Further, the pharmaceutical composition is a preparation prepared from the following raw material medicines in parts by weight: 15 parts of momordica grosvenori, 15 parts of dark plum, 12 parts of platycodon grandiflorum, 10 parts of liquorice, 10 parts of dandelion, 8 parts of scaphium scaphigerum, 8 parts of chrysanthemum, 8 parts of gardenia, 6 parts of emblic leafflower fruit and 6 parts of Chinese olive.
Furthermore, the pharmaceutical composition is a preparation prepared by taking the medicinal powder of the raw material medicines, the water or organic solvent extract of the raw material medicines as active ingredients and adding pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary materials according to the weight ratio.
Further, the formulation is an oral formulation.
Further, the oral preparation is decoction, oral liquid, granules, capsules, tablets, powder and bagged steeping agents.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the pharmaceutical composition, which comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw material medicines in the weight ratio;
(2) the raw materials are directly pulverized, or the raw materials are decocted with water or extracted by an organic solvent, the extract is concentrated, and pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary materials are added to prepare the preparation.
Further, the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw material medicines in the weight ratio;
(2) drying the raw materials at 60-100 deg.C, pulverizing, sieving with 10-60 mesh sieve, mixing the medicinal powders, and packaging to obtain bagged steeping preparation.
The invention also provides application of the pharmaceutical composition in preparing a medicine for treating chronic pharyngitis.
Further, the chronic pharyngitis is chronic simple pharyngitis and/or chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis.
The medicinal composition consists of ten medicaments of momordica grosvenori, dark plum fruit, platycodon grandiflorum, liquorice, dandelion, boat-fruited sterculia seed, chrysanthemum, gardenia, emblic leafflower fruit and Chinese olive. The prescription takes emblic leafflower fruit and Chinese olive as monarch drugs for clearing throat and relieving sore throat. The assistant drugs are prepared from dark plum, momordica grosvenori, boat-fruited sterculia seed and platycodon grandiflorum acid which are used for sweetening yin, moistening throat and reducing phlegm, and the assistant drugs are used for rapidly improving discomfort such as dry and itching throat, expectoration and the like. The dandelion, the chrysanthemum and the gardenia are used as adjuvants for clearing away heat and toxic materials, removing dampness, eliminating damp-heat toxin and eliminating inflammation, so that the effects of monarch and minister medicines are more obvious, and the repeated attack of pharyngitis can be prevented. The guiding drug is liquorice, and has the effects of harmonizing the effect of the other drugs and detoxifying and relieving sore throat.
The pharmaceutical composition of the invention is completely composed of medicines with homology of medicine and food, improves the safety of the medicines, and increases the application range and crowds. Clinical test results show that the pharmaceutical composition can effectively treat chronic pharyngitis, and has obvious effects of eliminating or relieving symptoms of pharyngeal discomfort caused by the chronic pharyngitis, such as foreign body sensation, itching sensation, burning sensation, dryness and/or irritation, pharyngeal slight pain, pharyngeal cough, nausea, pharyngeal mucosa thickening, viscous or thick secretion and the like. Meanwhile, the medicine composition of the invention has precise and appropriate compatibility of medicines and can not achieve the effect of treatment by changing the medicine proportion.
Obviously, many modifications, substitutions, and variations are possible in light of the above teachings of the invention, without departing from the basic technical spirit of the invention, as defined by the following claims.
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following examples. This should not be understood as limiting the scope of the above-described subject matter of the present invention to the following examples.
