Technical Field

Background
The industrial textile fiber filter cloth is widely applied to the filtering processes of mineral resource industry, such as mineral separation dehydration, coal washing, petroleum dewaxing of an oil refinery, liquid/solid separation of industrial fluid, and material purification or recovery. Among them, the filter cloth of the plate and frame filter press is widely used. The filter cloth block cloth for the plate frame filter press is characterized in that: the square shape and the size are larger, the common specification is 200cm multiplied by 200cm, and the finished piece cloth is formed by connecting two pieces of piece cloth with the same size into a whole through a filter cloth neck collar at the center of the piece cloth in a sewing machine sewing mode. According to the technical requirements, waterproof glue is coated on the parts, contacting with the sealing working surface of the plate-and-frame filter press, of the peripheries of the two pieces of filter cloth on the filter cloth block cloth, so that the filter cloth is prevented from leaking filter materials when the filter press filters and pressurizes. And the front and back surfaces of the contact part of the filter cloth and the sealing working surface of the plate-and-frame filter press are both required to be coated with glue. In the current general practice in the industry, when filter cloth is made, it is spread on a flat ground or a flat work table, the part to be coated is manually drawn, and then the coating operation is performed in the defined area by a scrubbing brush in a manual and free-hand manner. After one side is coated with glue, the piece cloth is turned to the other side, the gluing area is drawn again, and manual gluing is carried out. Therefore, the gluing process of one piece of cloth needs to turn over four times to glue four working faces. The gluing method is labor-consuming and difficult to ensure the uniformity of gluing. And a better solution is still not provided in the gluing process of the filter cloth block cloth until now.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the problems, the invention provides a filter cloth gluing device. The gluing device for the filter cloth block cloth adopts an automatic gluing device which determines a gluing area under the control of a computer program and mechanizes gluing under the control of a computer.
The invention relates to a filter cloth gluing device, which is characterized in that: the filter cloth gluing device is an independent and movable device, and the length of the device is 280cm, the width of the device is 220cm, and the height of the device is 120 cm.

Therefore, according to the technical scheme of the invention, the automatic gluing device which adopts the computer program to control the gluing area determination and the computer to control the gluing mechanization is adopted, the defect and the labor intensity of manual gluing are eliminated, and great convenience and reliability are provided for the production operation of the filter cloth block cloth.

The specific process flow of the embodiment is as follows: the prepared glue solution is filled into a glue solution supply device 18 in the attached figure 1, then the inter-block cloth layer supporting plate 12 is filled into the block cloth 13, then the block cloth 13 with the inter-block cloth layer supporting plate 12 is integrally placed on the block cloth supporting plate 14, then the length and the width of the area of the block cloth needing glue coating are set on a control computer 20, and the glue application amount of the glue coating nozzle is set, and the height of the glue coating nozzle is adjusted and determined. Then, the start command is sent up and down from the control computer 20. The gluing device automatically finishes the longitudinal and transverse gluing tasks according to the set gluing direction and size. After finishing a gluing task, the block cloth 13 with the inter-block-cloth-layer supporting plate 12 is integrally moved out of the block-cloth supporting plate 14, the block cloth with the inter-block-cloth-layer supporting plate 12 is integrally turned by 180 degrees, and then is put on the block-cloth supporting plate 14 again, then the length and the width of the area of the block cloth needing gluing are set on the control computer 20, and the gluing amount of the gluing nozzle is set, and the height of the gluing nozzle is adjusted and determined. And then the start command is sent up and down from the control computer 20. The gluing device automatically finishes a new round of longitudinal and transverse line gluing according to the set gluing direction and size, the distance of the spray nozzles and the gluing amount.
After the implementation of the invention is finished, the detection of the filter cloth block cloth and the production operation test and detection of the production user are carried out, and the expected good effect is obtained.
It should be noted that, in the above technical solution, the glue spreading device of the present invention can be applied to similar processing flows or devices. The scope of the invention is thus not limited to the apparatus illustrated above but may be applied to any similar process flow or apparatus.
