The use method for realizing the releasing butt joint and the wet electric connection of the pipe column by using the underground cable wet butt joint device for the oil well comprises the following steps:

(2) After the pipe column reaches a preset position, the ball is thrown at the well mouth, meanwhile, the ball is chased with small displacement and finally falls on the ball seat at the upper end of the releasing piston 204, at the moment, the well mouth is pressurized, the releasing piston 204 shears the releasing shear pin 203 under the hydraulic acting force and then moves downwards to the position of the annular groove of the slip main body 202, the second external annular boss at the lower end of the slip main body 202 is separated from the positioning boss on the inner wall of the connecting cylinder 205, the slip main body 202 is separated from the connecting cylinder 205, and therefore the whole pipe column is released.
(3) The release string is lifted up, the release connector 303, the slip body 202 and above are pulled out with the string, and the connector barrel 205 and below are placed downhole.
(4) The cable butt joint male head 302 is connected to the lowest end of the electric pump production pipe column 301 through an oil pipe short joint, and after the electric pump production pipe column 301 is put down in place, the cable butt joint male head 302 reaches the position of the spacing flower basket 221 of the releasing connector 303 and shears the pin.
(5) The wellhead scribing tubing is connected with the tubing hanger, the tubing hanger is placed into the Christmas tree by lowering the tubing string, the cable butt male head 302 is smoothly guided into the releasing connector 303, the conducting ring 118 of the cable butt male head 302 is in contact with the conducting sleeve 218 of the releasing connector 302 to form a conducting connection state, the upper insulating ring 117 and the lower insulating ring 119 of the cable butt male head 302 are in contact with the upper insulating sleeve 217 and the lower insulating sleeve 219 of the releasing connector to form sealing insulation, the upper data cable L1 and the lower data cable L2 form complete conducting sealing insulation connection under the action of a downhole cable wet-type butt joint device, and complete line connection is established between the wellhead industrial personal computer and the downhole layered production allocator.
(6) After the butting, the wellhead industrial personal computer is powered on and sends an instruction to the underground layered production allocator, and if the wellhead industrial personal computer can normally receive the data returned by the underground layered production allocator, whether the butting is successful or not is judged. Otherwise, lifting the pipe column and repeating the step (5).

4. An oil well downhole cable wet docking device according to claim 3, wherein: a plurality of annular grooves are uniformly distributed on the middle lower part of the slip main body along the circumferential direction to form a structure similar to an elastic claw.
5. An oil well downhole cable wet docking device according to claim 3, wherein: a guide chamfer structure is arranged on the outer wall of the lower end of the centralizing spare cap.
