dry combustion type electronic smoking set are heated by adopting a heating wire which is wound in a rotating way, the winding density of the heating wire which is wound in a rotating way is easy to change in the assembly process of the electronic smoking set, and the heating element is easy to generate heat unevenly, so that the cigarette product is heated unevenly, the smoking taste is poor, and the product experience degree of the electronic smoking set is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The application provides a heating element, a heating component and an electronic smoking set so as to improve the product experience of the electronic smoking set.
The present application provides a heating element for heating a cigarette product placed in an electronic smoking article, comprising:

In the heating element provided by the application, the groove is provided with a first concave surface, and the first concave surface comprises a first sub-surface and a second sub-surface, and the first sub-surface and the second sub-surface are intersected.
In the heating element provided by the application, the intersection line of the first sub-surface and the second sub-surface is parallel to the central axis.

The heating element provided by the application further comprises a bearing base, wherein the bearing base is sleeved on the base part of the sleeve, the bearing base comprises a plurality of buckling parts, and the buckling parts are positioned at one end of the base part away from the needle-shaped part.
In the heating element provided by the application, the bearing base encapsulates the bearing column and the heating wire in the sleeve.
The heating element provided by the application further comprises an insulating tube, wherein the insulating tube is sleeved at the end part of the heating wire.
The present application also provides a heating assembly for heating a cigarette product placed in an electronic smoking article, comprising:

