Abstract

本发明涉及一种向卧式炼焦炉内装煤的方法和设备。其装煤方法为:将散煤捣固,推入运煤车的箱形煤筒内,开动运煤车至焦炉前定位,将煤筒连同捣固煤悬臂地伸入焦炉内,再由一套可伸缩的顶杆装置将煤顶住,然后抽回煤筒,煤靠自重落入炉中,最后将顶杆拉回原位。实现其方法的运煤车包括:车架、运行机构、送煤装置。送煤装置安装在车架上,包括箱形煤筒、煤筒传动机构、支承轮、悬臂压紧装置、顶杆装置、顶杆拉回机构、锁定机构等。本发明具有焦炭强度高、质量好,焦炉寿命长,投资少的优点。

Description

向卧式炼焦炉内装煤的方法和设备
本发明属于炼焦炉装煤的方法和设备,涉及一种向卧式炼焦炉内装入捣固煤的方法和设备。
目前,世界上广泛采用的炼焦设备为直立式炼焦炉,其较先进的装煤方法是一种推煤机将煤捣固装入炭化室。这种立式炼焦炉虽然因为采用捣固煤炼焦,使焦炭强度高、粒度大、质量好,但是由于其捣固煤入炉时磨损炉底;在炼焦过程中焦油、煤气等未能得到充分燃烧分解;捣固煤体积小等,因此存在投资大、能源消耗大、焦炉寿命短、焦炭产量低等缺点。特别是对环境的污染问题,未能通过清洁空气的规定标准。美国雷同工程设计及建设公司(RaytheonEngineers & Constructors)采用了“一种互联、无回收炼焦炉”,它是平卧式结构,数孔焦化炉烟道互相联通,使炼焦过程中产生的焦油、煤气得到充分燃烧分解。这种卧式炼焦炉,虽然克服了上述立式炼焦炉的一些缺点,但是由于其烟道在炉子底部,炉底允许承压能力很小,这就要求向炉内装煤时,不磨损底部。为了满足不磨损底部的要求,美国专利(US4067462)采用了螺旋方式向焦炉内抛洒散煤的装煤方法。这种工艺由于进入焦炉的煤未经捣固,密度小,因此炼出的焦炭强度较低、质量较差。
本发明的目的旨在克服上述已有技术的不足,提供一种向卧式炼焦炉内装煤的方法和设备,不但使其投资少、产量高、无污染,而且由于装入炉内的煤经过捣固,因此具有焦炭强度高、质量好、焦炉寿命长的优点。
本发明的上述目的是这样实现的:一种向卧式炼焦炉内装煤的方法,其步骤为:
1)将散煤按照要求规格与密度捣固;
2)将捣固煤推入运煤车的箱形煤筒内;
3)开动运煤车至待装煤的卧式炼焦炉前,定位;
4)开动煤筒传动机构,使箱形煤筒连同捣固煤,悬臂地伸入卧式炼焦炉内;
5)顶杆顶住捣固煤,煤筒传动机构反向运转,使箱形煤筒从焦炉内抽回,捣固煤靠自重落入炉中;
6)开动顶杆拉回机构,收回顶杆;
7)开动运煤车,返回至捣固站位;
所述散煤的捣固,可先在捣固的平台上铺设一层防粘结材料。所述顶杆顶住捣固煤,可以是在箱形煤筒连同捣固煤悬臂地伸入卧式焦炉的同时,由煤筒带动套管式活动杆伸长,待煤筒全部进入焦炉后,顶杆锁定,顶住捣固煤。
一种向卧式炼焦炉内装煤的设备,是一种可横向送煤、纵向行走的运煤车,它包括:车架、运行机构、送煤装置,车架由安装在其两边的至少4个车轮支承在导轨上,运行机构的车轮由安装在车架上的电机、减速器驱动。送煤装置包括:置于车架上的箱形煤筒、煤筒传动机构、煤筒支承轮、煤筒悬臂压紧装置、顶杆装置、顶杆拉回机构、顶杆锁定机构等。箱形煤筒位于车架的中部,沿导轨的垂直方向设置,并由链轮、链条机构传动。煤筒支承轮支承在箱形煤筒的下方。煤筒悬臂压紧装置设置在靠近焦炉一端距支承轮内侧有一定距离的箱形煤筒上方,由安装在车架上的压紧横梁和滚轮组成。顶杆装置包括:空心固定杆、套管式活动杆、顶杆头,空心固定杆与车架连接,其内孔与套管式活动杆套装,顶杆头与最后一节活动杆连接,顶杆头与箱形煤筒内壁接触,在箱形煤筒内壁上,紧贴捣固煤端面设置一个挡圈,可带动顶杆头随煤筒一起前进。顶杆拉回机构由固定在顶杆头上的钢丝绳和驱动件组成。顶杆锁定机构由装在套管式活动杆内腔的电磁液压缸、由液压缸驱动并能横向穿过活动杆、固定杆的锁定销轴组成。
箱形煤筒的传动机构由电机、减速器、链轮驱动链条,链条的两个端头分别连接在箱形煤筒的两个链条固定块上。套管式活动杆至少有两节。顶杆头的两侧安装有导向轮,下方装有支承轮。顶杆拉回机构的驱动件由缠绕钢丝绳的卷筒、驱动卷筒的电机和减速器组成。煤筒传动机构的链条下方设有托辊。
本发明与已有技术相比,由于采用了一种可横向送煤、纵向行走的运煤车,巧妙地设计了箱形煤筒、悬臂地伸入焦炉内的传动机构和压紧机构,使其可实现对卧式焦炉提供经捣固的煤。因此,不但较立式炼焦炉投资少、产量高、无污染,而且具有焦炭强度高、块度大、质量好的优点,可满足冶金焦,特别是铸造焦的严格要求。由于合理地设计了可伸缩的顶杆装置,使箱形煤筒抽回时,捣固煤自动落入炉中,这就保证了捣固煤在装入焦炉的过程中,始终不与炉体接触,大大地提高了焦炉的使用寿命。

