本发明涉及一种低成本高耐磨型UV固化涂料及其制备方法和应用,所述低成本高耐磨型UV固化涂料,按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:6官聚氨酯丙烯酸酯20~35%;9‑15官聚氨酯丙烯酸酯3‑8%;纳米粉体0.7~1%;防指纹助剂0.5~1%;流平剂0.3~1%;稳定剂0.2‑2%;光引发剂0.5%~2%;溶剂50%~75%。将所述耐磨型UV固化涂料淋涂、喷涂或手工涂布于PMMA/PC复合基材的PMMA面,用于增强PMMA/PC板材表面的耐磨擦性能。所述低成本高耐磨型UV固化涂料经UV紫外光固化后,能在PMMA/PC复合基材表面形成一层坚韧的涂料层,对PMMA/PC复合基材附着力好、表面硬度高、耐磨性能好、成本低,能有效保证产品使用过程中不易被划伤,并且具有很好地疏水疏油和易清洁的特性。

技术领域
本发明涉及紫外光固化涂料领域,尤其是涉及一种用于PMMA/PC复合基材表面的低成本高耐磨型UV固化涂料及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
随着5G时代的来临,金属材质的手机后盖逐渐被塑料所取代。PMMA/PC复合材料具有高透明性,并且,通过表面处理可以得到视觉上的玻璃化效果,是用来代替金属的不二选择。不同于当前较热的塑料合金,PMMA/PC复合板是将PMMA和PC两种原料通过共挤制得的复合材料。PMMA/PC复合板的一面是PMMA材质,具有较高的硬度和耐磨性,用于手机盖板的外层;另一面是PC材质,其质地较软,作为内层来提高材料整体的韧性。但仅靠PMMA/PC复合基材本身的硬度和耐磨性很难达到市场的要求,因此,通过对复合基材的表面进行加硬处理,可以有效提高其硬度和耐磨性。
UV涂料因具有工艺简单,操作方便,施工速度快,环保经济等优点,在现代社会得到了广泛应用,将其用于PMMA/PC复合基材的表面加硬处理上可以有效提高其硬度和耐磨性。但是,现有的UV涂料其硬度和耐磨性已经无法满足越来越高的市场需求,尤其是在耐钢丝绒摩擦上还有待进一步提高。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种耐磨型UV固化涂料及其制备方法和应用。本发明提供的低成本高耐磨型UV固化涂料是一种UV紫外光固化的、硬度高、耐磨性能好且成本低的UV涂料,旨在解决现有UV紫外光固化涂料加硬PMMA/PC复合基材的硬度和耐磨问题处理。
为达此目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种低成本高耐磨型UV固化涂料,按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:
6官聚氨酯丙烯酸酯20~35%;9-15官聚氨酯丙烯酸酯3-8%;纳米粉体0.7~1%;防指纹助剂0.5~1%;流平剂0.3~1%;稳定剂0.2-2%;光引发剂0.5%~2%;溶剂50%~75%。
上述技术方案中,进一步地,所述的9-15聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的优选官能度为9-12。
进一步地,所述纳米粉体为纳米碳酸钙、纳米氧化铝、纳米硅粉、石英粉等;所述防指纹助剂为含氟丙烯酸类化合物。
进一步地,所述流平剂为有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯(带官能羟基)、聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚醚改性硅氧烷、有机硅改性聚丙烯酸类聚合物、聚硅氧烷-聚醚共聚物等。
进一步地,所述稳定剂为氨基甲酸酯共聚物,高分子量嵌段共聚物,不饱和聚羧酸改性聚硅氧烷,高分子酸酯聚合物等中的任意一种或两种。
进一步地,所述光引发剂为(2-乙基己基)过氧二碳酸酯羟基(EHP),苯基双(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)氧化膦(819),环己基苯基甲酮(IRGACURE 184),2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮(DAROCUR 1173),2,4,6(三甲基苯甲酰基)二苯基氧化膦(TPO)等中的任意一种或两种。
进一步地,所述溶剂为乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、丙酮、甲基异丁酮、二异丁基酮、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、二丙二醇甲醚、丙二醇甲醚、异丙醇等中的两种到五种。
本发明还提供了一种上述的耐磨型UV固化涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将纳米粉体、稳定剂和溶剂按所述重量百分比加入容器中,在1000~2000r/min转速条件下搅拌10-20min,然后超声10-30min,再加入防指纹助剂在1000~2000r/min转速条件下搅拌10-20min,再加入流平剂在1000~2000r/min转速条件下搅拌10-20min,超声10-20min;将6官和9-15官聚氨酯丙烯酸酯和溶剂混合均匀。将两者混合均匀,加入光引发剂在1000~2000r/min转速条件下搅拌10-30min,即得到所述耐磨型UV固化涂料。
