Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of nursery stock maintenance, and particularly relates to an anti-freezing and anti-insect coating for nursery stock maintenance and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In common words: the seedling is planted in three minutes and cultivated in seven minutes, if the later-stage maintenance management is not in place, if watering is not timely, the survival rate of the tree is low; the tree support is not firm, so that the planted trees are inclined; the weeds in the green land are clustered due to untimely weeding; the pesticide spraying is not timely in pest control, which causes serious quality problems of plant diseases and insect pests and the like. Therefore, the post maintenance management work of the landscaping project must be enhanced to ensure the project quality.
In cold winter, if the vigor of the carefully created greening landscape is still kept and the landscape is more excellent, the garden trees need to be specially maintained, for example, the plants with poor cold resistance need to be white-coated on the branches and the white-coated parts are the weight of the plants maintained in winter, the antifreezing capability of the trees can be enhanced, the breeding of pests and diseases can be prevented, the overwintering pests such as aphids, red spiders, scale insects and the like can be killed, the trees are effectively protected, the lime-sulfur mixture is an inorganic sulfur preparation (1: 2: 10) prepared by decocting quicklime, sulfur and water, the lime-sulfur mixture is a cheap broad-spectrum sterilizing, acaricidal and insecticidal agent, the lime-sulfur mixture is sprayed on the whole plant before the sprouting of the trees in winter or early spring, the favorable effect can be achieved, the trunks are white, some overwintering pathogenic bacteria and pests parasitized on the trunks can be killed, the pests in the soil can be prevented from being transferred to the trees, and the conventional formula for preventing the frost cracking of the lime-sulfur powder: 0.50: 0.00, and a proper amount of lime-sulfur and a proper amount of water can be added, and a proper amount of a natural oil and a natural salt solution can be added, so that the lime-sulfur can be added, and a proper amount of a natural liquid can be.
Although the lime sulphur used for whitening is simple in formula and easy to process, the lime sulphur can enter soil along with water in the rainfall and irrigation processes to cause soil salinization, so that the growth of seedlings is not facilitated, and more manpower and material resources are needed for repairing the soil salinization.

2. The antifreezing insect-resistant coating for nursery stock maintenance according to claim 1, wherein: the emulsifier adopts a condensate of fatty alcohol and ethylene oxide.
3. The antifreezing insect-resistant coating for nursery stock maintenance according to claim 1, wherein: the polymerization regulator adopts dodecyl mercaptan.
4. The anti-freezing and anti-insect coating for seedling maintenance of claim 1, wherein the diluent is a mixture of propylene glycol phenyl ether and water according to a volume ratio of 0.2 ~ 0.4.4: 1.
5. The antifreezing insect-resistant coating for nursery stock maintenance according to claim 1, wherein: the biomass fiber is crushed and dried corn straw and/or husk.
6. The antifreezing insect-resistant coating for nursery stock maintenance according to claim 1, wherein: the inorganic filler is talcum powder and/or white cement.
7. The antifreezing insect-resistant coating for nursery stock maintenance according to claim 1, wherein: the plasticizer is polyethylene wax and/or methyl chlorinated palm oil.
8. The antifreezing insect-resistant coating for nursery stock maintenance according to claim 1, wherein: the rheological agent is a polyurethane rheological agent.
9. The method for preparing the antifreezing insect-resistant coating for nursery stock maintenance of claim 1 ~ 8, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials in parts by weight;
(2) taking half of the diluent, adding sodium bicarbonate, and dispersing uniformly to obtain a prepared material A; taking the other half of the diluent, adding the biomass fiber, and dispersing uniformly to obtain a stock B;
(3) heating polylactic acid to 170 ~ 230 ℃, then sequentially adding butyl methacrylate, acrylic acid and trimethoxy silane, stirring for 1 ~ 2 hours, adding a polymerization regulator, stirring for 3 ~ 4 hours, cooling to 135 ~ 155 ℃, adding the stock A, stirring for 5 ~ 10 minutes, adding an emulsifier, stirring for 0.5 ~ 1 hour, cooling to 110 ~ 130 ℃ again, adding the stock B, stirring for 0.5 ~ 1 hours, sequentially adding a plasticizer, a defoaming agent, a rheological agent and an inorganic filler, wherein the feeding interval is 20 ~ 40 minutes, and stirring for 1.5 ~ 3 hours after the inorganic filler is added.
