Abstract
本发明涉及一种防治农作物细菌性病害的杀菌组合物及其用途,所述组合物包含组合物包含A和B两种活性成分,其中活性成分A为喹啉钙,活性成分B选自春雷霉素、中生菌素、辛菌胺醋酸盐、噻唑锌和噻菌铜中的一种,A和B两种成分之间的重量比为1:80~80:1,复配组合物活性高于各个单剂的防治效果,应用于农作物细菌性病害的防治,组合物中活性成分表现为增效或者提高速效性的效果,使得防治更加持久,在减少农药的施用次数的同时节省农业的操作和防治成本。

技术领域
本发明属于植物保护领域,具体涉及一种防治农作物细菌性病害的杀菌组合物及其用途。
背景技术
目前市场上防治农作物细菌性病害的杀菌剂品种非常有限,主要包括四类:1)无机铜制剂;其中最常用的是铜制剂,该类药剂目前正逐渐被安全的药剂所取代。2)农用链霉素、春雷霉素、中生菌素等;这些农用抗生素的大量使用可能会引起人体病原菌对医用抗生素产生交互抗药性,所以国家正逐步限制或禁止这些抗生素的使用。3)叶枯唑系列杀细菌剂如叶枯唑、噻唑锌、噻菌铜,这类杀菌剂是目前防治细菌性病害的化学药剂中的主流产品,这些药剂防治效果好且安全性高,但这些药剂防治成本较高,同时使用超过20年,在一定的程度上也需要其它药剂轮换使用。4)8-羟基喹啉铜,该药剂能同时防治番茄晚疫病、葡萄霜霉病等真菌性病害以及黄瓜细菌性角斑病、柑橘溃疡病等细菌性病害,是到目前为止经过实际检验,防治细菌性病害有效的最新药剂。
在近20年内少有新的细菌性药剂上市,开发新的杀细菌剂及相关产品的混配具有重要的意义。8-羟基喹啉钙虽然在2012年就有合成的文献报导,但其并没有涉及农业应用。我们于2015年开始将8-羟基喹啉钙在黄瓜细菌性角斑病、柑橘溃疡病、水稻白叶枯病菌、水稻细菌性条斑病、水稻细菌性基腐病、甘蓝细菌性软腐病、桃树细菌性穿孔病、西瓜角斑病、猕猴桃溃疡病等细菌性病害上进行研究并于2018年6月29日申请了应用专利(申请号201810699172);近两年将喹啉钙与一些常规的杀细菌化合物进行室内生测和田间的混用应用研究,表明喹啉钙与这些作用机理不同的杀细菌剂有很好可混性和协同增效作用。喹啉钙的优点是安全性好、保护性能好、持效期长,缺点是内吸性差、起效慢;而与一些内性较好、起效快的药剂配合使用后,不仅能达到合理延缓抗性的目的,还能起到快速控制病害蔓延、持效保护作物健康的作用,从为田间病害防治提供更好的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防治农作物细菌性病害的组合物,此组合物比单一组分的杀菌剂增效明显,在合理延缓抗性的同时,还能起到快速控制病害蔓延、持效保护作物健康的作用,从为田间病害防治提供更好的解决方案。
本发明的技术方案为下:
一种防治农作物细菌性病害的组合物,所述的组合物包含A和B两种活性成分。其中活性成分A为喹啉钙,活性成分B选自春雷霉素、中生菌素、辛菌胺醋酸盐、噻唑锌、噻菌铜中的一种;A和B两种成分之间的重量比为1:80~80:1。
活性成分A与活性成分B的化合物结构类型不同,作用机制各异,两者间无交互抗性,两者复配能够扩大杀菌谱,提高药剂治效果,并可在一定程度上延缓病原菌抗性的产生。
