本发明公开了一种单官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸单体及其制备方法,由以下物质反应所得:二异氰酸酯1mol,丙烯酸羟基酯1‑1.02mol,二元醇1‑1.05mol,催化剂质量分数0~0.1%,抗氧剂质量分数0.1%‑0.5%,阻聚剂质量分数0.01%‑0.5%。该聚氨酯丙烯酸单体中含有一个羟基基团,易与基材表面形成氢键,对基材具有很好的浸润和反应性,提高对基材的附着力;不易挥发,毒性小,对人体刺激性小。可作为活性稀释剂添加到光固化涂料、油墨中。

技术领域
本发明涉及聚氨酯丙烯酸单体及其制备技术。
背景技术
光固化技术是一种高效、环保、节能、优质的材料表面处理技术,被誉为面向21世纪绿色工业的新技术。在光固化涂料、油墨中,活性稀释剂也叫单体,是一种重要的组成部分,不仅溶解和稀释低聚物,调节体系黏度,而且参与光固化过程,影响光固化产品的光固化速率和固化膜的各种性能。目前活性稀释剂均是采用有机小分子化合物,按官能度的不同可分为单官能活性稀释剂、二官能活性稀释剂和多官能活性稀释剂。单官能团活性稀释剂主要有丙烯酸正丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸月桂酯(LA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)等。单官能团活性稀释剂一般相对分子质量小,挥发性大,具有特殊的刺激性气味和较高的毒性,对局部环境有污染,对操作人员存在伤害,并且固化收缩率大,附着力较差,固化后残留的小分子单体也易析出,影响产品质量,其使用受到一定限制。
现有技术对单官能度活性稀释剂挥发性进行改性的方法,如专利文献CN101353412A公开了一种单官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂的制备方法,降低了挥发性,但该单官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸不含有活性基团,并没有提高对基材的附着力。
发明内容
本发明要解决的第一个技术问题是提供一种单官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸单体,该单体气味小,制备的涂料附着力高。
本发明要解决的第二个技术问题是提供一种该单官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸单体的制备方法。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:一种单官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸单体,由以下物质反应所得:
所述的二异氰酸酯包括甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯 (MDI)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)等中的一种或几种。
所述的丙烯酸羟基酯包括丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯等中的一种或几种。
所述的二元醇包括小分子二元醇和聚酯二元醇。所述的小分子二醇包括1,2- 丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、1,2-丁二醇、三甲基戊二醇等中的一种或几种;所述的聚酯二元醇包括分子量500-2000的聚己二酸1,2-丙二醇酯二醇、分子量500-2000 的聚己二酸1,3-丁二醇酯二醇、分子量500-2000的聚己二酸1,2-丁二醇酯二醇、分子量500-2000聚己二酸三甲基戊二醇酯二醇等。
所述的催化剂包括二月桂酸二丁基锡、辛酸亚锡、二醋酸二丁基锡等中的一种或几种。

一种单官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸单体的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将二异氰酸酯、催化剂、抗氧剂、阻聚剂加入反应器中,搅拌均匀,滴加丙烯酸羟基酯,在60-80℃反应1-2h,得到二异氰酸酯和丙烯酸羟乙酯的半加成物;
(2)在另一反应器中加入二元醇,温度控制在50-70℃,滴加步骤(1)的半加成物,在该温度下反应至NCO%小于0.2%,降温过滤出料。
所述的单官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸单体在60℃的黏度为100-10000mPa·s。
本发明的关键技术在于,(1)所合成的聚氨酯丙烯酸单体较丙烯酸羟基酯不易挥发,毒性小,对人体刺激性小;(2)所合成聚氨酯丙烯酸单体中含有一个羟基基团,易与基材表面形成氢键,对基材具有很好的浸润和反应性,提高对基材的附着力。
本发明所合成的聚氨酯丙烯酸单体可作为活性稀释剂添加到光固化涂料、油墨中,具有气味小,不易挥发,固化收缩率低、且附着力优良的特点。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
将甲苯二异氰酸酯1mol、辛酸亚锡0.05g、对苯二酚1.1g、抗氧剂1010 2.1g 加入三口反应瓶中,加热至40℃搅拌0.4h,滴加丙烯酸羟乙酯1mol,0.5h滴加完毕,升温至60℃反应2h后得到半加成物;在另一反应瓶中加入分子量800的聚己二酸1,2-丙二醇酯二醇1.01mol,滴加半加成物,1h滴加完毕,在60±5℃继续反应至NCO%小于0.2%,降温过滤出料,得到单官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸酯D1,经结构鉴定端基带有羟基。

