The invention discloses a fully-synthetic cutting fluid formula which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5 kg-10 kg of AMP-95 tetramine, 10 kg-20 kg of triethanolamine, 1 kg-5 kg of dodecanedioic acid, 1 kg-3 kg of boric acid, 1 kg-3 kg of sebacic acid, 17403 kg-5 kg of polyether, 1 kg-3 kg of anhydrous sodium sulphate, 5 kg-10 kg of AC 3412V, 50 kg-70 kg of water, 300 g of benzotriazole and 700 g of bactericide. The invention is suitable for all ferrous metals with high requirements on surface processing, and has excellent rust prevention, sedimentation resistance, miscellaneous oil resistance and water resistance; the service life is long and is 1-3 years; the application range is wide, and the device is suitable for cutting, grinding and honing; the chips and the abrasive dust can be rapidly settled.

The formula comprises the following components: 8 kg of AMP-95 tetramine, 12 kg of triethanolamine, 4 kg of dodecanedioic acid, 2 kg of boric acid, 2 kg of sebacic acid, 17404 kg of polyether, 2 kg of anhydrous sodium sulphate, 7 kg of AC 3412V, 60 kg of water, 300 g of benzotriazole and 700 g of bactericide.

putting AMP-95 tetramine, triethanolamine, dodecanedioic acid, boric acid, sebacic acid, polyether 1740, anhydrous sodium sulphate, AC 3412V, water, benzotriazole and a bactericide into a stirrer according to the weight, and stirring uniformly at normal temperature to form the cutting fluid.

A fully-synthetic cutting fluid formula comprises the following components: 10 kg of AMP-95 tetramine, 20 kg of triethanolamine, 5 kg of dodecanedioic acid, 3 kg of boric acid, 3 kg of sebacic acid, 17405 kg of polyether, 3 kg of anhydrous sodium sulphate, 10 kg of AC 3412V, 70 kg of water, 300 g of benzotriazole and 700 g of bactericide.
The manufacturing method comprises the following steps:
putting AMP-95 tetramine, triethanolamine, dodecanedioic acid, boric acid, sebacic acid, polyether 1740, anhydrous sodium sulphate, AC 3412V, water, benzotriazole and a bactericide into a stirrer according to the weight, and stirring uniformly at normal temperature to form the cutting fluid.

A fully-synthetic cutting fluid formula comprises the following components: 8 kg of AMP-95 tetramine, 12 kg of triethanolamine, 4 kg of dodecanedioic acid, 2 kg of boric acid, 2 kg of sebacic acid, 17404 kg of polyether, 2 kg of anhydrous sodium sulphate, 7 kg of AC 3412V, 60 kg of water, 300 g of benzotriazole and 700 g of bactericide.
The manufacturing method comprises the following steps:
putting AMP-95 tetramine, triethanolamine, dodecanedioic acid, boric acid, sebacic acid, polyether 1740, anhydrous sodium sulphate, AC 3412V, water, benzotriazole and a bactericide into a stirrer according to the weight, and stirring uniformly at normal temperature to form the cutting fluid.

The fully synthetic cutting fluid formulation of claim 1, consisting of: 5 kg of AMP-95 tetramine, 10 kg of triethanolamine, 1 kg of dodecanedioic acid, 1 kg of boric acid, 1 kg of sebacic acid, 17403 kg of polyether, 1 kg of anhydrous sodium sulphate, 5 kg of AC 3412V, 50 kg of water, 300 g of benzotriazole and 700 g of bactericide.

The fully synthetic cutting fluid formulation of claim 1, consisting of: 10 kg of AMP-95 tetramine, 20 kg of triethanolamine, 5 kg of dodecanedioic acid, 3 kg of boric acid, 3 kg of sebacic acid, 17405 kg of polyether, 3 kg of anhydrous sodium sulphate, 10 kg of AC 3412V, 70 kg of water, 300 g of benzotriazole and 700 g of bactericide.

The fully synthetic cutting fluid formulation of claim 1, consisting of: 8 kg of AMP-95 tetramine, 12 kg of triethanolamine, 4 kg of dodecanedioic acid, 2 kg of boric acid, 2 kg of sebacic acid, 17404 kg of polyether, 2 kg of anhydrous sodium sulphate, 7 kg of AC 3412V, 60 kg of water, 300 g of benzotriazole and 700 g of bactericide.
