Abstract
本发明提供一种水包油型乳化化妆品,其即便未必将羧基乙烯基聚合物等水溶性增稠剂配合于水相中,也能够稳定地维持超过50μm的较大油性颗粒的良好的分散状态、或者仅通过轻轻地摇动便能够成为良好的分散状态。本发明为一种水包油型乳化化妆品,其特征在于,其于水相中分散有含有固态油分及液态油分的油性颗粒,上述油性颗粒的平均粒径为50μm~10mm,构成上述油性颗粒的油相的比重与水相的比重之差[(油相的比重)‑(水相的比重)]为‑0.010~+0.100的范围内。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水包油型乳化化妆品。更详细而言,涉及如下化妆品,其为具有能够目视的程度的较大油性颗粒的水包油型乳化化妆品,该油性颗粒良好地分散于水相中。
背景技术
已知有使平均粒径为50μm~10mm的较大油性颗粒分散于水相中而成的水包油型乳化化妆品。这种含有较大油性颗粒的水包油型乳化化妆品由于分散有能够目视的大小的油性颗粒,因此不仅视觉上新颖漂亮,而且在应用于皮肤时具有水润、清爽的触感,经过一定时间后可获得变成湿润的触感等以往所不存在的使用感。另外,若使较大油性颗粒保持分解性的油溶性成分,则还具有能够抑制该油溶性成分的分解的效果。
例如,在专利文献1中记载有一种含有胶囊的组合物,其在水性溶剂中使包含山萮醇等常温下为固体的两亲性物质的油性成分以平均粒径为100μm以上的油性胶囊的形式分散而得到。然而,为了预先使100μm以上的油性颗粒(胶囊)分散于水相中需要使水相进行增稠,在专利文献1的实施例中,配合有羧基乙烯基聚合物作为水溶性增稠剂。
专利文献2记载有一种皮肤外用剂,以改善起因于专利文献1中所配合的羧基乙烯基聚合物的亲肤性的降低等为目的而进一步配合有聚氧乙烯系缔合型增稠剂。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
本发明鉴于上述现有技术,目的在于提供一种即便未必将羧基乙烯基聚合物等水溶性增稠剂配合于水相中也能够稳定地维持超过50μm的较大油性颗粒的良好的分散状态、或者仅通过轻轻地摇动便能够成为良好的分散状态的水包油型乳化化妆品。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明人进行了深入研究,结果发现通过对构成油性颗粒(胶囊)的油相的比重、及使其分散的水相的比重适当地进行调整能够解决上述问题,从而完成本发明。
即,本发明提供一种水包油型乳化化妆品,其特征在于,其于水相中分散有含有固态油分及液态油分的油性颗粒,上述油性颗粒的平均粒径为50μm~10mm,构成上述油性颗粒的油相的比重与水相的比重之差[(油相的比重)-(水相的比重)]为-0.010~+0.100的范围内。
发明的效果
根据本发明,即便不存在以往认为超过50μm的较大油性颗粒的良好的分散所不可或缺的水溶性增稠剂也能够维持稳定的分散状态、或者仅通过轻轻地摇动便能够成为良好的分散状态。进而,通过在油相中配合粉末,能够改善分散的油性颗粒的形状及粒径的均匀性。本说明书中的“均匀”指的是,乳化颗粒在不聚结、聚集的情况下分散。
本发明的化妆品由于在水相与油相之间存在适当的比重差,因此即便于分散之后进行静置,油性颗粒也会缓慢地沉降而不会浮在水相上部。
具体实施方式
本发明的化妆品为于水相中分散有平均粒径为50μm~10mm且具有一定程度的硬度的油性颗粒(胶囊)的水包油型乳化化妆品。这种形态的化妆品也可称为均匀地分散有油性颗粒(胶囊)的“水性液态化妆品”。另外,若将上述乳化(分散)形态的化妆品长时间地放置,则存在水相与油相分离成上下层的情况,但若轻轻地摇动,则会容易地恢复成乳化(分散)状态(再分散)。