According to the heating element, the heating assembly and the electronic smoking set provided by the embodiment of the application, the heating element comprises the bearing column and the heating wire, the bearing column comprises the first end face and the second end face which are oppositely arranged, the side face is connected between the first end face and the second end face and is provided with the grooves, the grooves are formed from the side face to the central shaft of the bearing column in a recessed manner, the grooves extend from the first end face to the second end face, the heating wire surrounds the bearing column, the heating wire comprises the horizontal portions and the vertical portions, the horizontal portions are connected with the vertical portions at intervals, the horizontal portions comprise the first horizontal branch positioned on the first end face and the second horizontal branch positioned on the second end face, the vertical portions are arranged in the grooves, and the first horizontal branch and the second horizontal branch of the heating wire are limited in the vertical direction through the grooves of the bearing column.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the application. All other embodiments, based on the embodiments of the application, which a person skilled in the art would obtain without making any inventive effort, are within the scope of the application.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the present application provides a heating element 10. The heating element 10 is used for heating a cigarette product placed in an electronic smoking article.
The heating element 10 comprises a carrying column 11 and a heating wire 12. The heating wire 12 surrounds the carrying column 11. The bearing column 11 supports the heating wire 12. The bearing column 11 is an integrally formed columnar structure. The heating wire 12 is detachably arranged around and sleeved on the bearing column 11.
Referring to fig. 4, the carrying pillar 11 includes a first end face 111 and a second end face 112 disposed opposite to each other. A side surface 113 is connected between the first end surface 111 and the second end surface 112. The side 113 has grooves 114. The groove 114 is formed recessed from the side surface 113 toward the central axis 11a of the support column 11. The recess 114 extends from the first end face 111 to the second end face 112. The recess 114 has a first concave surface 1140a. The first concave surface 1140a includes a first subsurface 1141 and a second subsurface 1142. The first subsurface 1141 and the second subsurface 1142 intersect vertically. The first sub-surface 1141 and the second sub-surface 1142 of the recess 114 have a right angle. The intersection 1143 of the first and second sub-surfaces 1141, 1142 is parallel to the central axis 11 a. In other embodiments, the included angle between the first sub-surface 1141 and the second sub-surface 1142 may be an acute angle or an obtuse angle.
Referring to fig. 5, in one embodiment, the recess 114 of the carrier 11 may have a second concave surface 1140b. The second concave surface 1140b is a cambered surface. Because the second concave surface 1140b is an arc surface, the difficulty of die sinking is simplified and the cost is saved in the process of manufacturing the bearing post 11.
Referring to fig. 6, in one embodiment, the recess 114 of the carrier 11 may have a third concave surface 1140c. The third concave surface 1140c includes a third subsurface 1145, a first curved surface 1146, and a fourth subsurface 1147. The first curved surface 1146 is connected between the third subsurface 1145 and the fourth subsurface 1147. The third subsurface 1145 and the fourth subsurface 1147 are perpendicular. The third subsurface 1145 and the fourth subsurface 1147 are planar. The first curved surface 1146 is a curved surface. Because the third concave surface 1140c has a combined structural feature of a curved surface and an arc surface, in the process of manufacturing the bearing post 11, the bearing post 11 can flexibly match the curved surface and the arc surface according to the different positioning positions and diameters of the heating wires 12, thereby increasing the adaptability of the product.
The material of the support column 11 may be teflon or Polyetheretherketone (Peek).
Referring to fig. 2-3, the heating wire 12 surrounds the carrying column 11. The heating wire 12 includes a plurality of horizontal portions 121 and a plurality of vertical portions 122. The horizontal portion 121 and the vertical portion 122 are connected at intervals. Referring to fig. 7, the horizontal portion 121 includes a first horizontal branch 1211 located at the first end surface 111 and a second horizontal branch 1212 located at the second end surface 112. The vertical portion 122 is disposed in the recess 114.
Referring to fig. 2-3, the heating element 10 further includes a sleeve 13. The sleeve 13 is sleeved with the bearing column 11 and the heating wire 12. The sleeve 13 includes a needle portion 131 and a base portion 132. The base portion 132 is located at one end of the needle portion 131. The needle 131 is for inserting the cigarette product. The sleeve 13 is zirconia.
Compared with the alumina material sleeve in the prior art, the zirconia material sleeve 13 has the advantages that firstly, due to the fact that the zirconia has larger specific heat capacity, when the same heat is absorbed by the same volume sleeve, the zirconia material sleeve 13 has the advantages of being stable in temperature rise and uniform in temperature, being beneficial to uniformly heating cigarette products of electronic cigarettes, enabling the cigarette products to have good smoking taste and improving the product experience degree of the electronic cigarettes, secondly, the zirconia has the characteristic of small granularity after sintering, after polishing, the surface smoothness is high, the zirconia material sleeve 13 is applied to the electronic cigarettes, ash is not easy to adhere to the sleeve 13, and the electronic cigarettes are easy to clean. The surface finish of the sleeve 13 is larger than 9, and the toughness of zirconia is larger than that of alumina, so that the problem that the sleeve made of alumina is easy to break due to large brittleness in the use process is solved.
The heating element 10 further comprises a load bearing base 14. The bearing base 14 is sleeved on the base portion 132 of the sleeve 13. The carrying base 14 includes a plurality of fastening portions 141. The fastening portion 141 is located at an end of the base portion 132 away from the needle portion 131. The fastening portion 141 is used for fastening the heating element 10 with other elements in the electronic smoking set. In this embodiment, the fastening portion 141 extends in a direction away from the needle portion 131 from the base portion 132, and a hook 1411 is formed at a free end 141a, and the hook 1411 is used for fastening the heating element 10 to other elements in the electronic smoking article.
The bearing base 14 is made of plastic. The assembled bearing post 11 and the assembled heating wire 12 are inserted into the sleeve 13 for assembly, the assembled bearing post 11, the assembled heating wire 12 and the sleeve 13 are put into a die for manufacturing the bearing base 14, and the bearing base 14 is formed and sleeved on the sleeve 13 through injection molding. The first end 14a of the bearing base 14 abuts against the end face of the base portion 132 of the sleeve 13 facing the needle portion 131. The second end 14b of the bearing base 14 abuts against the end surface of the base portion 132 of the sleeve 13, which is far away from the needle-shaped portion 131, and encapsulates the bearing post 11 and the heating wire 12 inside the sleeve 13. The carrying base 14 is formed by injection molding, and the carrying column 11 and the heating wire 12 are encapsulated in the sleeve 13, so that an alignment link for independently assembling the carrying column 11, the heating wire 12, the sleeve 13 and the carrying base 14 in an electronic smoking set assembling process can be omitted, and the alignment link is a link for calibrating the perpendicularity of the heating element when the heating element is installed in the electronic smoking set. Further, the carrying base 14 is formed by injection molding, and the carrying post 11 and the heating wire 12 are encapsulated in the sleeve 13, so that a gap between the carrying base 14 and the sleeve 13 can be avoided, and ash or dust is prevented from entering the sleeve 13 in the use process of the electronic smoking set, thereby affecting the heating performance of the electronic smoking set.
The heating element 10 further comprises an insulating tube 15. The insulating tube 15 is sleeved at the end of the heating wire 12 to perform insulation protection on the end of the heating wire 12.
Referring to fig. 8, a heating assembly 20 is further provided according to an embodiment of the present application. The heating assembly 20 is used to heat a cigarette product placed in an electronic smoking article. The heating assembly 20 comprises a heating element 10 and a control device 21. The heating element 10 is as described above and will not be described in detail herein. The control device 21 is electrically connected with the heating wire 12 of the heating element 10, and the control device 21 is used for controlling the heating power of the heating wire 12 of the heating element 10.
Referring to fig. 9, an electronic smoking article 30 is further provided in an embodiment of the present application. The electronic smoking article 30 includes a heating assembly 20 and a power source 31. The heating assembly 20 is as described above and will not be described in detail herein. The power supply 31 is electrically connected to the control device 21 of the heating assembly 20, and the power supply 31 is used for providing power support for the heating assembly 20.
According to the heating element, the heating assembly and the electronic smoking set provided by the embodiment of the application, the heating element comprises the bearing column and the heating wire, the bearing column comprises the first end face and the second end face which are oppositely arranged, the side face is connected between the first end face and the second end face and is provided with the grooves, the grooves are formed from the side face to the central shaft of the bearing column in a recessed manner, the grooves extend from the first end face to the second end face, the heating wire surrounds the bearing column, the heating wire comprises the horizontal portions and the vertical portions, the horizontal portions are connected with the vertical portions at intervals, the horizontal portions comprise the first horizontal branch positioned on the first end face and the second horizontal branch positioned on the second end face, the vertical portions are arranged in the grooves, and the first horizontal branch and the second horizontal branch of the heating wire are limited in the vertical direction through the grooves of the bearing column.
