Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be noted that, in the method for allocating fixed point resources according to the embodiment of the present invention, the execution main body may be the server 100 at the resource allocating end, or may be the user terminal 200 at the resource receiving end, and the following describes the execution main bodies of the server 100 and the user terminal 200, respectively.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for allocating fixed point resources according to an embodiment. The embodiment relates to a specific process of resource allocation to a corresponding account by a server according to a resource acquisition request sent by a user terminal. As shown in fig. 4, the method may include:
s101, receiving a resource acquisition request sent by a user terminal, wherein the user terminal can generate the resource acquisition request according to an article identification code, and the resource acquisition request carries the article identification code and a user identification.
Specifically, the user terminal may scan an article identification code on the product package, and generate a resource acquisition request according to the article identification code, where the resource acquisition request may carry the article identification code and a user identifier corresponding to the user terminal. The user terminal sends the resource acquisition request to the server so as to request the server to acquire the corresponding resource.
Optionally, the article identification code may be a tracing code that is arranged outside the article package and corresponds to the article, a box code that is arranged on the packing box, or an inner code that is arranged inside the article package, where the inner code, the tracing code, or the box code may be a two-dimensional code, a three-dimensional code, or a color code, which is not limited in this embodiment.
S102, determining the identity type of the user according to the user identification in the resource acquisition request.
Specifically, the resource obtaining request includes a user identifier, the user identifier corresponds to a user identity type, and the server searches in the database according to the user identifier in the resource obtaining request to determine the user identity type of the user corresponding to the user identifier. Optionally, the user identity types may include a consumer identity, a store keeper identity, and a store clerk identity.
S103, distributing the resources to the account corresponding to the user identification according to the user identity type and the article identification code in the resource acquisition request.
Specifically, different user identity types may correspond to different permissions for acquiring resources, so the server may determine the resource configuration condition of the article according to the article identification code in the resource acquisition request, and configure different resources to different user identity types according to the resource configuration condition and the user identity type corresponding to the user terminal, that is, allocate corresponding resources to an account corresponding to the user identity.
For example, if the user identity type is a user identity type requiring the allocation of the electronic cash resource, the server indicates, according to the user identity type, the electronic cash in the resource allocation range of the item to the user in combination with the resource allocation condition of the item, for example, the resource allocation range.
The method for allocating fixed-point resources provided in this embodiment can enable a server to receive a resource acquisition request sent by a user terminal, determine a user identity type according to a user identifier in the resource acquisition request, and allocate resources to an account corresponding to the user identifier according to the user identity type and an article identifier in the resource acquisition request, where the user terminal can generate the resource acquisition request according to the article identifier, and the article identifier and the user identifier are carried in the resource acquisition request. The method adopted by the embodiment can allocate corresponding resources to the account corresponding to the user identifier by combining with the user identity type, thereby avoiding the condition of low resource allocation accuracy rate caused by allocating the corresponding resources to different two-dimensional codes only, greatly improving the rationality of resource allocation, enabling the resource receiver to respond to the configuration strategy of the resource allocator in time, and further greatly improving the resource utilization rate.
In one embodiment, the user identity type may be a consumer identity. In the embodiment of the application, a consumer can scan the internal code of the article through the terminal and obtain the corresponding configuration resource, such as electronic cash and the like, according to the identification information of the internal code. The step S103 may be implemented by using a method shown in fig. 5, and specifically may include:
s201, acquiring article information according to an article identification code; the item information includes an item type, lot information of the item, a home region and a home store of the item.
Specifically, the server may search the item identification code in the database, and find item information corresponding to the item identification code, where the item information may include an item type, batch information of the item, a home location of the item, and a home store. The attribution of the goods can be an area which needs to be transported and sold according to a preset plan, the attribution store can be a store which needs to be transported according to a goods dispatching plan, and optionally, the attribution store can also be current store information configured when the goods are put in storage at each store.
S202, determining a resource allocation type and a resource allocation amount according to the article information and the user identity type and a preset resource allocation rule.
