Fig. 12 and 13 show a fifth embodiment of the multifunctional burner for creating a commercial gas appliance according to the present invention, which is different from the first embodiment in that: the movable furnace core comprises a distributor 2, a normally open fire base 17, a second normally open fire tube 36, a normally open fire cap 10, a normally open fire air inlet tube 5 and an ignition needle 4, wherein a plurality of annular laminates 35 are fixed on the distributor 2 and are arranged on the furnace seat 3 through a fire pressing cover 1, an annular fire outlet groove 34 is arranged between the annular laminates 35, the second normally open fire tube 36 is fixed at the center of the bottom of the distributor 2, an air outlet hole of the normally open fire base 17 is connected with an inlet of the second normally open fire tube 36, the normally open fire air inlet tube 5 is arranged on the furnace seat 3 and is connected with an air inlet hole of the normally open fire base 17, a normally open fire nozzle 11 is arranged on the normally open fire cap 10 and is covered on the second normally open fire tube 36, the ignition needle 4 is a second ignition needle 32, a needle seat of the second ignition needle 32 is fixed on the furnace seat 3, a needle head part of the second ignition needle 32 is arranged on the distributor 2 and is connected with the needle seat, a third limit air throat piece 33 is adopted by the air inlet piece, and a second induction needle 9 is adopted by the second induction needle.
When in use, the burner has moderate flame intensity, burning voice lower than 65 dB, meets the national first-class voice standard, and is mainly suitable for cooking Hu dishes in Zhejiang province.
Fig. 14 and 15 show a sixth embodiment of a multifunctional burner for a commercial gas appliance according to the present invention, which is different from the first embodiment in that: the movable furnace core comprises a distributor 2, a distributor seat 41, a normally open flame base 17, a third normally open flame tube 31, a normally open flame cap 10, a normally open flame air inlet tube 5 and an ignition needle 4, wherein the distributor seat 41 is arranged on the furnace seat 3 through a flame pressing cover 1, the distributor 2 is arranged on a central hole of the distributor seat 41 and mutually forms an annular air groove 39, blind holes 25 uniformly distributed in circumference are arranged on the distributor 2, inclined flame holes 38 uniformly distributed in circumference are arranged on an outer circumferential inclined surface of the distributor 2, inclined flame grooves 37 uniformly distributed in circumference are arranged on the top surface of the distributor 2 and are communicated with the annular air groove 39, through holes 40 for communicating the blind holes 25 and the annular air groove 39 are arranged on the outer wall of the distributor 2, the third normally open flame tube 31 is fixed at the bottom center of the distributor 2, the air outlet hole of the normally open flame base 17 is connected with the inlet of the third normally open flame tube 31, the normally open flame air inlet tube 5 is arranged on the furnace seat 3 and is connected with the air inlet hole of the normally open flame base 17, a normally open flame cap 10 is provided with a normally open flame nozzle 11 and covers the third normally open flame tube 31 and is communicated with the annular air groove 39, the ignition needle is fixed on the third air needle seat 26, and a third air needle is arranged on the third air needle seat 26 is connected with the third air needle seat 2, and the third air needle seat is connected with the third air needle seat 9, and the third air needle seat is arranged at the third air needle seat is in a limited amount by adopting a sensing needle seat 2.
When in use, the burner flame is short and flat, the burning noise is lower than 65 dB, the national primary noise standard is met, and the burner is mainly applicable to short soup furnaces, noodle cooking furnaces, noodle making furnaces and the like.
The first, second and third normally-open fire tubes 16, 36, 31 of the present invention are different in length; the first ignition needle 12, the second ignition needle 32, the third ignition needle 26, the first sensing needle, the second sensing needle and the third sensing needle are the same in needle seat, and the needle heads are different in length. The air-throat plate can be divided into a first air-throat plate 13, a second air-throat plate 21 and a third air-throat plate 33, and the difference between the air inlet angle and the air inlet caliber is different.
