Abstract
本发明提供一种环保型造纸用复合乳化剂及其制备方法,配方料重量份为:脂肪酸钠 70~90份、Span‑60 10~30份。制备方法为:先将脂肪酸钠放入反应釜内加热至50~70℃,然后加入Span‑60搅拌至全部熔化,最后从反应釜中取出并冷却至室温即可获得成品。本发明产品可用于石蜡、微晶蜡及蜂蜡等乳化蜡的生产中,具有用量少、成本低、效果好,且原料环保、工艺简单、保质期长等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种造纸用乳化蜡原料,属于化工技术领域,具体涉及一种环保型造纸用复合乳化剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
造纸用乳化蜡制备中需要添加乳化剂,其主要作用是将固体石蜡分散在水中形成乳液,方便蜡在纸张表面的覆盖施工,从而提高纸张的防水防潮性。乳化剂性能的好坏对乳液的乳化效果、稳定性和乳化剂用量有较大影响,现有产品多为吐温系列和司班系列乳化剂复合而成,很难达到较理想的乳化效果,存在乳化剂用量过大、乳液颜色发黄等问题。虽然壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠等乳化剂的乳化性能较高,广泛应用于乳化蜡生产中,但是这些物质难以生物降解,对环境的破坏极大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为解决上述技术缺陷和产品问题,提供一种环保型造纸用复合乳化剂及其制备方法,以充分发挥其乳化作用,提高乳液的稳定性,在降低乳化剂用量的同时,增加乳液白度。
本发明包括将组分加入到反应釜内加热至50~70℃进行混合,采用的技术方案为:配方料重量份:脂肪酸钠 70~90份、Span-60 10~30份。所述的脂肪酸钠为月桂酸钠、肉豆蔻酸钠、棕榈酸钠、硬脂酸钠中的一种或多种任意比例的混合物。
制备方法及工艺过程为:先将脂肪酸钠加入反应釜内加热至50~70℃直至完全熔化,然后加入Span-60搅拌至全部熔化,最后从反应釜中移出并冷却至室温即获得成品。
本发明具有如下优势:环保型造纸用复合乳化剂,技术方案采用复配技术制备,性能优异。将其作为造纸用乳化蜡原料,可极好地提高产品的乳化效果、增加乳液的白度和稳定性。同时该制备方法具有原料环保易得、配方科学简单、工艺简单可行、质量稳定可靠等显著特点。

本发明通过以下实施例进行说明,但不应理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实施例,凡基于本发明内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
实施例1
配方料重量份:月桂酸钠 80份、Span-60 20份。制备方法及工艺过程如下:先将月桂酸钠加入反应釜内加热至65℃,然后加入Span-60并搅拌至全部熔化,最后从反应釜中取出并冷却至室温即获得成品。
实施例2
配方料重量份:肉豆蔻酸钠 90份、Span-60 10份。制备方法及工艺过程如下:先将肉豆蔻酸钠加入反应釜内加热至70℃,然后加入Span-60并搅拌至全部熔化,最后从反应釜中取出并冷却至室温即获得成品。
实施例3
配方料重量份:硬脂酸钠 70份、Span-60 30份。制备方法及工艺过程如下:先将硬脂酸钠放入反应釜内加热至70℃,然后加入Span-60并搅拌至全部熔化,最后从反应釜中取出并冷却至室温即获得成品。
本发明制得的环保型复合乳化剂用于造纸用乳化蜡中,用量少、成本低、效果佳,完全满足使用要求。尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,但不应理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于上述实施例。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明原理和精神的情况下,可以对这些实施例进行多种配比变化、修改、替换和变形,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。凡基于本发明内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。

1.一种环保型造纸用复合乳化剂及其制备方法,包括加入到反应釜内加热至50~70℃进行反应,其特征在于:
该乳化剂主要成分为脂肪酸钠、Span-60,配方料重量份:脂肪酸钠 70~90份、Span-6010~30份,
制备方法为:先将脂肪酸钠加入反应釜内,加热至50~70℃,然后加入Span-60搅拌至全部熔化,最后从反应釜中取出并冷却至室温即获得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型造纸用复合乳化剂,其特征在于:所述的脂肪酸钠为月桂酸钠、肉豆蔻酸钠、棕榈酸钠、硬脂酸钠中的一种或多种任意比例的混合物。