Specifically, the server may determine, according to the attribution area and the attribution store of the article in the article information, and in combination with the consumer identity of the user identity type, according to a preset resource allocation rule, a resource type that can be allocated to an account corresponding to the user identifier of the user terminal and an allocation amount corresponding to the resource type.
For example, if the user identity type is a consumer identity, the server determines, according to a preset resource allocation rule, that the resource allocation type to be allocated to the account corresponding to the user identifier of the user terminal is electronic cash, and the resource allocation amount is electronic cash of a first preset numerical value. If the user identity type is the shop assistant identity, the server determines that the resource allocation type needing to be allocated to the account corresponding to the user identifier of the user terminal is electronic cash according to a preset resource allocation rule, the resource allocation amount is the electronic cash with a second preset numerical value, and the electronic cash is allocated to the account corresponding to the user identifier of the shop assistant identity, so that the circulation of the goods can be more reasonable.
Optionally, the resource allocation rule is a combination of one or more of a location resource allocation rule, a time resource allocation rule and a store resource allocation rule. The position resource allocation rule is based on the position of the user terminal when sending the resource acquisition request; the time resource allocation rule is based on the time of sending the resource acquisition request by the user terminal; the store resource allocation rule is based on the store to which the article to which the user terminal transmits the resource acquisition request belongs, and the resource allocation rule may be used alone or in combination with a plurality of the stores, which is not limited in this embodiment.
And S203, distributing corresponding resources to the user account corresponding to the user identifier according to the resource distribution type and the resource distribution amount.
Specifically, the server executes an operation of allocating a corresponding resource to the user account corresponding to the user identifier, for example, transferring a value of electronic cash, according to the resource allocation type and the allocation amount corresponding to the resource type determined in the above steps.
The method for allocating fixed-point resources provided in this embodiment enables a server to obtain article information according to an article identification code, and determine a resource allocation type and a resource allocation amount according to a preset resource allocation rule according to the article information and a user identity type, so as to allocate corresponding resources to a user account corresponding to a user identifier according to the resource allocation type and the resource allocation amount, where the article information includes an article type, lot information of an article, an attribution area of the article, and an attribution store. According to the method provided by the embodiment, the corresponding resources are allocated to the account corresponding to the user identifier of the user terminal by combining the user identity type and the preset resource allocation rule, so that the condition of low resource allocation accuracy caused by a single resource allocation mode can be avoided, the rationality of resource allocation is greatly improved, the resource receiver can timely respond to the configuration strategy of the resource allocator, and the resource utilization rate is greatly improved.
In one embodiment, the server may determine the resource allocation type and the resource allocation amount according to a combination of the location resource allocation principle and the store resource allocation principle. The server can also determine the resource allocation type and the resource allocation amount according to the combination of the time resource allocation principle and the store resource allocation principle. The server can also determine the resource allocation type and the resource allocation amount according to the combination of the position resource allocation principle, the time resource allocation principle and the store resource allocation principle. Specifically, the resource acquisition request further includes a request position and a request time, the position resource allocation rule includes a preset resource allocation range, and the time resource allocation rule includes a preset resource allocation time range; the method for allocating fixed point resources may further include:
s301, if the request position is in a preset resource allocation range and/or the request time is in a preset resource allocation time range, determining the resource allocation type and the resource allocation amount according to the store resource allocation rule.
It should be noted that the server may perform an operation of presetting the resource allocation range according to the location resource allocation rule, and the server may further perform an operation of presetting the resource allocation time range according to the time resource allocation rule.
Specifically, the server may determine the corresponding resource allocation type and the resource allocation amount corresponding to the resource allocation type according to the request position and the request time in the resource acquisition request sent by the user terminal, the position resource allocation rule in the resource allocation rule, the time resource allocation rule, or the combination of the two, and according to the store resource allocation rule of the store of the article.