将六亚甲基二异氰酸酯1mol、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.07g、对羟基苯甲醚0.87g、抗氧剂264 0.5g加入三口反应瓶中,加热至60℃搅拌0.2h,滴加丙烯酸羟乙酯 1mol,控制在1h滴加完毕,升温至80℃反应1h后得到半加成物,在另一反应瓶中加入1.2-丙二醇1.03mol,滴加上述半加成物,控制在1h滴加完毕后,在50℃继续反应至NCO%小于0.2%,降温过滤出料,得到单官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸酯D2,经结构鉴定端基带有羟基。
实施例3
将异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯1mol、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.15g,对苯二酚2.5g,抗氧剂1010 2.5g加入三口反应瓶中,加热至40℃搅拌0.4h后,滴加丙烯酸羟丙酯1mol,控制在0.5h滴加完毕,升温至70℃反应1h后得到半加成物;在另一反应瓶中加入分子量1000聚己二酸三甲基戊二醇酯二醇1.01mol,滴加上述半加成物,控制在1h滴加完毕后,在70℃继续反应至NCO%小于0.2%,降温过滤出料,得到单官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸酯D3,经结构鉴定端基带有羟基。
实施例1-3制备的单体D1、D2、D3与丙烯酸月桂酯(LA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯 (HEA)性能对比结果见表1。

实施例4
将实施例制备的D1、D2、D3与LA、HEA各按表2质量份分别制备成涂料1、涂料2、涂料3、对比涂料1、对比涂料2。涂料用聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂选用的是黎明化工研究设计院有限责任公司生产的牌号LM4312产品。

将所制备的UV涂料1、涂料2、涂料3、对比涂料1、对比涂料2分别喷涂于 PC板、ABS板上进行附着力测试,测试结果见表3。

Claims (10)
2.根据权利要求1所述的单官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸单体,所述的二元醇是指小分子二元醇和聚酯二元醇。
3.根据权利要求2所述的单官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸单体,所述的小分子二元醇是指1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、1,2-丁二醇、三甲基戊二醇中的一种或几种;所述的聚酯二元醇包括分子量500-2000的聚己二酸1,2-丙二醇酯二醇、分子量500-2000的聚己二酸1,3-丁二醇酯二醇、分子量500-2000的聚己二酸1,2-丁二醇酯二醇或分子量500-2000聚己二酸三甲基戊二醇酯二醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的单官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸单体,所述的二异氰酸酯是指甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的单官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸单体,所述的丙烯酸羟基酯是指丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的单官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸单体,所述的催化剂是指二月桂酸二丁基锡、辛酸亚锡、二醋酸二丁基锡中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的单官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸单体,所述的抗氧剂是指抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂264、抗氧剂168、亚磷酸三苯基酯中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的单官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸单体,所述的阻聚剂是指对苯二酚、对羟基苯甲醚、2,5-二叔丁基对苯二酚中的一种或几种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的单官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸单体,所述的单官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸单体在60℃的黏度为100-10000mPa·s。
10.一种制备权利要求1~9之一所述的单官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸单体的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将二异氰酸酯、催化剂、抗氧剂、阻聚剂加入反应器中,40-60℃搅拌0.2-1h,滴加丙烯酸羟基酯,在60-80℃反应1-2h,得到二异氰酸酯和丙烯酸羟乙酯的半加成物;
(2)在另一反应器中加入二元醇,温度控制在50-70℃,滴加步骤(1)的半加成物,在该温度下反应至NCO%小于0.2%,降温过滤出料。
