Abstract
The invention aims to provide a vitamin premixing feeding and stirring system which is used for solving the technical problems of stirring of a vitamin mixture and convenience in detection and sampling. The device comprises a control system, and a stirring mechanism, an axial pushing mechanism, a sampling mechanism, a positioning acquisition mechanism, a sample plate shifting mechanism and a material plate switching mechanism which are electrically connected with the control system. The stirring mechanism is used for mixing and stirring the materials; the axial pushing mechanism is longitudinally arranged in the stirring mechanism and is used for axially pushing the materials so as to fully fuse the materials in the axial direction; the positioning acquisition mechanism is movably positioned and arranged in the stirring mechanism and is used for driving the sampling mechanism to carry out multi-point sampling at different points; the sampling mechanism is used for respectively placing materials at different point positions on the sample disc displacement mechanism; the sample tray displacement mechanism is used for containing a sample and transferring the sample to the material tray switching mechanism; the charging tray switching mechanism is used for transferring the sample to the outside of the stirring mechanism so as to facilitate sampling of workers.

The stirring mechanism comprises a stirring motor 1, a stirring cavity 2, a stirring shaft 3 and a stirring rod 4. The upper end and the lower end of the stirring cavity 2 are respectively provided with a feeding pipe and a discharging pipe, and the feeding pipe and the discharging pipe are respectively provided with an electric control valve. The stirring shaft 3 is rotatably arranged in the stirring cavity 2, the stirring shaft 3 adopts a hollow rotating shaft, and pushing sliding grooves 5 are arranged on the two longitudinal sides of the stirring shaft 3 and communicated with the inner cavity of the stirring shaft. The positioning acquisition mechanism is arranged on the inner cavity wall of the stirring cavity 2 in a folding manner and comprises a positioning driving plate 10, a positioning first driving oil cylinder 11 (an oil cylinder with a displacement sensor arranged therein), a positioning second driving oil cylinder 12 (an oil cylinder with a displacement sensor arranged therein), a positioning motor 13 and a positioning seat 14. The rear end of the positioning driving plate 10 is hinged with the stirring cavity 2, and a positioning guide groove 15 is arranged on the positioning driving plate 10 in the longitudinal direction; the rear end of the first positioning driving oil cylinder 11 is hinged with the stirring cavity 2, and the outer end of the first positioning driving oil cylinder 11 is hinged with the positioning driving plate 10. The positioning seat 14 is slidably mounted in the positioning guide groove 15, the positioning second driving oil cylinder 12 is mounted at the rear end of the positioning guide groove 15, and the power end of the positioning second driving oil cylinder 12 is connected with the positioning seat 14; the positioning motor 13 is mounted on the positioning seat 14. The sampling mechanism comprises a sampling seat 16, a lofting motor 17, a sampling arm 18, a sampling cavity 19 and a solenoid valve 20. The sample seat 16 is arranged on the power output end of the upper end of the positioning motor 13, the lofting motor 17 is transversely arranged on the sample seat 16, and the rotary power output end of the lofting motor 17 is connected with the sampling arm 18. The sampling cavity 19 is arranged at the outer end of the sampling arm 18, and the electromagnetic valve 20 is arranged at the upper end of the sampling cavity 19. When sampling, the positioning acquisition mechanism drives the sampling mechanism to sequentially move to different positions in the stirring cavity 2 for sampling for multiple times, and then the acquired samples are sequentially placed on the sample plate shifting mechanism. During sampling, the electromagnetic valve 20 is opened, and after the sample enters the sampling cavity 19, the electromagnetic valve 20 is closed. After the sampling cavity 19 moves to the position of the sample plate shifting mechanism, the lofting motor 17 drives the sampling cavity 19 to overturn through the sampling arm 18, then the electromagnetic valve 19 is opened, and the sample falls onto the sample plate shifting mechanism.
The sample plate shift mechanism includes a sample plate 21, a sample plate moving motor 22 (stepping motor), a sample plate moving screw 23, a sample plate moving screw 24, a sample plate moving slider 25, and a sample plate moving base plate 26. The sample plate moving bottom plate 26 is axially installed on the wall of the inner cavity of the stirring cavity 2, a sample plate moving sliding groove is formed in the longitudinal extending direction of the sample plate moving bottom plate 26, and the sample plate moving sliding block 25 is slidably installed in the sample plate moving sliding groove. The sample plate moving screw rod 23 is rotatably arranged along the longitudinal direction of the sample plate moving bottom plate 26, and the rotary power input end of the sample plate moving screw rod 23 is connected with the rotary power output end of the sample plate moving motor 22; the sample plate moving screw nut 24 is screwed on the sample plate moving screw rod 23 in a matching manner, and the sample plate moving screw nut 24 is connected with the sample plate moving slide block 25. A first transfer guide rail 27 is transversely arranged at the upper end of the sample disc moving slide block 25, a transfer chute is arranged at the lower end of the sample containing plate 21, and the sample containing plate 21 is arranged on the first transfer guide rail 27 through the transfer chute; a plurality of sample trays 28 for holding samples are longitudinally arranged at the upper end of the sample holding plate 21 (photoelectric sensors 29 are arranged in the sample trays 28). In the process of lofting from the sampling mechanism to the sample plate shifting mechanism, the sample plate moving motor 22 drives the sample containing plate 21 to move longitudinally through the sample plate moving screw rod 23, and material samples of different sampling points are placed in different sample plates 28. The tray switching mechanism comprises a switching driving oil cylinder 30, a switching proximity switch 31, a second switching guide rail 32 and a switching box 33. The wall of the stirring cavity 2 is provided with a switching window 34, the switching box 33 is arranged at the outer end side of the switching window 34, and the upper end of the switching box 33 is provided with a sampling cover plate; the second switching guide rail 32 is transversely arranged at the bottom end in the switching box 33 and is arranged corresponding to the first switching guide rail 27, and the inner end of the second switching guide rail 32 extends into the switching window 34. The transit proximity switch 31 is installed at one side of the transit window 34 and used for detecting whether the sample plate 21 moves to a designated position at the transit window 34. The switching driving oil cylinder 30 is arranged at the inner end side of the switching window 34 through a bracket, and a push plate is arranged at the power output end of the switching driving oil cylinder 30; when the sample containing plate 21 moves to the switching window 34, the switching driving oil cylinder 30 acts to drive the sample containing plate 21 into the switching box 33.
The control system comprises a control box 35, a control panel and a controller (51 single chip microcomputer or PLC), wherein the control box 35 is installed on the outer side of the stirring cavity 2, and the control panel and the controller are respectively installed on the control box 35 in an integrated mode. 8. The vitamin premix feed blending system of claim 1, wherein the switching window is provided with a switching proximity switch.
