Abstract
The invention discloses a flying prevention agricultural additive and a preparation method and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of agricultural additives. The invention discloses a flying prevention agricultural auxiliary agent which is a composition consisting of styrene-acrylic emulsion, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene polyether, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, sodium diisooctyl succinate sulfonate and a polyhydroxy compound, and can increase the specific gravity of liquid medicine and the particle size of fog drops. The flying prevention agricultural auxiliary agent disclosed by the invention has better performances of transpiration resistance, drift resistance, wetting, adhesion and the like.

Background
At present, the airplane prevention and control in China develops rapidly. The airplane control is different from the conventional ground spraying, and is low-volume or ultra-low-volume spraying, and the spraying is more than 1m away from a plant canopy and is easily influenced by temperature and climate, so that the liquid medicine is easy to drift and transpire in the spraying process.
Aiming at the problems, the method mainly comprises the steps of adding an auxiliary agent with the functions of resisting drift and transpiration; most of the current flying prevention agricultural additives are oil additives, organic silicon and the like. Oil additives, particularly vegetable oil additives, are complex in components and unstable in performance, and because the oil additives are insoluble in water and can only be emulsified and dispersed in water, the instability of a liquid medicine system is easily caused; the organosilicon obviously reduces the surface tension of the liquid medicine, but has poor anti-drift performance.
Therefore, the problem to be solved by the technical personnel in the field is to provide a flying and defense agricultural auxiliary agent and a preparation method and application thereof.

The styrene-acrylic emulsion is a milky liquid with blue light and is prepared by emulsion copolymerization of styrene and acrylic ester monomers. The solid content is 40-50%, and the viscosity is 80-2000 mPa. The styrene-acrylic emulsion has wide application as an important intermediate chemical product, and is mainly used as building coating, metal surface latex coating, floor coating, paper adhesive, adhesive and the like. The styrene-acrylic emulsion has good adhesive force, transparent adhesive film, good water resistance, oil resistance, heat resistance and aging resistance.
The polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene polyether has low toxicity, and can be used as emulsifier and excipient in food industry, and also used as sugar boiling auxiliary agent; as low-foaming emulsifiers in the textile industry; as emulsifiers and thickeners in the cosmetics industry; in the detergent industry for the formulation of dishwashing detergents, metal cleaners; can be used as corrosion inhibitor, demulsifier and additive in the industries of plastics, coatings and the like.
The polyhydroxy compound can adsorb water, has moisture keeping effect, and has certain viscosity at high concentration.
Preferably, the flying prevention agricultural additive consists of the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 15-25 parts of polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene polyether, 20-30 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 10-15 parts of diisooctyl succinate sodium sulfonate and 5-15 parts of polyhydroxy compound.

Example 1
The agricultural flying prevention additive consists of the following components in parts by weight: 10 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 25 parts of propylene glycol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene polyether, 40 parts of isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether, 20 parts of sodium diisooctyl succinate sulfonate and 5 parts of mannitol.
The preparation method of the flying prevention agricultural additive comprises the following specific steps:
(1) adding the styrene-acrylic emulsion, sodium diisooctyl succinate sulfonate and mannitol into a mixing kettle according to weight, stirring and uniformly mixing; the stirring speed is 20r/min, the stirring time is 60min, and the stirring temperature is 15 ℃;

The agricultural flying prevention additive consists of the following components in parts by weight: 30 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 22 parts of lauryl polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether, 12 parts of cetearyl polyoxyethylene ether, 16 parts of diisooctyl succinate sodium sulfonate and 20 parts of fructose.

(2) under the condition of stirring, adding lauryl polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether and cetearyl polyoxyethylene ether, stirring and uniformly mixing; the stirring speed is 80r/min, the stirring time is 25min, and the stirring temperature is 25 ℃.
Example 4
The agricultural flying prevention additive consists of the following components in parts by weight: 30 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 20 parts of propylene glycol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene polyether, 25 parts of isomeric dodecyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 13 parts of sodium diisooctyl succinate sulfonate and 12 parts of sorbitol.

Comparative example 1
Specific composition of the flying agricultural adjuvant reference is made to example 4, the only difference being that the styrene-acrylic emulsion is changed to an equal amount of water.
Comparative example 2

The following performance tests were performed on the flying control agricultural chemicals prepared in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 4:
(I) transpiration resistance
The anti-transpiration performance of the auxiliary agent is tested by a pendant drop method. At 25 ℃, a single droplet of 1 μ L was generated by a droplet generator on the video optical contact angle gauge OCA, the droplet was photographed at 1s intervals in hanging-drop mode, and the change in droplet volume with time was recorded, and the results are shown in table 1.

From the results in Table 1, it is clear that the addition of the flight control agricultural chemicals of examples 1 to 4 of the present invention extended the evaporation time of water, and the evaporation time of the flight control agricultural chemicals of example 4 was extended by 22 seconds. The larger the droplet size is, the less the droplet is likely to drift under the action of gravity. Droplets smaller than 150 μm are liable to drift, and droplets larger than 400 μm are liable to be ejected from the leaf surface although they are resistant to drift, and the deposition effect is deteriorated. The detection data in table 2 show that the volume median particle diameter of the droplets is increased by adding the flying prevention agricultural additive provided by the invention, so that the anti-drift performance of the droplets is improved. The flying agricultural adjuvant of example 4 had a volume median particle size increase of 56.1%. By reducing one or both components of the present invention, the droplet size is reduced.

(IV) adhesion
Spraying cotton plots of 100 square meters by using an unmanned aerial vehicle, and transversely and longitudinally placing fog droplet collecting points at intervals of 30 cm.