本发明的另外一个目的在于提供上述组合物的制备方法及其在防治农作物细菌性病害中的应用。
上述组合物中活性成分A和活性成分B两种成分之间的重量比为1:80~80:1,优选的1:40~40:1,进一步优选为1:20~20:1,进一步优选为15:1-1:10,更进一步优选为10:1-1:5。
所述活性成分A为8-羟基喹啉钙,以下简称喹啉钙。
所述活性成分B选自春雷霉素、中生菌素、辛菌胺醋酸盐、噻唑锌、噻菌铜中的一种。
所述组合物还包含农药助剂。
所述组合物是由10%~85%重量份的活性成分与90%~15%重量份的农药助剂组成。
所述的组合物的剂型为农业上允许的任意一种剂型。
所述的剂型为可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂、微囊悬浮剂、悬乳剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、浓乳剂、微乳剂以及可供种子处理的悬浮种衣剂。
本发明提供了上述组合物在防治农作物病害中的用途,特别是在防治黄瓜细菌性角斑病、柑橘溃疡病、水稻白叶枯病菌、水稻细菌性条斑病、水稻细菌性基腐病、甘蓝细菌性软腐病、桃树细菌性穿孔病、西瓜角斑病、猕猴桃溃疡病中的用途。
组合物所述助剂成分包括湿润剂、分散剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、防腐剂、稳定剂、成膜剂、消泡剂、着色剂、填料等及其它有益于有效成分在制剂中稳定或活性化合物发挥的已知物质,都是制备中常用或农业上允许使用的各种成分,并无特别限定,具体成分和用量根据需要通过试验确定。
所述的湿润剂选自EO/PO嵌段聚醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、酰基谷胺酸盐、脂肪醇乙氧基化合物、牛油脂乙氧基铵盐、烷基萘磺酸盐。
所述分散剂选自木质素磺酸钠、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠、萘磺酸缩合物钠盐、苯酚磺酸缩合物钠盐、甲基萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物、丙烯酸均聚物钠盐、高分子聚羧酸盐、二辛基磺基琥珀酸钠盐、马来酸-丙烯酸共聚物钠盐。
所述溶剂选自二甲苯、三甲苯、甲基化植物油、环氧大豆油。
所述成膜剂选用聚乙烯醇、聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚乙烯乙二醇聚甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯、羧甲基纤维素、阿拉伯树胶、黄原胶、淀粉等具有粘结性和成膜性的高分子聚合物。
所述增稠剂选自黄原胶、硅酸铝镁、羧甲基纤维素钠、淀粉磷酸酯钠、辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉钠、聚乙烯醇。
所述稳定剂选自环氧大豆油、环氧氯丙烷、亚磷酸三苯酯、缩水甘油醚或季戊四醇。

