Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a water outlet module which can be arranged on a column body of a shower column and the shower column using the water outlet module, wherein the water outlet module can be matched with the whole group of shower columns for delivery, can be sold independently and can be selectively added on the existing shower column.
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a water outlet module attachable to a column of a shower column, comprising:
the water outlet unit is provided with an object placing surface on the upward side, and a water outlet surface is arranged on the downward side of the water outlet unit;
The water diversion assembly comprises a water inlet and a first water outlet, the water diversion assembly can enable the water inlet to be communicated or not to be communicated with the first water outlet, the shower column is provided with a shower faucet, the shower faucet is communicated with an external water source and is switched to a first outlet, and the water inlet of the water diversion assembly is connected with and communicated with the first outlet;
the connecting water pipe is communicated with the first water outlet and the water outlet surface;
The fixing assembly can be clamped and fixed on the column body, the water outlet unit is erected on the fixing assembly, and the height of the water outlet unit on the column body is configured to enable water flow sprayed from the water outlet surface to wash the shoulder or the neck.
Preferably, the securing assembly is releasable against the post and is height adjustable on the post.
Preferably, the fixing assembly comprises a first bent arm and a second bent arm, a clamping and supporting channel for the column to pass through is defined between the first bent arm and the second bent arm, and the fixing assembly further comprises a third bent arm arranged in the clamping and supporting channel and capable of moving towards the clamping and supporting channel to clamp the column.
Preferably, one ends of the first curved arm and the second curved arm are hinged, the other ends of the first curved arm and the second curved arm are abutted and define a sliding rod, the fixing assembly further comprises a pushing piece, the pushing piece comprises the third curved arm and a sliding rod which slides through the sliding rod, the pushing piece further comprises a control button which can rotate relative to the sliding rod, and the control button is connected with the sliding rod and can rotate relative to the sliding rod.
Preferably, when the control knob is screwed into the slide supplying rod, the slide supplying rod is pushed to slide relative to the slide supplying rod, and the third bent arm opening moves towards the clamping and supporting channel to clamp the column body.
Preferably, the water diversion assembly further comprises a second water outlet, and the water diversion assembly can enable the water inlet to be communicated with the first water outlet or the second water outlet.
Preferably, the shower column is provided with a handheld shower head, and the second water outlet hole is communicated with the handheld shower head.
Preferably, the water outlet unit is further provided with a plug hole for plugging the handheld shower head.
Preferably, the water outlet unit is provided with a water through hole communicated with the water outlet surface, and the connecting water pipe is communicated with the first water outlet and the water through hole.
The invention also provides a shower column, and the water outlet module is used.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. The height of the water outlet unit is configured to be capable of flushing the shoulder and neck of a user, so that user experience is improved;
2. The water outlet unit integrates the object placing function, so that a user can conveniently take shower articles;
3. the water outlet unit integrates the shower nozzle socket function, so that a user can place the handheld shower nozzle on the plug hole, and user experience is improved;
4. The water outlet unit of the water outlet unit can axially move relative to the column body, so that the height is adjusted, and the user experience is improved;
5. The water outlet module can be matched with the whole group of shower columns for delivery, and can be sold independently and selectively added to the existing shower columns.

The terms "first," "second," and the like, as used herein, do not denote any order, quantity, or importance, but rather are used to distinguish one element from another.
Referring to fig. 1-2, a common shower column 100 is shown, the shower column 100 comprises a shower faucet 1, a column 2, a handheld shower head 3 and a head shower head 4, the shower faucet 1 is fixedly arranged on a wall surface, a hot water supply port 11 and a cold water supply port 12 are respectively arranged at the fixedly connected part of the shower faucet 1 and the wall surface, external cold water or hot water enters the shower faucet 1 through the hot water supply port 11 and the cold water supply port 12, a thermostatic valve 13 communicated with the hot water supply port 11 and the cold water supply port 12 is further arranged in the shower faucet 1, and the thermostatic valve 13 is used for mixing hot water or cold water and discharging mixed water with constant temperature preset by a user.