For example, the preset resource allocation rule: the server can distribute electronic cash with preset value to the account of the customer identity scanned in the store B in the area A in the period A, and the server does not distribute the electronic cash or distributes the electronic cash with small value to the account of the customer identity in other areas, stores or other periods. When the user terminal scans the internal code of the article in the store B in the area A, the server can determine that the resource is allocated to the account corresponding to the user identifier of the user terminal, the resource type of the resource is electronic cash, and the resource allocation amount is a first preset numerical value. When the articles scanned by the user terminal do not belong to the store B in the area A, the server determines that resources cannot be allocated to the account corresponding to the user identifier of the user terminal, or determines that corresponding resources are allocated to the account corresponding to the user identifier of the user terminal, the resource type of the resources is electronic cash, the resource allocation amount is a second preset numerical value, and the second preset numerical value is smaller than the first preset numerical value. When the article scanned by the user terminal belongs to the store B in the area A but is not in the period C, the server determines that the resource cannot be allocated to the account corresponding to the user identifier of the user terminal, or determines that the corresponding resource is allocated to the account corresponding to the user identifier of the terminal, the resource type of the resource is electronic cash, the resource allocation amount is a third preset numerical value, and the third preset numerical value is smaller than the first preset numerical value.
In this embodiment, the resource obtaining request further includes a request position and a request time, the position resource allocation rule is used for presetting a resource allocation range, the time resource allocation rule is used for presetting a resource allocation time range, and the server can determine the resource allocation type and the resource allocation amount according to the store resource allocation rule when the request position is within the preset position range and/or the request time is within the preset resource allocation time range, so that the server performs resource allocation according to the position of the user and the code scanning time, which can further improve the rationality of resource allocation and further improve the resource utilization rate.
In an embodiment, the user identity type further includes a store owner identity, and when it is determined that the user identity type is the store owner identity according to the resource acquisition request, the step S103 may further be implemented by the following steps, which may specifically include:
s401, determining article types corresponding to different stores and article quantity of each article type according to the resource acquisition request, adding the article types and the article quantity to an account corresponding to the user identification of the store owner identity, and performing warehousing statistics and inventory statistics of the articles.
Specifically, the server receives the user identifier carried by the resource acquisition request, determines that the user identity type is a store owner identity, and then the server may determine the article type of the article and the article quantity corresponding to the article type according to the article identifier carried by the resource acquisition request, add the corresponding article quantity to the same article type in an account corresponding to the user identifier of the store owner identity, and if the article type does not exist in the account, add the article type, that is, the article quantity corresponding to the article type. The store manager identity determined by the user identification carried by the resource acquisition request can be used for determining the newly added article type of the store where the store manager is located and the article quantity corresponding to the article type, so that the code scanning by the store manager is realized, the warehousing statistics and the inventory statistics of the articles can be quickly and accurately carried out, the inventory condition can be accurately mastered, and the configuration rationality of the articles is further improved.
In an embodiment, the method may further output the conflict alert information according to the home area of the article, which may be referred to as the step shown in fig. 6, and specifically may include:
s501, acquiring the attribution area of the article according to the article identification code in the resource acquisition request.
Specifically, the server may search in the database according to the article identification code in the resource acquisition request, and determine the article information of the article, for example, the attribution area of the article.
S502, judging whether the request position of the resource acquisition request is located in the home region.
And S503, if the request position of the resource acquisition request is not in the home region, outputting the channel conflict prompt information.
Specifically, the server determines whether the request position in the resource acquisition request is located in the home region, and if the request position of the resource acquisition request is not located in the home region, the server determines that the goods flee, and the server can output goods fleeing prompt information. Optionally, the goods-fleeing prompt message may be a pop-up goods-fleeing prompt dialog box, or may be a prompt message for outputting goods-fleeing in a status bar, which is not limited in this embodiment. Wherein, the attribution area is an area where the goods need to be transported and sold according to a preset plan.
In this embodiment, the server acquires an attribution region of the article according to the article identification code in the resource acquisition request, and determines whether the request position of the resource acquisition request is located in the attribution region, and when the request position of the resource acquisition request is not located in the attribution region, the goods-fleeing prompt information is output, so that the goods with goods-fleeing can be accurately identified, the circulation management of the goods is further enhanced, and the configuration of the goods is further rationalized.
In an embodiment, the user identity type further includes a clerk identity, and when it is determined that the user identity type is the clerk identity according to the resource acquisition request, the step S103 may further be implemented by the following steps, which specifically include:
s601, adding accumulated workload to an account corresponding to the user identification of the store clerk identity according to the resource acquisition request.
