工作原理:当需要对车床进行辅助加工时,将固定柱28挤压收缩至传动轴27的内部,并将固定柱28的位置对准三爪卡盘8上的四方孔,将外护套7与内护套16整体套设在三爪卡盘8的外侧,当内护套16与外护套7整体套设在三爪卡盘8上后,固定柱28由于挤压弹簧39的挤压作用插入三爪卡盘8上的四方孔内部,完成对内护套16与外护套7整体的固定,将制动盘4套设在外护套7的外侧,并利用固定板2将制动盘4与车床进行固定,固定方式可为焊接,将第一脚踏开关11与第二脚踏开关10外接气泵,完成装置的安装,当车床加工使用的过程中需要夹持工件时,脚踩第二脚踏开关10控制第二气缸1通气后伸展,挤压第二制动片14对外护套7与固定于外护套7上的挤压套9进行夹持固定,挤压套9的挤压使其中一个第二活塞槽29内部的液压油输送至第一活塞槽19的内部,挤压第一活塞21克服复位弹簧20带动固定片17上抬,固定片17脱离内护套16外侧壁后,内护套16可以轻松地在外护套7内侧沿环形滑槽31进行转动,此时控制车床的主轴箱正转,带动三爪卡盘8转动,由于内护套16内侧的三个传动轴27与固定柱28已经使内护套16固定在三爪卡盘8的外侧,则三爪卡盘8的转动带动内护套16进行转动,内护套16转动使安装槽24位置处的圆柱齿轮35与外护套7内侧的轮齿26相互配合后带动转轴23转动,并利用第一锥齿轮36与第二锥齿轮37的相互啮合产生传动轴27与固定柱28垂直于三爪卡盘的自转效果,对工件件夹持固定,固定完成后开启主轴箱转动并松动第二脚踏开关10,使固定片17与内护套16的外侧壁相抵触固定,再次使主轴箱转动带动三爪卡盘8、内护套16、外护套7与夹持的工件转动进行生产加工,当工件加工完成后,关闭主轴箱电源并脚踩第一脚踏开关11,控制第一制动片15对内护套16、三爪卡盘8、外护套7及工件进行制动,避免卡盘由于惯性转动一段时间后才能停止的弊端,转盘停止后,松动第一脚踏开关11并再次脚踩第二脚踏开关10,主轴箱带动三爪卡盘8反转,产生对三爪卡盘8的松动效果,则完成对加工完成工件的快捷取下。Working principle: When auxiliary processing of the lathe is required, the fixed
