The outer ring fire cover 2 comprises a first lower cover body 21 arranged on the gas seat 1 and a first upper cover body 22 arranged on the first lower cover body 21 in a position-convertible manner; the center fire cover 3 includes a second lower cover 31 provided on the gas seat 1 and a second upper cover 32 provided on the second lower cover 31 in a position-convertible manner.

The gas seat 1 is provided with an ignition needle 14 and a thermocouple 15 near the central gas mixing cavity 11, and the top ends of the ignition needle 14 and the thermocouple 15 extend upwards to form a second lower cover body 31.
The outer periphery of the first upper cover 22 is provided with a plurality of blocking pieces 221 extending radially outwards, and when the first upper cover 22 is in the second position state, the blocking pieces 221 are located at the upper edge of the first lower fire hole 212, so that the fire out of the first lower fire hole 212 can be unfolded outwards.
The first lower cover 21 has an upper end surface and a vertical surface perpendicular to the upper end surface, the first vent hole 211 is formed on the upper end surface, and the first lower fire hole 212 is formed at the intersection of the upper end surface and the vertical surface.
The first upper cover 22 is provided with a positioning pin 223 extending downwards, and correspondingly, the upper end surface of the first lower cover 21 is provided with a first positioning hole 214 and a second positioning hole 215 matched with the positioning pin 223.
The first flame discharge groove 222 is inclined to discharge flame obliquely, and the ventilation cross section of the first ventilation hole 211 is larger than that of the first flame discharge groove 222 in the state where the first upper cover 22 is at the second position.
Similarly, the second upper cover 32 is also provided with a blocking piece 321 and a positioning pin 323, and correspondingly, the upper end surface of the second lower cover 31 is provided with a first positioning hole 314 and a second positioning hole 315 matched with the positioning pin 323.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, in the first position state of the first upper cover 22, the positioning needle 223 is inserted into the first positioning hole 214, and the first fire outlet groove 222 is communicated with the first lower fire hole 212 to enable combustion, i.e. the first fire outlet groove 222 and the first lower fire hole 212 form a large fire hole 1a, and the first ventilation hole 211 is blocked. At the moment, the number of fire holes is small, but the area of the fire holes is large, the flame is strong and powerful, and the flame is inclined at an ignition angle of 60 degrees, so that the flame can heat the bottom of the pot straightly, the heating is more concentrated, the heat loss is less, the firepower is large, the efficiency is high, and the pot is suitable for quick-frying.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in the second position state of the first upper cover 22, the positioning pin 223 is inserted into the positioning hole 215, the first flame-out groove 222 communicates with the first ventilation hole 211 to enable combustion, and the first lower flame hole 212 remains ventilated to enable combustion; the number of fire holes is doubled, and the fire holes are separated up and down, and the original fire circle is divided into an upper circle and a lower circle; the first lower fire holes 212 are arranged in a staggered manner, and the flame diffusion range is larger due to the action of the baffle plates 221; through the design, the number of flame rings can be increased, the flame coverage range is wider, the bottom surface of the heating pot is larger and more uniform, and the heating pot is suitable for cooking with higher requirements on uniformity, such as frying. Meanwhile, the baffle 221 can prevent the soup from entering the first fire hole 212, thereby avoiding blockage.
The split design of the first upper cover body 22 and the first lower cover body 21 combines the characteristic of the toothed fire hole, and when cleaning, the fire hole can be easily treated by opening the fire hole, so that the blockage is eliminated.
