本发明的水性火烧板理石漆,是由下列物质按重量份数制成:玻璃微珠400~500份、超薄树脂复合片100~150份、无机凝胶15~30份、硅丙乳液120~200份、防沉剂0.5~2份、水200~300份、杀菌剂0.5~1份、消泡剂0.5~1份。本发明的水性火烧板理石漆,配方合理,产品体系稳定,是花岗岩、大理石的替代品,也是常规真石漆的升级换代产品。其产品体系稳定、不分层,品质好;弥补了花岗岩、大理石成本高、安全系数低等难题;彻底解决了真石漆易污染、颜色发花、仿真度低等缺点。可广泛适用于酒店、写字楼、政府工程、各种建筑等高档建筑物。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料及使用方法,尤其涉及一种水性火烧板理石漆。
背景技术
在建筑装饰中,经常会使用大理石装饰的墙面,这种装饰高贵典雅,使用年限长,但也存在很多缺点,如成本高,颜色一致性差,墙体承重大,一旦使用后便无法更新或改变颜色,后期修补的难度大。为此,一种仿天然平面大理石新型涂料——理石漆应运而生,其克服了现有理石装饰外墙的缺陷:如大理石单位平米重量可达数十千克,增加了建筑主体的承重压力,而且石材装饰施工难度大、成本高,其不适用于曲面和细边等部分的造型,其纹路不可复制,而原材料的开采也大量的耗费自然资源和人力资源,对环境造成破坏,不利于节能环保。但现有的理石漆也因其配伍不合理,其成品易变色,且沉积分层、品质差。
发明内容
本发明对于上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种水性火烧板理石漆。
本发明的水性火烧板理石漆,是由下列物质按重量份数制成:玻璃微珠400~500份、超薄树脂复合片100~150份、无机凝胶15~30份、硅丙乳液120~200份、 防沉剂0.5~2份、水200~300份、杀菌剂0.5~1份、消泡剂0.5~1份。
所述的消泡剂为液态金属系消泡剂,所述的防沉剂为有机膨润土、气相二氧化硅、聚烯烃蜡;所述杀菌剂为LWJ-688杀菌剂。
其制备方法如下:
a、分散液的制备:在水中依次加入硅丙乳液、 防沉剂、杀菌剂、消泡剂分散5分钟,调整混合液pH值至8.5~9,即制得分散液;
b、基础漆的制备:将a步骤制得的分散液内加入增无机凝胶,制得基础漆;
c、水性火烧板理石漆的制备:将b步骤制得的基础漆内加入玻璃微珠、超薄树脂复合片,搅拌均匀后,即制得成品。
本发明的水性火烧板理石漆,其自重轻单位平米重量仅为0.8~1.5kg,大大降低对建筑主体的承重压力;漆料环保、无毒、易施工,根据所仿效的天然花岗岩,任意调制多种颜色的原料,喷涂施工一次成型,效果逼真;适应任何不规则建筑墙面,可装饰任何弯曲、细边部分,容易实现建筑造型设计;可大面积施工应用,容易控制批次色差,后期翻新修补方便。

具体实施方式
实施例1
本发明的水性火烧板理石漆,是由下列物质按重量份数制成:玻璃微珠400份、超薄树脂复合片100份、无机凝胶15份、硅丙乳液120份、 有机膨润土0.5份、水200份、杀菌剂0.5份、消泡剂0.5份。
其是通过下列步骤制得:
a、分散液的制备:在水中依次加入硅丙乳液、 防沉剂、杀菌剂、消泡剂分散5分钟,调整混合液pH值至8.5~9,即制得分散液;
b、基础漆的制备:将a步骤制得的分散液内加入增无机凝胶,制得基础漆;
c、水性火烧板理石漆的制备:将b步骤制得的基础漆内加入玻璃微珠、超薄树脂复合片,搅拌均匀后,即制得成品。
实施例2