在本说明书中,将分散有油性颗粒的状态的化妆品称呼为“水包油型乳化化妆品”(有时也称为“乳化化妆品”),在需要称呼水相与油相暂时分离的状态时,称为“分离形态的化妆品”。另一方面,将“(水性)液态化妆品”理解为表示包含水包油型乳化化妆品及分离形态的化妆品这两者的方式。
本发明的乳化化妆品中的构成油性颗粒的“油相”(有时也称为“内相”或“分散相”)包含固态油分及液态油分,优选还含有粉末。
本发明中的“固态油分”指的是在常温(25℃)下为固体或半固体的油分。在本发明中所使用的固态油分并无特别限定,可优选使用熔点为55℃以上的固态油分。作为本发明中的固态油分的具体例,可列举以下者,但并不限定于此。
固态石蜡、微晶蜡、地蜡、蜂蜡、BARECO WAX、聚乙烯蜡、硅蜡、高级醇(例如,山萮醇、硬脂醇、鲸蜡醇等)、鲨肝醇、巴西棕榈蜡、蜜蜡、小烛树蜡、霍霍巴蜡、羊毛脂、虫胶蜡、鲸蜡、木蜡、高级脂肪酸(例如,肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、山萮酸、12-羟基硬脂酸等)、酯油(例如,肉豆蔻酸肉豆蔻酯等)、可可脂、氢化蓖麻油、氢化油、氢化棕榈油、棕榈油、氢化椰子油、聚乙烯、凡士林、各种氢化动植物油脂、脂肪酸单羧酸羊毛脂醇酯等。
上述之中,优选熔点为50℃以上的固态油分,特别优选熔点为65℃以上且低于85℃的固态油分。作为这种固态油分,并无限定,可列举:氢化霍霍巴油(熔点:68℃)、二十烷二酸甘油山萮酸酯(熔点:66℃)、硬脂醇(熔点:52~62℃)、山萮醇(熔点:68℃)等碳数16以上、优选碳数18以上的高级醇、微晶蜡(熔点:80℃)、地蜡(熔点:68~75℃)、聚乙烯蜡(熔点:80℃)、鲨肝醇(熔点:70℃)、巴西棕榈蜡(熔点:83℃)、小烛树蜡(熔点:71℃)、氢化蓖麻油(熔点:84℃)、硬脂酸(熔点:58~63℃)、山萮酸(熔点:69~80℃)、12-羟基硬脂酸(熔点:70℃)等。
这些固态油分可将1种单独使用也可将2种以上组合使用。
关于本发明的化妆品中的固态油分的配合量,相对于油相(除粉末以外)的总质量,优选为5~50质量%,更优选为10~20质量%。若固态油分的配合量低于油相的5质量%,则有化妆品的稳定性变差的倾向,若超过50质量%,则有油性颗粒变得过硬而导致使用性、亲肤性变差的倾向。
本发明中的“液态油分”指的是在常温(25℃)下为液体的油分。作为本发明所使用的液态油分的具体例,可列举以下者,但并不限定于此。
亚麻籽油、山茶油、澳洲坚果油、玉米油、橄榄油、鳄梨油、山茶花油、蓖麻油、红花油、杏仁油、桂皮油(cinnamon oil)、霍霍巴油、葡萄油、扁桃油(almond oil)、菜籽油、芝麻油、葵花籽油、小麦胚芽油、米胚芽油、米糠油、棉籽油、大豆油、花生油、茶籽油、月见草油、三甘油、三辛酸甘油酯、三异棕榈酸甘油酯、椰子油、棕榈油、棕榈仁油等油脂。
琥珀酸二乙氧基乙酯等琥珀酸酯、辛酸鲸蜡酯等辛酸酯、三-2-乙基己烯酸甘油酯、四(乙基己酸)季戊四醇酯等异辛酸酯、月桂酸己酯等月桂酸酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、肉豆蔻酸辛基十二烷基酯等肉豆蔻酸酯、棕榈酸辛酯等棕榈酸酯、硬脂酸异鲸蜡酯等硬脂酸酯、异硬脂酸异丙酯等异硬脂酸酯、异棕榈酸辛酯等异棕榈酸酯、油酸异癸酯等油酸酯、己二酸二异丙酯等己二酸二酯、癸二酸二乙酯等癸二酸二酯、苹果酸二异硬脂酯等苹果酸二异硬脂酯等酯油。特别优选为琥珀酸二乙氧基乙酯。
液态石蜡、地蜡(ozokerite)、角鲨烷、角鲨烯、姥鲛烷、石蜡、异链烷烃、凡士林等烃油。
