Abstract
本发明是一种可净化空气的直膨式除湿设备,包括除湿箱,除湿箱相对的两侧壁上部分别开设有进气口和出气口,进气口内侧设有引风机,引风机的出风口连有过滤箱,引风机的出风口与过滤箱侧壁顶部相连通,过滤箱的底壁连通有进气管,进气管的末端连通有冷凝器,冷凝器的侧壁底端连通有排水管,冷凝器内设有冷凝管。本发明出气管的螺旋段缠绕在进气管外侧可以与待干燥的空气进行换热,既降低了待干燥空气的温度,又提高了干燥完成的空气的温度,排放到空气中不会给人造成不舒适的感觉,而且出气口为喇叭状,降低了出气口气体的流速,负离子发生器可以对空气杀菌。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及除湿设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种可净化空气的直膨式除湿设备。
背景技术
除湿机又称为抽湿机、干燥机、除湿器,一般可分为民用除湿机和工业除湿机两大类,属于空调家庭中的一个部分。通常,常规除湿机由压缩机、冷凝器、膨胀阀和蒸发器组成。其工作原理是:由引风设备将潮湿空气抽入机内,通过冷凝器,此时空气中的水分子冷凝成水珠,处理过后的干燥空气排出机外,如此循环使室内湿度保持在适宜的相对湿度。由于处理过程中,需要将空气温度降低到露点温度以下,以使得空气中的水分析出凝结,因此要达到除湿的目的,要求系统的蒸发温度比露点温度更低,将常温的空气直接吸入除湿设备中处理,其温度比露点温度高出较多,因此需要交换的热量较多,由此可见,空气除湿过程换热温差大,尤其是以新风除湿更为显著,进而导致换热损失大,除湿能耗高,效率低,而且经除湿的空气通常温度较低,靠近出风口会有不适宜的感觉,目前的常规除湿装置在使用时,空气经过除湿设备处理后,无法达到对空气净化杀菌的目的,有待改进。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有技术的不足,而提供一种可净化空气的直膨式除湿设备。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:
一种可净化空气的直膨式除湿设备,包括除湿箱,除湿箱相对的两侧壁上部分别开设有进气口和出气口,进气口内侧设有引风机,引风机的出风口连有过滤箱,引风机的出风口与过滤箱侧壁顶部相连通,过滤箱的底壁连通有进气管,进气管的末端连通有冷凝器,冷凝器的侧壁底端连通有排水管,冷凝器内设有冷凝管,冷凝管内通有制冷剂,冷凝管的两端均伸出冷凝器外且分别连有压缩机和蒸发器,所述冷凝管与蒸发器之间设有膨胀阀,蒸发器与压缩机之间相连通,与进气管末端相对的冷凝器的侧壁连通有出气管,所述出气管的末端连有出气筒,出气筒与出气口相连通,所述出气管的中部设有螺旋段且缠绕在进气管的外侧进行换热。
所述过滤箱内由上至下依次设有滤网、活性炭过滤层和HEPA过滤层。
所述出气筒的内壁上设有负离子发生器。
所述出气口为喇叭状。
所述活性炭过滤层为椰壳活性炭。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明出气管的螺旋段缠绕在进气管外侧可以与待干燥的空气进行换热,既降低了待干燥空气的温度,又提高了干燥完成的空气的温度,排放到空气中不会给人造成不舒适的感觉,而且出气口为喇叭状,降低了出气口气体的流速,负离子发生器可以对空气杀菌。

一种可净化空气的直膨式除湿设备,包括除湿箱1,除湿箱1相对的两侧壁上部分别开设有进气口和出气口7,进气口内侧设有引风机10,引风机10的出风口连有过滤箱14,引风机10的出风口与过滤箱14侧壁顶部相连通,过滤箱14的底壁连通有进气管15,进气管15的末端连通有冷凝器3,冷凝器3的侧壁底端连通有排水管17,冷凝器3内设有冷凝管4,冷凝管4内通有制冷剂,冷凝管4的两端均伸出冷凝器3外且分别连有压缩机16和蒸发器9,所述冷凝管4与蒸发器9之间设有膨胀阀5,蒸发器9与压缩机16之间相连通,与进气管15末端相对的冷凝器3的侧壁连通有出气管2,所述出气管2的末端连有出气筒6,出气筒6与出气口7相连通,所述出气管2的中部设有螺旋段且缠绕在进气管15的外侧进行换热。
所述过滤箱14内由上至下依次设有滤网11、活性炭过滤层12和HEPA过滤层13。
所述出气口7为喇叭状。

所述过滤箱14内由上至下依次设有滤网11、活性炭过滤层12和HEPA过滤层13。
所述出气筒6的内壁上设有负离子发生器8。
本发明在使用时,制冷剂经过压缩机16压缩后进入冷凝器3内,经过过滤箱14过滤的待干燥的空气从进气管15进入冷凝器3内,与制冷剂换热后的空气中水蒸气冷凝并从排水管17排出,干燥后的空气从出气管2排出,由于干燥后的空气温度较低,其螺旋段缠绕在进气管15外侧可以与待干燥的空气进行换热,既降低了待干燥空气的温度,又提高了干燥完成的空气的温度,排放到空气中不会给人造成不舒适的感觉,而且出气口7为喇叭状,降低了出气口7气体的流速,负离子发生器8可以对空气杀菌。

1.一种可净化空气的直膨式除湿设备,其特征在于,包括除湿箱(1),除湿箱(1)相对的两侧壁上部分别开设有进气口和出气口(7),进气口内侧设有引风机(10),引风机(10)的出风口连有过滤箱(14),引风机(10)的出风口与过滤箱(14)侧壁顶部相连通,过滤箱(14)的底壁连通有进气管(15),进气管(15)的末端连通有冷凝器(3),冷凝器(3)内设有冷凝管(4),冷凝管(4)内通有制冷剂,冷凝器(3)的侧壁底端连通有排水管(17),冷凝管(4)的两端均伸出冷凝器(3)外且分别连有压缩机(16)和蒸发器(9),所述冷凝管(4)与蒸发器(9)之间设有膨胀阀(5),蒸发器(9)与压缩机(16)之间相连通,与进气管(15)末端相对的冷凝器(3)的侧壁连通有出气管(2),所述出气管(2)的末端连有出气筒(6),出气筒(6)与出气口(7)相连通,所述出气管(2)的中部设有螺旋段且缠绕在进气管(15)的外侧进行换热。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可净化空气的直膨式除湿设备,其特征在于,所述过滤箱(14)内由上至下依次设有滤网(11)、活性炭过滤层(12)和HEPA过滤层(13)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可净化空气的直膨式除湿设备,其特征在于,所述出气筒(6)的内壁上设有负离子发生器(8)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可净化空气的直膨式除湿设备,其特征在于,所述出气口(7)为喇叭状。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种可净化空气的直膨式除湿设备,其特征在于,所述活性炭过滤层(12)为椰壳活性炭。