本发明的有益效果
本发明的组合物以喹啉钙分别与春雷霉素、中生菌素、辛菌胺醋酸盐、噻唑锌、噻菌铜进行二元混配。混配产品活性高于各个单剂的防治效果,应用于农作物细菌性病害的防治。组合物中两组有效成分表现为增效或者相加或者提高速效性的效果,使得防治更加持久,在减少农药的施用次数的同时节省农业的操作和防治成本。

实施例1:
将40%活性化合物(35.0%喹啉钙和5.0%春雷霉素)、牛油脂乙氧基铵盐2.0%、酰基谷胺酸盐1.2%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐1.3%、苯酚磺酸缩合物钠盐2.0%、高分子聚羧酸盐3.0%、辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉钠2.0%、丙三醇3.0%、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯0.2%、聚醚消泡剂0.1%、去离子水补至100%,投入到高剪切均质乳化机中高速剪切30分钟,再泵至砂磨机中砂磨60分钟,过滤后即得40%含量活性化合物悬浮剂。
实施例2:
将50%活性化合物(25.0%喹啉钙和25.0%噻唑锌)、烷基萘磺酸盐2.0%、酰基谷胺酸盐1%、苯酚磺酸缩合物钠盐2.0%、甲基萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物2.0%、黄原胶2.0%、乙二醇2.0%、水杨酸苯酯0.2%、聚醚消泡剂0.1%、去离子水补至100%,投入到高剪切均质乳化机中高速剪切30分钟,再泵至砂磨机中砂磨90分钟,过滤后即得50%活性化合物悬浮剂。
实施例3:
将40%活性化合物(20.0%喹啉钙和20.0%噻菌铜)、烷基萘磺酸盐2.0%、酰基谷胺酸盐1%、苯酚磺酸缩合物钠盐2.0%、甲基萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物2.0%、黄原胶1.0%、乙二醇2.0%、二甲基聚硅烷0.1%、聚醚消泡剂0.1%、去离子水补至100%,投入到高剪切均质乳化机中高速剪切30分钟,再泵至砂磨机中砂磨90分钟,过滤后即得40%活性化合物悬浮剂。
实施例4:
将63.0%活性化合物(60.0%喹啉钙和3.0%中生菌素)、马来酸-丙烯酸共聚物钠盐6%、牛油脂乙氧基胺盐2%、二丁基萘磺酸钠5%、羧甲基淀粉钠10%、凹凸棒土10%、白炭黑补充至100%,投到搅拌机中搅拌均匀后再经气流粉碎,得喹啉钙和中生菌素的母粉;将阿拉伯树胶2%、聚乙烯醇2%溶于水中配制成易流动水溶液;在搅拌母粉的状态下将水溶液全部喷雾加入到母粉中,混合成湿料,其中水含量为干物质重量的10-30%;将湿料经挤压造粒、干燥、整粒即得63.0%活性化合物水分散粒剂。
实施例5:
将33.0%活性化合物(30.0%喹啉钙和3.0%辛菌胺醋酸盐)、马来酸-丙烯酸共聚物钠盐5%、缩聚萘磺酸盐2%、烷基萘磺酸盐2%、凹凸棒土3%、月桂基硫酸钠4%、高岭土补充至100%,投到搅拌机中搅拌均匀后再经气流粉碎即得33%活性化合物可湿性粉剂。
二、活性测定实施例
试验1:30%喹啉钙SC60ml+1.8%辛菌胺醋酸盐AS:防治水稻细菌性条斑病
30%喹啉钙SC+3%辛菌胺醋酸盐WP∶防治水稻细菌性条斑病,30%喹啉钙SC 为嘉兴市世诚科技有限公司生产,1.8%辛菌胺醋酸盐AS样品市购,为河北神华药业有限公司生产。试验方法∶参照《中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T 17980.105-2000》进行田间药效试验,试验于2019年8月在江苏省宿迁市进行,在病害初发生时用药每间隔5天用药一次,连续用药3次,药后3次的第14天调查上三叶的病情指数,计算防治效果。

从调查结果看,喹啉钙和辛菌胺醋酸盐的组合明显好于两个单剂处理,能快速并持效的控制病害的发展,从而起到很好的保护水稻上部功能叶的作用。

30%喹啉钙SC+20%噻菌铜SC∶防治水稻细菌性条斑病,30%喹啉钙SC 为嘉兴市世诚科技有限公司生产,20%噻菌铜SC样品市购,为浙江龙湾化工有限公司生产。试验方法∶参照《中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T 17980.19-2000》进行田间药效试验,试验于2019年8月在江苏省宿迁市进行,在病害初发生时用药每间隔5天用药一次,连续用药3次,药后3次的第14天调查上三叶的病情指数,计算防治效果。

30%喹啉钙SC+20%噻唑锌SC∶防治黄瓜细菌性角斑病。30%喹啉钙SC 为嘉兴市世诚科技有限公司生产,20%噻唑锌SC样品市购,为浙江新农化工股份有限公司生产。试验方法∶参照《中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T 17980.110-2004》进行田间药效试验,试验于2019年5月在嘉兴市农业科学研究院的大棚内进行小区试验,每个小区10平方米,试验时黄瓜刚进入挂果期,细菌性角斑病也在发病初期,2次用药,中间间隔7天,第2次药后7天进行叶片分级调查。

30%喹啉钙SC+2%春雷霉素AS∶防治黄瓜细菌性角斑病。30%喹啉钙SC 为嘉兴市世诚科技有限公司生产,2%春雷霉素AS样品市购,为江门市植保有限公司生产。试验方法∶参照《中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T 17980.110-2004》进行田间药效试验,试验于2019年5月在嘉兴市农业科学研究院的大棚内进行小区试验,每个小区10平方米,试验时黄瓜刚进入挂果期,细菌性角斑病也在发病初期,2次用药,中间间隔7天,第2次药后7天进行叶片分级调查。

Claims (4)
1.一种防治农作物细菌性病害的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述的组合物包含A和B两种活性成分,其中活性成分A为喹啉钙,活性成分B为春雷霉素;A和B两种成分之间的重量比为3:1-9:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述杀菌组合物还包含农药助剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述杀菌组合物是由10%~85%重量份的活性成分与90%~15%重量份的农药助剂组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述杀菌组合物的剂型为可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂、微囊悬浮剂、悬乳剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、浓乳剂、微乳剂或可供种子处理的悬浮种衣剂。