二甲基聚硅氧烷(dimethicone、聚二甲基硅氧烷)、甲基苯基聚硅氧烷(phenylmethicone、苯基聚甲基硅氧烷)等含有苯基的硅油、甲基氢聚硅氧烷等链状硅油、十甲基环五硅氧烷、十二甲基环六硅氧烷等环状硅油、氨基改性硅油、聚醚改性硅油、羧基改性硅油、烷基改性硅油、铵盐改性硅油、氟改性硅油的包含改性聚硅氧的硅油。特别优选为含有苯基的硅油及氟改性硅油。
这些液态油分可单独使用1种,也可将2种以上组合使用。
关于液态油分的配合量,相对于油相(除粉末以外)的总质量,优选为50~95质量%,更优选为60~90质量%。在油相中的液态油分的配合量低于50质量%时,存在油性颗粒变得过硬而导致使用性、亲肤性变差的倾向,若超过95质量%,则有化妆品的稳定性变差的倾向。
本发明的乳化化妆品的水相(有时也称为“外相”或“连续相”)包含水及/或水性介质作为主成分,成为上述油性颗粒的分散介质。
本发明的化妆品中的构成水相的水的配合量并无特别限定,通常相对于水相的总质量为50~99质量%,优选为60~98质量%,更优选为70~95质量%。
本发明的化妆品(包含水包油型乳化化妆品及分离形态的化妆品的液态化妆品)的特征在于:将构成油性颗粒的油相的比重与水相的比重之差[(油相的比重)-(水相的比重)]调整至-0.010~+0.100、优选为-0.005~+0.050、更优选为-0.002~+0.050的范围内。
此处,“油相的比重”及“水相的比重”指的是全部包含各相所包含的成分时的比重。即,“油相的比重”为除上述固态油分及液态油分以外还包含粉末等任意成分的“油相”整体的比重,“水相的比重”为除水及/或水性介质以外还包含保湿剂等任意成分的“水相”整体的比重。
关于本发明的化妆品,通过将油相与水相的比重设为上述范围内,在水包油型乳化化妆品中,即便不使水相进行增稠也能够稳定地维持油性颗粒的分散状态,且分离形态的化妆品仅通过轻轻地摇动便能够成为油性颗粒的分散体。
本发明的化妆品优选为于其油相中配合粉末。通过于油相中配合粉末而改善所形成的油性颗粒的粒径及形状的均匀性。本发明中的“粉末”只要为能够配合于化妆品等皮肤外用剂中者,则并无特别限定。
作为粉末的例子,可列举:滑石、云母、高岭土、云母、绢云母(sericite)、白云母、金云母、合成云母、红云母、黑云母、锂云母、蛭石、碳酸镁、碳酸钙、硅酸铝、硅酸钡、硅酸钙、硅酸镁、硅酸锶、钨酸金属盐、镁、球状二氧化硅、沸石、硫酸钡、煅烧硫酸钙(烧石膏)、磷酸钙、氟磷灰石、羟磷灰石、陶瓷粉末、金属皂(肉豆蔻酸锌、棕榈酸钙、硬脂酸铝等)、氮化硼等无机粉末;聚酰胺球状树脂粉末(尼龙球状粉末)、球状聚乙烯、交联型聚(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯球状树脂粉末、球状聚酯、交联聚苯乙烯球状树脂粉末、苯乙烯与丙烯酸的共聚物球状树脂粉末、苯胍胺球状树脂粉末、聚四氟乙烯球状粉末、球状纤维素等球状的有机粉末;二氧化钛、氧化锌等无机白色颜料;氧化铁(铁丹)、钛酸铁等无机红色系颜料;γ-氧化铁等无机褐色系颜料;氧化铁黄、赭黄等无机黄色系颜料;氧化铁黑、炭黑、低价氧化钛等无机黑色系颜料;锰紫、钴紫等无机紫色系颜料;氧化铬、氢氧化铬、钛酸钴等无机绿色系颜料;群青、铁蓝等无机蓝色系颜料;氧化钛覆盖云母、氧化钛覆盖氧氯化铋、氧化钛覆盖滑石、着色氧化钛覆盖云母、氧氯化铋、硼硅酸(Ca/Al)、鱼鳞箔等珠光颜料;铝粉、铜粉等金属粉末颜料;红色、黄色、橙色、黄色、绿色、蓝色等色料、或者将这些利用锆、钡或铝等进行色淀化而成的色料(有机颜料);叶绿素、β-Caroline等天然色素等。这些之中,特别优选为滑石。