本发明还提供了一种上述的耐磨型UV固化涂料的应用,将所述的涂料应用于PMMA/PC复合基材的PMMA表面,具体方法为:在PMMA/PC复合基材的PMMA表面淋涂上述涂料,60~70℃烘烤3-5min;UV固化能量:1000~2100mj/cm2。
本发明中通过添加纳米粉体并将其含量分别控制在0.7~1%范围内,从而使该UV固化涂料经UV紫外光固化后,能在PMMA/PC复合基材表面形成一层坚韧的涂料层,在PMMA面其硬度可达到1Kg力5H,在PC面其硬度可达到1Kg力H,耐磨性能优异。
耐磨测试:用1kg,0000#钢丝绒,φ1cm磨头在涂层上往复摩擦10000次,在灯光下目视检查表面状况。经测试,本发明制备的耐磨型UV固化涂料经上述摩擦后表面无划痕。
与现有技术相比,本发明至少具有以下有益效果:
本发明所提供的耐磨型UV固化涂料,淋涂于PMMA/PC复合基材的PMMA表面上,通过UV光固化机固化后,能在PMMA/PC复合基材表面形成一层坚韧耐磨漆膜,对PMMA/PC复合基材附着力好,弯折性能优异,表面硬度高:在PMMA上可达1Kg力5H;PC上可达1Kg力1H,耐磨性能好:耐钢丝绒摩擦可高达10000以上无划痕。并且,该耐磨型UV固化涂料并具有低气味、无甲苯、无卤素、无重金属等优点,符合RoHS标准,对环境危害小。
现有技术中通常通过采用大量的高官树脂(质量分数20-40%,官能度大于6官)来提高材料的硬度/耐磨性,但通常也只能达到3000次耐磨,而且成本增加很多,涂层易开裂。而本发明首次通过在配方中加入适量的纳米粉体和防指纹助剂从而减少高官树脂(9-15官聚氨酯丙烯酸酯)的用量(质量分数为3-8%),有效降低涂层成本;且这些组分之间能够产生协同作用,从而显著提高涂层耐磨性能(耐磨达到10000次)。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种耐磨型UV固化涂料及其制备方法和应用,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明所提供的耐磨型UV固化涂料,是一种用于PMMA/PC复合基材的保护性涂料,能用于手机背盖产品使用过程中,起增硬耐磨的作用,所述耐磨型UV固化涂料具有以下优点:
1、附着力好,表面硬度高、耐磨性能好,弯折性能优异,滑爽,耐污性能好;
2、低气味、无甲苯、无卤素、无重金属,符合RoHS标准。
实施例1-3
一种耐磨型UV固化涂料,其按重量百分比计,其各组成组分如表1所示:

上述耐磨型涂料的制备方法,具体包括下述步骤:
根据上述耐磨型涂料的配方称取原料,将纳米碳酸钙粉、稳定剂和30%乙酸乙酯溶剂按所述重量百分比加入容器中,在1500r/min转速条件下搅拌10-20min,然后超声10-30min,再加入防指纹助剂在1500r/min转速条件下搅拌10-20min,再加入流平剂在1500r/min转速条件下搅拌10-20min,超声10-20min;将六官聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、九官聚氨酯丙烯酸酯和30%异丙醇溶剂混合均匀。将两者混合均匀,加入光引发剂在1500r/min转速条件下搅拌10-30min,即得到所述耐磨型UV固化涂料。
将上述耐磨型UV固化涂料淋涂于PMMA/PC复合基材的PMMA表面,在70℃下烘烤3-5min;然后经能量为1000~2100mJ/cm2的uv固化机使其固化形成透明漆膜,对漆面进行物理性测试,测试结果如表2。
对比例1~3:
制作工艺与实施例1相同,配方组成如表1所示,测试结果如表2所示。
实施例1~3和对比例1~3所得涂层,测定其初始水滴角、油滴角、耐磨性、硬度、附着力、透光率、雾度、光泽度,结果如表2所示。

通过表2可以看出,实施例1~3制备得到的耐磨型UV固化涂料经测试,其耐磨性能用1kg,0000#钢丝绒,φ1cm磨头在涂层上往复摩擦可达10000次,PMMA基材上硬度可达1Kg力5H,以及优异的疏水疏油性能,良好的韧性、透光率和雾度等。对比例1~3经10000次磨后均存在划痕,在对比例1和2中硬度也有所降低。与市场上现有的耐磨涂层相比,该发明在耐磨性和疏水疏油性上均有明显优势。
图1中,(1)为实施例1初始疏水角;(2)为对比例1初始疏水角;(3)为市场上现有耐磨产品初始疏水角;由图可知本发明实施例制备的涂层初始疏水角优于对比例和市场现有产品;
图2中,(1)为实施例1钢丝绒摩擦10000次涂层表面情况;(2)为对比例1钢丝绒摩擦10000次涂层表面情况;(3)为市场上现有耐磨产品钢丝绒摩擦10000次涂层表面情况;由图可知市场现有产品划痕非常严重,根本达不到高耐磨性能要求,而对比例1中没有添加防指纹助剂有明显划痕说明防指纹助剂对耐磨性有提高作用,实施例1没有划痕说明经过高官树脂、纳米粉体、防指纹助剂和6官树脂的协同作用,使得涂层的耐磨性能达到最好。