本发明的水性火烧板理石漆,是由下列物质按重量份数制成:玻璃微珠500份、超薄树脂复合片150份、无机凝胶30份、硅丙乳液200份、气相二氧化硅2份、水300份、杀菌剂1份、消泡剂1份。
其制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
本发明的水性火烧板理石漆,是由下列物质按重量份数制成:玻璃微300份、超薄树脂复合片120份、无机凝胶20份、硅丙乳液180份、聚烯烃蜡1份、水250份、LWJ-688杀菌剂0.8份、消泡剂0.8份。
其制备方法同实施例1。
应用实施例1-3制得的水性火烧板理石漆喷涂制得仿理石的方法,包括下列步骤:
a、基层处理:清除基面表层附着物,用腻子批刮基层使其平整,保养18小时,即完成基层处理;其中腻子的涂布量为1kg/㎡;
b、底漆涂刷:在经a步骤的处理基层上,自上而下喷涂或滚涂底漆,干燥 3小时,即完成底漆涂刷,其中底漆的涂布量为0.15kg/㎡;
c、中涂层喷涂:在经b步骤处理的涂层上,自上而下喷涂质感涂料,然后自然干燥24小时后,再自上而下喷涂或滚涂有色涂料,然后自然干燥12小时,即完成中涂层涂刷;其中,质感涂料的涂布量为1.5kg/㎡,有色涂料的涂布量为0.3kg/㎡;
d、水性火烧板理石漆喷涂:在经c步骤处理的涂层上,自上而下喷涂一遍以上的水性火烧板理石漆,每一遍与上一遍呈十字交叉喷涂,喷涂距离为30cm,然后自然干燥24小时,即完成水性火烧板理石漆喷涂,其中水性火烧板理石漆的涂布量为1.5kg/㎡;
e、罩面漆涂刷:在经d步骤处理的涂层上,自上而下喷涂或滚涂罩面漆,然后自然干燥8小时,即完成火烧板理石漆的仿理石施工,其中罩面漆的涂布量为0.1kg/㎡。
所述的底漆用于提高面漆的附着力、增加面漆的丰满度、提供抗碱性、提供防腐功能等,同时可以保证面漆的均匀吸收,使涂料系统发挥最佳效果;所用的质感涂料使整个漆面产生厚度,同时实现立体化的纹理,使涂层呈现出凹凸质感,在视觉上展现出理石的逼真效果;所用的罩面漆是可以保护漆层表面、延长使用寿命,而且还能起到隔绝水分的作用。
应用实施例1~3制得的水性火烧板理石漆喷涂制得仿理石,完全符合国家对建筑涂料的环保要求,其重量较轻,不会给墙体带来承重,彻底杜绝了传统石材的脱落隐患;适合设计复杂的建筑物,能达到客户理想的需求效果,在色彩上能模仿天然花岗岩;其施工周期短、快捷,可喷涂亦可批涂,通过上壶式真石漆喷枪即可,无需专用真空喷涂工具。干燥速度较快,不流挂,施工时受天气影响因素较小,一次成型,故可大大节省施工时间;具有良好的延展性和耐屈曲性,有效地遮盖墙面上的细小裂纹,保持涂层坚固不开裂;存储周期长,不存在后增稠,变色等现象。

1.水性火烧板理石漆,是由下列物质按重量份数制成:玻璃微珠400~500份、超薄树脂复合片100~150份、无机凝胶15~30份、硅丙乳液120~200份、 防沉剂0.5~2份、水200~300份、杀菌剂0.5~1份、消泡剂0.5~1份;
所述的消泡剂为液态金属系消泡剂,所述的防沉剂为有机膨润土、气相二氧化硅、聚烯烃蜡;所述杀菌剂为LWJ-688杀菌剂。
2.制备权利要求1所述的水性火烧板理石漆,其操作步骤如下:
a、分散液的制备:在水中依次加入硅丙乳液、 防沉剂、杀菌剂、消泡剂分散5分钟,调整混合液pH值至8.5~9,即制得分散液;
b、基础漆的制备:将a步骤制得的分散液内加入增无机凝胶,制得基础漆;
c、水性火烧板理石漆的制备:将b步骤制得的基础漆内加入玻璃微珠、超薄树脂复合片,搅拌均匀后,即制得成品。