本发明中的粉末可为经表面处理者也可为未实施表面处理者,其形状也无特别限定。粉末的平均粒径并无特别限定,通常可优选使用1~100μm左右的粉末。
关于粉末的配合量,相对于油相(除粉末以外)的总质量,优选为0.12~30质量%,更优选为0.15~15质量%、进而优选为0.3~9质量%。在油相中的粉末的配合量低于0.12质量%时,有油性颗粒的分散性降低而导致容易引起聚集的倾向。另一方面,若配合量超过油相的30质量%,则有制备时的操作性变差、颗粒的直径及差异变大的倾向。
本发明的化妆品可除上述成分以外,在不阻碍本发明的效果的范围内还含有能够配合于化妆品等皮肤外用剂的其他成分。
作为能够配合于本发明的化妆品的其他成分,并不限定,可列举:水溶性增稠剂、油溶性增稠剂、保湿剂、水溶性药剂(例如,熊果苷、抗坏血酸葡萄糖苷、氨甲环酸、4-甲氧基水杨酸盐等)、油溶性药剂(例如,油溶性维生素类、油溶性植物提取物等)、紫外线吸收剂、依地酸钠等螯合剂、柠檬酸/柠檬酸钠等pH调节剂、对羟苯甲酸酯、苯氧基乙醇等防腐剂、色素、染料、香料、表面活性剂等。
本发明的化妆品即便不配合水溶性增稠剂也能够稳定地维持油性颗粒的分散状态,但通过配合水溶性增稠剂能够使稳定性进一步改善。
本发明中能够配合的水溶性增稠剂并无特别限定,例如可列举:金合欢胶、黄蓍胶、半乳聚糖、角豆树胶、瓜尔胶、刺梧桐树胶、角叉菜胶、果胶、琼脂、榅桲籽(榅桲)、海藻胶(褐藻提取物)等植物系高分子;葡聚糖、琥珀酰葡聚糖、普鲁兰等微生物系高分子;胶原蛋白、酪蛋白、白蛋白、明胶等动物系高分子;甲基纤维素、硝化纤维素、乙基纤维素、甲基羟丙基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、纤维素硫酸钠、羟丙基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、结晶纤维素、纤维素粉末等纤维素系高分子;海藻酸钠、海藻酸丙二醇酯等海藻酸系高分子;聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯甲醚、聚乙烯基吡咯啶酮、羧基乙烯基聚合物、烷基改性羧基乙烯基聚合物等乙烯系高分子;聚氧乙烯系高分子、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯共聚物系高分子;聚丙烯酸钠、聚丙烯酸乙酯、聚丙烯酰胺等丙烯酸系高分子;聚乙烯亚胺、阳离子聚合物、膨润土、硅酸铝镁、合成锂皂石、锂膨润石、硅酸酐等无机系水溶性高分子等。
水溶性增稠剂之中,特别优选为烷基改性羧基乙烯基聚合物,其原因在于基于其表面活性而发挥抑制油性颗粒的聚集、聚结的作用。烷基改性羧基乙烯基聚合物也称为丙烯酸-甲基丙烯酸烷基酯共聚物(丙烯酸酯/丙烯酸烷基酯(C10-30))交联聚合物),例如以CARBOPOL 1342、PEMULEN TR-1、PEMULEN TR-2(BF Goodrich公司)的商品名市售。
水溶性增稠剂的量可视水溶性增稠剂的种类、或用途、所期望的使用性等适当调整,并无特别限定。通常相对于化妆品的总质量为0.001~2质量%,优选为0.01~1.3质量%。
油溶性增稠剂能够以使构成油性颗粒的固态油分的固化力降低而成为适度的硬度的方式进行调整。尤其是使用小烛树蜡等蜡作为固态油分时,优选配合油溶性增稠剂。
本发明中能够配合的油溶性增稠剂并无特别限定,例如可列举:糊精脂肪酸酯、金属皂、亲油性膨润土、氨基酸衍生物、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、山梨糖醇的亚苄基衍生物等。
