As shown in fig. 1-2, the embodiment of the invention relates to a damping adjustable vibration isolator for a high-speed punch press, which comprises an upper bottom plate 5 and a lower bottom plate 13, wherein a plurality of springs 2 are arranged between the upper bottom plate 5 and the lower bottom plate 13, a damping cylinder 11 with a built-in damping liquid 10 is arranged in the middle of the lower bottom plate 13, a damping plug 9 with the lower end submerged in the damping liquid 10 is arranged on the lower side of the upper bottom plate 5, a damping adjusting block 7 is vertically connected in the middle of the upper bottom plate 5 through threads, and the lower end of the damping adjusting block 7 is submerged in the damping liquid 10 and can move up and down through rotation.
The up-down position of the damping adjusting block 7 is adjusted by rotating the damping adjusting block 7, so that the contact area between the damping adjusting block 7 and the damping liquid 10 is adjusted, and the damping force is adjusted.
The damping adjusting block 7 is integrally conical and hollow, and the conical damping adjusting block 7 can obviously and quickly adjust the contact area between the damping adjusting block 7 and the damping liquid 10.
The outer surface of the damping adjusting block 7 is provided with a spiral groove and a vent hole 3 communicated with the inner hollow cavity, the spiral groove is beneficial to improving damping force, and the vent hole 3 is positioned at the upper end of the inner hollow cavity, so that gas is conveniently released in the adjusting process.
In order to further improve the damping force, a characteristic that does not penetrate through a concave pit or a convex pit or a notch can be arranged on the surface of the spiral groove.
The lower end face of the damping adjusting block 7 is provided with an inclined cut-in groove 15, a protrusion is arranged on the outer side of the cut-in groove 15, and the damping adjusting block 7 rotates to move up and down, so that the cut-in groove 15 facilitates displacement adjustment of the damping adjusting block 7 in damping liquid.
For the rotation adjustment of the damping adjusting block 7, the middle part of the lower side of the upper bottom plate 5 is provided with a thread positioning cylinder 6, the damping adjusting block 7 is in threaded connection with the inner side wall of the thread positioning cylinder 6, the middle part of the damping adjusting block 7 is provided with a central column penetrating through the upper bottom plate 5, and the damping adjusting block 7 can be driven to rotate only by rotating the central column during operation.
In order to prevent the damping adjusting block 7 from rotating automatically under the condition of not needing to adjust, the upper end of the damping adjusting block 7 is connected with at least one fixing screw 8 which penetrates through the upper bottom plate 5, two fixing screws are usually arranged and symmetrically arranged, the damping adjusting block 7 can be effectively locked through the fixing screws 8, and the fixing screws 8 are detached when the damping adjusting block is required to be adjusted.
The damping cylinder 11 is of a coaxial inner-outer layer structure, the inner layer and the outer layer are communicated through the damping holes 14, the damping cylinder 11 adopts an inner-outer layer structure, so that damping force of the damping plug 9 and the damping adjusting block 7 cannot be influenced mutually, and damping liquid can flow slowly between the inner layer and the outer layer.

When the high-speed punch press needs different damping effects, the central column of the damping adjusting block 7 is rotated, and the contact areas of the damping plug, the damping adjusting block and the damping liquid are adjusted to obtain different damping effects.