下面结合附图,通过实施例进一步对本发明加以说明:
如图1、2所示,一种向卧式炼焦炉内装煤的方法,其步骤为:
1)将散煤按照要求规格、密度,在捣固站1采用常规方法捣固;
2)将经捣固的煤6,用推杆5推入运煤车2的箱形煤筒10内;
3)开动运煤车2,沿轨道4运至待装煤的卧式炼焦炉3的前面定位;
4)开动煤筒传动机构,使箱形煤筒10连同捣固煤6一起,悬臂地伸入卧式炼焦炉3内;
5)顶杆装置的顶杆19、18、16顶住捣固煤6,煤筒传动机构反向运转,使箱形煤筒10从焦炉3内抽回,捣固煤6靠自重落入炉中;
6)开动顶杆拉回机构,收回顶杆16、18;
7)运煤车2返回至捣固站位,开始新的作业循环;
所述步骤5顶杆19、18、16顶住捣固煤6的方法,可以是在箱形煤筒连同捣固煤一起悬臂地伸入卧式焦化炉的同时,煤筒带动套管式活动杆18伸长,待煤筒全部进入炉内后,顶杆锁定,顶住捣固煤。
所述步骤1散煤捣固,可以在捣固站的平台上先铺设一层防粘结材料。所述的防粘结材料可以是一种植物秸杆。
如图3、4所以示,一种向卧式炼焦炉内装煤的设备——运煤车,由车架、运行机构、送煤装置以及一般操纵机构组成。车架7由安装在其两边的4个车轮9支承在导轨4上。车轮的数量还可根据实际需要成对增加。运行机构的车轮9由安装在车架7上的电机8、减速器11驱动。送煤装置安装在车架7上,它由箱形煤筒以及煤筒传动机构、煤筒支承轮、煤筒悬臂压紧装置、顶杆装置、顶杆拉回机构、项杆锁定机构以及常规电控系统组成。箱形煤筒10位于车架7的中部,沿导轨4的垂直方向设置,在其下方有三组支承轮12支承。煤筒的传动机构参看图5、6,由两组电机23、减速器22、链轮21驱动链条25,链条25的两个端头分别连接在箱形煤筒10的两个链条固定块24上。从而可以实现煤筒的前后运动。为了防止链条下垂,在链条的下方设置了三组托辊26。煤筒悬臂压紧装置设置在靠近焦炉一端距支承轮12内侧有一定距离的箱形煤筒上方,由安装在车架7上的压紧横梁13和位于横梁下面并紧压煤筒的滚轮14组成。顶杆装置由空心固定杆19、套管式活动杆18、顶杆头16以及支承件组成。空心固定杆呈方形截面,与车架7连接,其内孔套接活动杆,套管式活动杆18的截面也呈方形,共有三节,互相套装,可伸缩。套管式活动杆的节数至少有两节,也可根据实际情况增加。最后一节活动杆与顶杆头16连接,顶杆头与箱形煤筒内壁接触,为了减少磨擦,在顶杆头的两侧安装有导向轮17,下部安装有支承轮32,可使顶杆头沿煤筒内壁灵活地前后运动。在煤筒内壁上,紧贴捣固煤的端面设置有一个挡图20,当煤筒向前运动时,该挡圈可推动顶杆头随煤筒一起前进,从而使套管式活动杆18伸长,保持顶杆头与捣固煤接触。
如图7所示,顶杆锁定机构由安装在套管式活动杆18内腔的电磁液压缸27和由液压缸驱动并能横向穿过活动杆18、固定杆19的锁定销轴28组成。当套管式活动杆随煤筒伸长到煤筒全部进入炉腔后,开动电磁液压缸27,使销轴28插入活动杆与固定杆的连接孔内,将活动杆锁定。这样,煤筒反向运动时,顶杆头16顶住捣固煤6,使其落入炉中。顶杆拉回机构由固定在顶杆头16上的两根钢丝绳15和驱动件组成。驱动件由缠绕钢丝绳15的卷筒29、驱动卷筒的电机30和减速器31组成。当捣固煤落入焦炉后,打开锁定销轴28,开动电机30,使钢丝绳回绕,牵动顶杆头16将套管式活动杆18收缩,直至全部进入空心固定杆的内孔、复位,送煤作业结束。