作为糊精脂肪酸酯,例如可列举糊精棕榈酸酯、糊精油酸酯、糊精硬脂酸酯等。
作为金属皂,例如可列举残存有羟基的硬脂酸铝、硬脂酸镁、肉豆蔻酸锌等。
作为亲油性膨润土,例如可列举二甲基苄基十二烷基铵蒙脱石、二甲基二(十八烷基)铵蒙脱石等。
作为氨基酸衍生物,例如可列举N-月桂酰-L-谷氨酸、α,γ-二-正丁基胺等。
作为蔗糖脂肪酸酯,例如可列举8个羟基中3个以下经高级脂肪酸酯化且高级脂肪酸为硬脂酸、棕榈酸者。
作为山梨糖醇的亚苄基衍生物,例如可列举单亚苄基山梨糖醇、二亚苄基山梨糖醇等。
这些之中,就稳定性及使用性的观点而言,可特别优选使用糊精棕榈酸酯。糊精脂肪酸酯并无特别限定,例如可使用由千叶制粉株式会社所市售且商品名为“RheopearlKL”、“Rheopearl KE”等者。
油溶性增稠剂的量可视用途或所期望的使用感等而适当调整,并无特别限定。通常,相对于油相的总质量,为0.01~5质量%,优选为0.02~2质量%。
本发明的化妆品例如可依据专利文献1或2所记载的方法进行制备。具体而言,将水相成分进行混合,加热至所配合的固态油分的熔点以上,将加热至相同温度并混合的油相成分(包含固态油分及液态油分,且任意地包含粉末)于搅拌下添加至上述水相成分中(搅拌可使用10~1500rpm、优选为20~300rpm左右的转速的螺旋桨或桨式混合器而进行;若使用均质搅拌机,则会被微细化,因而不优选)。继而,可通过边搅拌边冷却而制备。
以此方式制造的本发明的化妆品成为于水相中分散有平均粒径为50μm~10mm的油性颗粒者。认为,本发明的化妆品中的油性颗粒具有内层实质上包含液态油分(任意地包含粉末)且于其周围覆盖有固态油分(外层)的胶囊构造。另外,通过使形成外层的固态油分结晶化而成为适度的硬度,从而产生独特的使用触感。
本发明的化妆品即便不使用表面活性剂也形成上述构造的油性颗粒,但于配合粉末时,该粉末存在于油性颗粒的内部(内层),形成在水相与油相的界面存在固态油分的结构,在该方面上,与在油-水界面存在粉末的皮克林(Pickering)乳化物有明确区别。
需要说明的是,本发明中,在配合颜料等色料作为粉末时,优选为组合使用少量(例如,0.005质量%以下程度)的表面活性剂。作为表面活性剂,优选为HLB7以下的亲油性者,具体而言,可列举PEG-9聚二甲基硅氧乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷、山梨糖醇酐倍半异硬脂酸酯等。
本发明的水包油型乳化化妆品适合用作具有独特的外观及使用感的化妆品基剂。例如,若于油相中配合着色色素或着色颜料等,则能够制成作为均匀地分散有可目视的大小且经着色的油性颗粒的液态化妆品在视觉上也富于魅力的化妆品。
另外,通过设为“油相的比重”>“水相的比重”,分离形态的化妆品以水相成为上侧且油相成为下侧的方式分离。若直接使用这种分离形态的化妆品,则最先有由水相带来的水润触感,若轻轻地摇动则成为油性颗粒容易分散的乳化形态,也可获得赋予湿润的触感的独特使用感。
作为具体的制品形态,例如可用作化妆水、乳液、乳霜、面膜等脸部、身体或头发用的化妆品。
实施例
以下列举实施例对本发明进一步详细地进行说明,但本发明不受这些实施例任何限定。配合量只要未特别记载,则以相对于配合有该成分的化妆品总量的质量%表示。
按照以下表1所示的配方制备水相。其比重为“1.010”。水相的比重以U字管振动方式进行测定(使用Anton Paar公司:型号DMA4100M)。
