The hot air drying device for producing the non-woven fabric according to claim 1, wherein two first drying assemblies are arranged in the first drying chamber, and the two first drying assemblies are respectively arranged between the feeding roller and the first steering roller, and between the second steering roller and the third steering roller; two second drying assemblies are arranged in the second drying cavity and are respectively arranged between the fourth steering roller and the fifth steering roller as well as between the sixth steering roller and the seventh steering roller;
the first drying component comprises a first supporting frame, a first drying channel is arranged in the first supporting frame and is used for penetrating through the non-woven fabric, and two inner side walls of the first drying channel are respectively provided with a group of hot air drying mechanisms;
the second drying assembly comprises a second supporting frame, a second drying channel is arranged in the second supporting frame and used for penetrating through the non-woven fabric, and a group of hot-pressing drying mechanisms are respectively arranged on two inner side walls of the second drying channel.
3. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein the hot air drying mechanism comprises an upper hot air drying assembly and a lower hot air drying assembly.

The hot air drying device for non-woven fabric production according to claim 3, wherein the upper hot air drying assembly comprises a plurality of vertically arranged upper drying cylinders, two ends of each upper drying cylinder are respectively provided with a first supporting shaft, two first supporting shafts are respectively rotatably clamped and fixed on a first fixing frame preset on the inner wall of the first drying channel, a first gear is coaxially fixed on the upper first supporting shaft, and a second gear is coaxially fixed on the lower first supporting shaft; the plurality of upper drying cylinders are arranged on the same horizontal plane, first gears of the plurality of upper drying cylinders are connected through a first chain, second gears of the plurality of upper drying cylinders are connected through a second chain, a third gear is coaxially fixed on the first gear of one upper drying cylinder and is connected with a fourth gear fixed on a first motor through a third chain, and the first motor is arranged outside the first supporting frame;
the lower hot air drying assembly comprises a plurality of vertically arranged lower drying cylinders, two ends of each lower drying cylinder are respectively provided with a second supporting shaft, the two second supporting shafts are respectively and rotatably clamped and fixed on a second fixing frame which is pre-arranged on the inner wall of the first drying channel, a fifth gear is coaxially fixed on the upper second supporting shaft, a sixth gear is coaxially fixed on the fifth gear, and a seventh gear is coaxially fixed on the lower second supporting shaft; the lower drying drums are arranged on the same horizontal plane and are arranged in a staggered mode, the sixth gear of any lower drying drum is meshed with the second gear of the corresponding upper drying drum, the fifth gears of the lower drying drums are connected through a fourth chain, and the seventh gears of the lower drying drums are connected through a fifth chain.

The hot air drying device for non-woven fabric production according to claim 4, wherein the upper drying cylinder and the lower drying cylinder each comprise a drying cylinder body, a drying cavity is arranged in the drying cylinder body, a plurality of first spray heads are uniformly distributed on the outer wall of the drying cylinder body, and the first spray heads are communicated with the drying cavity; the top of the upper drying cylinder is provided with a first air inlet pipe, the first air inlet pipe coaxially passes through a first supporting shaft through a bearing and can rotatably penetrate through the first supporting shaft to be inserted into the drying cavity, and all the first air inlet pipes are communicated with the first main pipeline; the bottom of the lower drying cylinder is provided with a second air inlet pipe, the second air inlet pipe coaxially passes through the first supporting shaft through a bearing and can rotatably penetrate through the first supporting shaft to be inserted into the drying cavity, and all the second air inlet pipes are communicated with the second main pipeline;
the first motor rotates to drive all the upper drying cylinders to rotate in the same direction, and the upper drying cylinders drive the lower drying cylinders arranged corresponding to the upper drying cylinders to rotate in the opposite direction when rotating; the non-woven fabric vertically penetrates between the two groups of hot air drying mechanisms, and the rotating directions of upper drying cylinders of the two groups of hot air drying mechanisms are opposite; can let in steam to the stoving chamber through first trunk line and second trunk line, steam is through first shower nozzle to the non-woven fabrics blowout.

The hot air drying device for producing non-woven fabric according to claim 2, wherein the hot press drying mechanism comprises two support plates vertically fixed in the second drying passage, a first hot press roller group and a second hot press roller group are arranged between the two support plates, and the first hot press roller group is arranged above the second hot press roller group.

The hot air drying device for non-woven fabric production according to claim 6, wherein the first hot press roller group comprises three first hot press rollers which are stacked in the vertical direction, the first hot press rollers are rotatably arranged between two support plates, a first transmission gear is respectively fixed on the same side of the three first hot press rollers, the three first transmission gears are connected through a first belt, a second transmission gear is coaxially fixed on the uppermost first transmission gear, the second transmission gear is connected with a fourth transmission gear fixed on a second motor through a second belt, a third transmission gear is coaxially fixed on the lowermost first transmission gear, and the third transmission gear is meshed with a seventh transmission gear arranged on the support plates;
the second hot pressing roller group comprises three second hot pressing rollers which are overlapped in the vertical direction, the second hot pressing rollers are rotatably arranged between the two bearing plates, a fifth transmission gear is respectively fixed on the same side of each of the three second hot pressing rollers, the three fifth transmission gears are connected through a third belt, a sixth transmission gear is coaxially fixed on the first transmission gear positioned at the top, the sixth transmission gear is meshed with an eighth transmission gear arranged on the bearing plates, and the seventh transmission gear is meshed with the eighth transmission gear;
the axial directions of the first hot pressing roller and the second hot pressing roller are parallel to the moving direction of the non-woven fabric, and heat conduction oil is circularly injected into the first hot pressing roller and the second hot pressing roller;
the second motor rotates to drive the fourth transmission gear to rotate, and the fourth transmission gear drives the three first hot pressing rollers and the three second hot pressing rollers to rotate reversely at the same time; the non-woven fabric vertically penetrates between the first hot pressing roller set and the second hot pressing roller set, the first hot pressing rollers and the second hot pressing rollers of the two groups of hot pressing drying mechanisms are respectively pressed on the non-woven fabric, the first hot pressing rollers on the left side rotate anticlockwise, and the first hot pressing rollers on the right side rotate clockwise.

The hot air drying device for non-woven fabric production according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein a set of temperature control assemblies is respectively arranged in the first drying chamber, the second drying chamber and the third drying chamber, each temperature control assembly comprises a temperature sensor and an air inlet pipe, the temperature sensors are respectively arranged in the first drying chamber, the second drying chamber or the third drying chamber, the air inlet pipes are uniformly arranged on the right side wall of the first drying chamber, the second drying chamber or the third drying chamber, and the air inlet pipes are used for introducing hot air into the first drying chamber, the second drying chamber or the third drying chamber.