A switching valve 14 is further arranged in the shower faucet 1, the switching valve 14 receives the mixed water flowing out from the constant temperature valve 13, a first channel (not shown) and a second channel (not shown) which are isolated from each other are further arranged in the shower faucet 1, the first channel and the second channel are respectively communicated with the switching valve 14, and the switching valve 14 can switch the mixed water to one of the first channel and the second channel. The shower faucet 1 is further provided with a first outlet 15 communicating with the first channel and a second outlet 16 communicating with the second channel. In this embodiment, the first outlet 15 is protruding outside the shower faucet 1, the first outlet 15 is vertically downward, the first outlet 15 and the second outlet 16 are provided with external threads along the periphery, the second outlet 16 is also protruding outside the shower faucet 1, and the second outlet 16 is vertically upward.
The shower faucet 1 is used for switching on an external water source to the first outlet 15 or the second outlet 16, the shower column 100 further comprises a switching waterway connecting the first outlet 15 and the second outlet 16, the water flows out of the first outlet 15 or the second outlet 16 and flows to the head shower 4 and the hand shower 3 respectively through the switching waterway, the switching waterway comprises a first switching waterway communicated with the hand shower 3 and a second switching waterway communicated with the head shower 4, and the shower faucet 1 is used for switching on the external water source to the switching waterway.
The column body 2 of the shower column 100 is in a penetrating tubular shape, the column body 2 is connected to the second outlet 16, and one end of the column body 2 is provided with an internal thread structure which is adapted to be installed with the second outlet 16. The column 2 extends upwards from the second outlet 16 of the shower faucet 1, and the second switching waterway extends in the column 2, in this embodiment, since the column 2 is tubular, water can flow directly in the column 2, and in some simple alternatives, a plastic water pipe extending in the column 2 can be used, but not limited thereto.
The head shower 4 is disposed at the end of the column 2, and water flows from the second outlet 16 through the second switching waterway and is sprayed from the head shower 4. The water flow sprayed by the head shower 4 is vertically downward, and a user can stand in the spraying range of the head shower 4 to receive water spraying. The hand-held shower head 3 is used for being held by a user and is suitable for spraying some difficult-to-spray positions, the hand-held shower head 3 further comprises a shower head connecting pipe 31, one end of the shower head connecting pipe 31 is connected with the first outlet 15, the other end of the shower head connecting pipe 31 is connected with the hand-held shower head 3, and the first switching water path extends in the shower head connecting pipe 31.
Referring to fig. 3-11, there is shown a water outlet module 5 of the present invention attachable to a column of a shower post, comprising a water outlet unit 51, a water dividing assembly 52, a connecting water pipe 53 and a fixing assembly 54.
The water outlet unit 51 is disposed on the column 2, the water outlet unit 51 has a square structure, an upward surface of the water outlet unit has a placement surface 511, the placement surface 511 is parallel to a horizontal plane, a user may place some shower articles such as shampoo, shower cream or soap on the placement surface 511, in some simple alternatives, the placement surface 511 may not be parallel to the horizontal plane, and the placement surface 511 may be configured to stably place the shower articles. The downward surface of the water outlet unit 51 has a water outlet surface 512, the water outlet surface 512 forms an angle with the horizontal plane and faces to the side far away from the column 2, and the water outlet surface 512 forms an angle of 45 degrees with the horizontal plane. The water outlet 512 is provided with a plurality of water outlet holes, the downward side of the water outlet 51 is further provided with a water through hole 513, the water through hole 513 protrudes out of the downward side of the water outlet 51, a water outlet channel (not shown) which is communicated with the water through hole 513 and the water outlet 512 is further extended in the water outlet 51, the water outlet 51 is further provided with a plug hole 514 for plugging the hand shower 3, and when a user does not need to use the hand shower 3, the hand shower can be placed in the plug hole 514.