油相的比重以如下方式进行测定。在圆筒的金属罐(重量Wc)中装满20℃的水,在20℃恒温槽中静置1小时。对此时的重量(Ww)进行测定。继而,使油相溶解,使整体的8成左右向金属罐流入并使其固化。由于固化油分有时会收缩,故而使剩余的2成向其中流入并使其固化。此时,装入至液面凸起的程度并于20℃恒温槽中使其固化。完全固化后,自金属罐表面切下凸起的量,对整体的重量(Ws)进行测定。根据所获得的各重量利用下述式算出比重。
油相的比重=(Ws-Wc)/(Ww-Wc)

继而,使用上述表1所记载的水相,与以下表2所示的配方的油相组合而制备水包油型乳化化妆品。针对各例的化妆品,通过以下的方法及基准,对(1)制造时的油性颗粒的形成性(分散性)、及(2)放置特定时间而成为分离形态之后由摇动所带来的油性颗粒的再形成性进行评价。
(1)制造时的油性颗粒形成性(分散性)
通过目视及显微镜对所制备的乳化化妆品所包含的油性颗粒的状态进行观察,评价颗粒形成性及分散状态。
评价基准:
A:良好地形成颗粒,所形成的颗粒的平均粒径处于50μm~10mm的范围,且均匀地(无聚结、聚集)分散于水相中
B:良好地形成颗粒,所形成的颗粒的平均粒径处于50μm~10mm的范围,但少量(低于3%)的颗粒浮在水相表面
C:良好地形成颗粒,所形成的颗粒的平均粒径处于50μm~10mm的范围,但一部分(3%以上且低于10%)颗粒浮在水相表面
D:未形成颗粒而成为块状、或液体白浊、或者即便形成颗粒也有一半以上的颗粒浮在水相表面
(2)自分离形态的颗粒再形成性(再分散性)
将所制备的乳化化妆品在常温下放置1小时而成为分离形态后,依据上述(1)的基准,对利用摇动器(MILD MIXER)以50rpm的速度搅拌1小时之时的油性颗粒的形成性(再分散性)及水相的状态进行评价。

如表2所示,若油相与水相的比重差(油相-水相)为-0.010~0.100的范围内,则能够均匀地(不聚结、聚集)分散及再分散,但比重差(油相-水相)成为-0.029的例5的一半以上颗粒浮在水相表面。
分别制备下述表3所示的配方的水相、及表4所示的配方的油相,使用各水相99质量%、各油相1质量%而制备水包油型乳化化妆品。将针对各化妆品的按照上述(1)对制造时的颗粒形成性(分散性)进行评价所得的结果示于表5。

如表5所示,通过将水相的比重与油相的比重之差设为本发明的范围内,油性颗粒能够均匀地分散于水相中,若比重差偏离本发明的范围,则无法维持均匀的分散状态。
将本发明的化妆品的其他配方例示于以下表6。这些化妆品的分散性/再分散性也良好。

Claims (6)
1.一种水包油型乳化化妆品,其特征在于,其于水相中分散有含有固态油分及液态油分的油性颗粒,所述油性颗粒的平均粒径为50μm~10mm,构成所述油性颗粒的油相的比重与水相的比重之差[(油相的比重)-(水相的比重)]为-0.010~+0.100的范围内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的化妆品,其中,所述油相的比重与水相的比重之差[(油相的比重)-(水相的比重)]为-0.005~+0.050的范围内。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的化妆品,其中,所述固态油分选自具有50℃以上的熔点的固态油分。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的化妆品,其中,所述液态油分包含含有苯基的硅油。
5.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的化妆品,其中,所述液态油分包含琥珀酸二乙氧基乙酯。
6.根据权利要求1~5中任一项所述的化妆品,其中,所述油相还含有粉末。