Claims (9)

1、一种向卧式炼焦炉内装煤的方法,其特征在于:该方法的步骤为:
1)将散煤按照要求规格、密度捣固;
2)将经捣固的煤,推入运煤车的箱形煤筒内;
3)开动运煤车至待装煤的卧式炼焦炉前,定位;
4)开动煤筒传动机构,使箱形煤筒连同捣固煤,悬臂地伸入卧式炼焦炉内;
5)使顶杆顶住捣固煤,煤筒传动机构反向运转,使箱形煤筒从焦炉内抽回,捣固煤靠自重落入炉中;
6)开动顶杆拉回机构,收回顶杆;
7)开动运煤车,返回至捣固站位;
2、按照权利要求1所述的向卧式炼焦炉内装煤的方法,其特征在于:所述使顶杆顶住捣固煤,是在箱形煤筒伸入焦炉的同时,由煤筒带动套管式活动杆伸长,待煤筒全部进入焦炉后,顶杆锁定,顶住捣固煤。
3、按照权利要求1所述的向卧式炼焦炉内装煤的方法,其特征在于:所述散煤捣固,是在捣固站的平台上先铺设一层防粘结材料。
4、按照权利要求3所述的向卧式炼焦炉内装煤的方法,其特征在于:所述的防粘结材料为植物的秸杆。
5、按照权利要求1的方法所用的设备,其特征在于该设备包括:车架、运行机构、送煤装置,车架(7)由安装在其两边的至少4个车轮(9)支承在导轨(4)上,运行机构的车轮(9)由安装在车架(7)上的电机(8)、减速器(11)驱动,送煤装置安装在车架(7)上,它包括:箱形煤筒以及煤筒传动机构、煤筒支承轮、煤筒悬臂压紧装置、顶杆装置、顶杆拉回机构、顶杆锁定机构,所述箱形煤筒(10)位于车架(7)的中部,沿导轨(4)的垂直方向设置,并由链轮、链条机构传动,所述煤筒支承轮(12)至少有两组分别支承在箱形煤筒的下方,所述煤筒悬臂压紧装置,设置在靠近焦炉一端距支承轮内侧有一定距离的箱形煤筒上方,由安装在车架上的压紧横梁(13)和滚轮(14)组成,所述顶杆装置包括:空心固定杆(19)、套管式活动杆(18)、顶杆头(16),空心固定杆与车架(7)连接,其内孔与套管式活动杆套接,顶杆头与最后一节活动杆连接,顶杆头与箱形煤筒内壁接触,在箱形煤筒内壁上,紧贴捣固煤端面设置挡圈(20),所述顶杆拉回机构由固定在顶杆头(16)上的钢丝绳(15)和驱动件组成,所述顶杆锁定机构由装在套管式活动杆(18)内腔的电磁液压缸(27)和由液压缸驱动并能横向穿过活动杆、固定杆的锁定销轴(28)组成。
6、按照权利要求5所述的向卧式炼焦炉内装煤的设备,其特征在于:所述的箱形煤筒的传动机构由电机(23)、减速器(22)、链轮(21)驱动链条(25),链条的两个端头分别连接在箱形煤筒的两个链条固定块(24)上。
7、按照权利要求5所述的向卧式炼焦炉内装煤的设备,其特征在于:所述的套管式活动杆(18)至少有两节,所述的顶杆头(16)的两侧安装有导向轮(17),下部安装有支承轮(32)。
8、按照权利要求5所述的向卧式炼焦炉内装煤的设备,其特征在于:所述的顶杆拉回机构的驱动件由缠绕钢丝绳(15)的卷筒(29)、驱动卷筒的电机(30)和减速器(31)组成。
9、按照权利要求6所述的向卧式炼焦炉内装煤的设备,其特征在于:所述的链条(25)下方设有托辊(26)。