The water diversion assembly 52 comprises a water inlet 521, a first water outlet 522 and a second water outlet 523, the water diversion assembly 52 can enable the water inlet 521 to be communicated or not to be communicated with the first water outlet 522, the water diversion assembly 52 can alternatively communicate with the first water outlet 522 and the second water outlet 523, and the water inlet 521 of the water diversion assembly 52 is connected with and communicated with the first outlet 15.
The connecting water pipe 53 is communicated with the first water outlet 522 and the water outlet 512, one end of the connecting water pipe 53 is connected with the first water outlet 522, the other end of the connecting water pipe 53 is connected with the water through hole 513, water flows from the first outlet 15 of the shower faucet 1 to the water diversion assembly 52, flows from the first water outlet 522 through the connecting water pipe 53, then passes through the water through hole 513 and a water outlet channel, and finally flows out from a water outlet hole of the water outlet 512.
The fixing component 54 can be clamped and fixed on the column 2, the water outlet unit 51 is erected on the fixing component 54, and the height of the water outlet unit 51 on the column 2 is configured to wash the shoulder or neck by water flow sprayed from the water outlet surface 512.
The water outlet module 5 may be selectively attached to a common shower post 100, specifically, one end of the shower connection pipe 31 connected to the first outlet 15 is firstly disconnected, then the water inlet 521 of the water diversion assembly 52 is attached to and communicates with the first outlet 15, one end of the connection water pipe 53 is attached to the first water outlet 522, and then the other end of the connection water pipe 53 is attached to and communicates with the water passage 513. The shower connection pipe 31 is attached to and communicates with the second water outlet 523. The fixing component 54 is clamped and fixed on the column body 2, the water outlet unit 51 is erected on the fixing component 54, the height of the water outlet unit 51 on the column body 2 is configured to enable water flow sprayed from the water outlet surface 512 to wash the shoulder or neck, and the hand-held shower head 3 can be directly inserted into the inserting holes 514 because the inserting holes 514 are formed in the water outlet unit 51.
Referring specifically to fig. 7-8, the diverter assembly 52 includes a diverter body 524, a diverter valve 525, and an operating handle 526. The water diversion main body 524 is provided with a water diversion chamber 5241 for the water diversion valve core 525 to conduct water diversion operation, and the water diversion chamber 5241 is communicated with the water inlet 521, the first water outlet 522 and the second water outlet 523. The operation handle 526 is in transmission connection with the water diversion valve element 525, in this embodiment, the operation handle 526 is connected with the water diversion valve element 525 through a spline, and the operation handle 526 rotates relative to the water diversion main body 524 and drives the water diversion valve element 525 to rotate in the water diversion chamber 5241.
The water inlet 521 is arranged at the top of the water diversion main body 524, and the axis of the water inlet 521 coincides with the axis of the water diversion valve core 525. The first water outlet 522 is disposed on a side surface of the water diversion main body 524, an axis of the first water outlet 522 is perpendicular to an axis of the water diversion valve 525, and the first water outlet 522 is disposed circumferentially around the axis of the water diversion valve 525. The second water outlet 523 is disposed at the bottom of the water diversion body 524, and the axis of the second water outlet 523 is perpendicular to the axis of the water diversion valve 525.
The water diversion valve 525 includes a bottom wall 5251 and a rotating peripheral wall 5252 extending upward along the periphery of the bottom wall 5251. The rotating peripheral wall 5252 is provided with a first water diversion hole 5253 which can communicate with the first water outlet 522, and the bottom wall 5251 is provided with a second water diversion hole (not shown) which can communicate with the second water outlet 523. The water diversion valve core 525 has a first rotation position communicated with the first water outlet 522, a second rotation position communicated with the second water outlet 523, and a third rotation position not communicated with the second water outlet 523, the first water diversion hole 5253 is communicated with the first water outlet 522 when rotated to the first rotation position, the second water diversion hole is communicated with the second water outlet 523 when rotated to the second rotation position, and the water inlet 521 is not communicated with the first water outlet 522 and the second water outlet 523 when rotated to the third rotation position.