Specifically, the server receives the user identifier carried by the resource acquisition request, determines that the user identity type is a store clerk identity, and then the server can determine the item type of the item and the item quantity corresponding to the item type according to the item identifier carried by the resource acquisition request, and increases the corresponding item quantity to the same item type in the account corresponding to the user identifier of the store clerk identity, as the workload of the store clerk, and if the item type does not exist in the account, increases the item type, that is, the item quantity corresponding to the item type. The specific workload of the shop assistant can be determined through the shop assistant identity determined by the user identifier carried by the resource acquisition request, so that the code scanning by the shop assistant is realized, and the statistics of the workload of the shop assistant can be rapidly and accurately performed.
In one embodiment, the article identification code comprises a case code of the article arranged on the article packing case, a source code arranged outside each article packing case and an inner code of the article arranged inside each article packing case; the box code corresponds to at least one source tracing code, and the source tracing code corresponds to the internal code one to one.
Specifically, the article identification code may include a case code of an article on the article packaging case, a traceability code outside the article package, and an internal code inside the article package, wherein each case code corresponds to a traceability code of at least one article packaged in the packaging case, and the traceability code may be an external code outside the article package and used for tracing the source of the article; moreover, each tracing code corresponds to one internal code one by one, so that one object code is realized.
Optionally, the store manager may scan the box code through the user terminal of the user identifier, and perform warehousing statistics and inventory statistics quickly. Optionally, the user terminal scans the internal code, and the source of the article can be traced through the one-to-one correspondence relationship between the internal code and the tracing code.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a method for allocating fixed point resources according to an embodiment. The embodiment relates to a specific process of resource allocation to a corresponding account by a server according to a resource acquisition request sent by a user terminal. As shown in fig. 7, the method may include:
s701, the user terminal acquires the article identification code, generates a resource acquisition request according to the article identification code and the user identification corresponding to the user terminal, and sends the resource acquisition request to the server.
Specifically, the user terminal may scan an article identification code on the product package, and generate a resource acquisition request according to the article identification code, where the resource acquisition request may carry the article identification code and a user identifier corresponding to the user terminal. The user terminal sends the resource acquisition request to the server to request the server to acquire the corresponding resource.
S702, the server determines the user identity type according to the user identification in the resource acquisition request, and allocates resources to the account corresponding to the user identification according to the user identity type and the article identification code in the resource acquisition request.
The server can determine the resource allocation condition of the article according to the article identification code in the resource acquisition request, and allocate different resources to different user identity types according to the resource allocation condition and the user identity type corresponding to the user terminal, that is, allocate corresponding resources to the account corresponding to the user identification.
Optionally, the user identity types may include a consumer identity, a store owner identity, and a store clerk identity. When the user identity type is a consumer identity, the step S702 may include the steps S201 to S203, and the specific execution process may refer to the description above, which is not described herein again. When the user identity type is the consumer identity, the terminal scans the articles of a preset store in a preset area within a preset time period, and the account of the consumer corresponding to the user identifier of the terminal obtains the preset resource allocation type and the resource allocation amount of the area in the time period, which are allocated by the server. When the user identity type is the identity of a salesclerk, the terminal scans the articles of a preset store in a preset area within a preset time period, and the account of the salesclerk corresponding to the user identifier of the terminal counts to obtain the workload of the salesclerk or obtains the resources matched with the workload. When the user identity type is the store owner identity, the terminal scans the articles of a preset store in a preset area within a preset time period, and the store owner account corresponding to the user identifier of the terminal counts the warehousing and inventory conditions of the articles in the time period.
The method for allocating fixed-point resources provided by this embodiment can enable a user terminal to obtain an article identification code, generate a resource obtaining request according to the article identification code and a user identification corresponding to the user terminal, and send the resource obtaining request to a server, where the server determines a user identity type according to the user identification in the resource obtaining request, and allocates resources to an account corresponding to the user identification according to the resource obtaining request when determining that the user identity type is the user identity.