综上所述,本发明通过将所述低成本高耐磨型UV固化涂料淋涂于PMMA/PC复合基材的PMMA表面上,通过UV紫外光固化机固化后,能在复合基材表面形成一层坚韧的漆膜,其附着力好、表面硬度高、耐磨性能好,能有效提高产品在使用过程中不易被划伤。除此以外,该耐磨型UV固化涂料还具有低气味、无甲苯、无卤素、无重金属,符合RoHS标准,对环境危害小。
申请人声明,本发明通过上述实施例来说明本发明的详细工艺设备和工艺流程,但本发明并不局限于上述详细工艺设备和工艺流程,即不意味着本发明必须依赖上述详细工艺设备和工艺流程才能实施。所属技术领域的技术人员应该明了,对本发明的任何改进,对本发明产品各原料的等效替换及辅助成分的添加、具体方式的选择等,均落在本发明的保护范围和公开范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种低成本高耐磨型UV固化涂料,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:6官聚氨酯丙烯酸酯20~35%;9-15官聚氨酯丙烯酸酯3-8%;纳米粉体0.7~1%;防指纹助剂0.5~1%;流平剂0.3~1%;稳定剂0.2-2%;光引发剂0.5%~2%;溶剂50%~75%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低成本高耐磨型UV固化涂料,其特征在于,所述的9-15官聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的官能度为9-12官。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低成本高耐磨型UV固化涂料,其特征在于,所述纳米粉体为纳米碳酸钙、纳米氧化铝、纳米硅粉或石英粉,所述防指纹助剂为含氟丙烯酸类化合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的低成本高耐磨型UV固化涂料,其特征在于,所述流平剂为带羟基的有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯、聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚醚改性硅氧烷、有机硅改性聚丙烯酸类聚合物或聚硅氧烷-聚醚共聚物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的低成本高耐磨型UV固化涂料,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为氨基甲酸酯共聚物、高分子量嵌段共聚物、不饱和聚羧酸改性聚硅氧烷、高分子酸酯聚合物中的任意一种或两种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的低成本高耐磨型UV固化涂料,其特征在于,所述光引发剂为(2-乙基己基)过氧二碳酸酯羟基,苯基双(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)氧化膦,环己基苯基甲酮,2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮,2,4,6(三甲基苯甲酰基)二苯基氧化膦中的任意一种或两种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的低成本高耐磨型UV固化涂料,其特征在于,所述溶剂为乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、丙酮、甲基异丁酮、二异丁基酮、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、二丙二醇甲醚、丙二醇甲醚、异丙醇中的两种到五种。
8.如权利要求1-7任一项所述的低成本高耐磨型UV固化涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:将纳米粉体、稳定剂和溶剂按所述重量百分比加入容器中,在1000~2000r/min转速条件下搅拌10-20min,然后超声10-30min,再加入防指纹助剂在1000~2000r/min转速条件下搅拌10-20min,再加入流平剂在1000~2000r/min转速条件下搅拌10-20min,超声10-20min;将6官聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、9-15官聚氨酯丙烯酸酯和溶剂混合均匀;将两者混合均匀,加入光引发剂在1000~2000r/min转速条件下搅拌10-30min,即得到所述低成本高耐磨型UV固化涂料。
9.如权利要求1-7任一项所述的耐磨型UV固化涂料的应用,其特征在于,将所述的涂料应用于PMMA/PC复合基材的PMMA表面,具体方法为:在PMMA/PC复合基材的PMMA表面淋涂上述涂料,60~70℃烘烤3-5min;UV固化能量:1000~2100mj/cm2。