Referring to fig. 5-6 and 9-11, the fixing component 54 may be clamped and fixed on the column 2, the water outlet unit 51 is mounted on the fixing component 54, and the fixing component 54 may be unclamped from the column 2 and may be adjusted in height on the column 2. The water outlet unit 51 includes a mounting hole 515 penetrating from its upward facing side to its downward facing side, and the column 2 is penetrated from the side of the mounting hole 515. The downward surface of the water outlet unit 51 is further provided with a mounting peripheral wall 516 corresponding to the mounting hole 515, and the mounting peripheral wall 516 extends downward from the periphery of the mounting hole 515. The mounting peripheral wall 516 has an axial projected area larger than that of the mounting hole 515. The side of the mounting peripheral wall 516 facing the water outlet surface 512 is further provided with a relief groove 5161. The inner wall surface of the mounting peripheral wall 516 is further provided with four clamping grooves 5162, and the four clamping grooves 5162 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction.
The securing assembly 54 is attachable within the mounting perimeter wall 516, the securing assembly 54 including a first curved arm 541 and a second curved arm 542, one end of the first curved arm 541 and the second curved arm 542 being hinged, the first curved arm 541 and the second curved arm 542 being pivotable relative to the hinge 546. The other ends of the first curved arm 541 and the second curved arm 542 are combined and define a slide supplying rod 543, and in this embodiment, an external thread structure is disposed outside the slide supplying rod 543. When the first curved arm 541 and the second curved arm 542 are combined, a clamping passage 545 is defined between the hinge 546 and the first fastener, and the column 2 passes through the clamping passage 545.
The fixing assembly 54 further includes a pushing member 544, the pushing member 544 including a third curved arm 5441 disposed in the clamping channel 545 and a sliding rod 5442 sliding through the sliding rod 543, the pushing member 544 further including a control knob 5443 rotatable relative to the sliding rod 5442, the control knob 5443 being coupled to the sliding rod 5442 and rotatable relative to the sliding rod 5442. The control button 5443 is internally provided with an internal thread structure which is adapted to be connected with the external screw structure of the sliding rod 543, when the control button 5443 is screwed into the sliding rod 543, the sliding rod 5442 is pushed to slide relative to the sliding rod 543, and at this time, the opening of the third curved arm 5441 faces the clamping and supporting channel 545, so that the axial projection area of the clamping and supporting channel 545 is reduced, and at this time, the column 2 passing through the clamping and supporting channel 545 is clamped.
In the installation process, the first bent arm 541 and the second bent arm 542 are pivoted relative to the hinge 546, the cylinder 2 is sleeved in the clamping channel 545, the sliding rod 5442 of the pushing member 544 is disposed in the sliding rod 543, at this time, the opening of the third bent arm 5441 faces the clamping channel 545, and the control button 5443 is rotatably connected with the sliding rod 5442. The first bent arm 541 and the second bent arm 542 are further provided with a clamping block 5411 corresponding to the clamping groove 5162, and the clamping block 5411 is adapted to be inserted into the clamping groove 5162. At this time, the sliding rod 543 passes through the relief groove 5161, and the control knob 5443 is screwed, and the control knob 5443 pushes the third bending arm 5441 to slide toward the clamping channel 545.
The water outlet unit 51 is then erected on the fixing assembly 54 corresponding to the mounting peripheral wall 516, and the clamping blocks 5411 are adapted to be inserted into the clamping grooves 5162.
When the user needs to adjust the height of the water outlet unit 51 on the column 2, only the control button 5443 is required to be unscrewed, the third bent arm 5441 is disengaged from the column 2, the height of the water outlet unit 51 on the column 2 is slidingly adjusted, and then the control button 5443 is screwed, at this time, the third bent arm 5441 is abutted to press the column 2, and the water outlet unit 51 is fixed.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the design concept of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art will be able to make insubstantial modifications of the present invention within the scope of the present invention disclosed herein by this concept, which falls within the actions of invading the protection scope of the present invention.
