Background
When going to a hospital for TCT examination, blood is first placed in a slide holder assembly, centrifuged and then observed with a microscope. The slide clamp assembly consists of a slide clamp, a glass slide and a gasket, and is assembled manually at the present stage, so that the efficiency is low, and a device is urgently needed to improve the assembly efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned deficiencies, the present invention provides an automatic assembly system for a film making clamp assembly.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: an automatic assembly system of a slide making clamp assembly comprises a manipulator, a slide glass assembly table, a gasket assembly table, an air pump, a PLC controller, a box, a turntable, a conductive sliding ring, a photoelectric switch, a turntable support, a turntable motor, a pinion, a gear wheel, a first bearing and a bottom plate, wherein the turntable support is fixedly arranged above the bottom plate, the turntable motor is fixedly arranged in the turntable support, the pinion is arranged above the turntable support and is fixedly connected with a motor shaft of the turntable motor, the outer side of the turntable support is provided with the photoelectric switch, two photoelectric switches are arranged, one of the photoelectric switches is used for resetting, the other one of the photoelectric switches is used for angle detection, the first bearing is arranged in a circular groove of the turntable support, the gear wheel is arranged above the first bearing, the gear wheel and the pinion are mutually meshed, the turntable is connected with the gear wheel through a key, the conductive sliding ring is arranged right above the turntable, one end of the conductive sliding ring is connected with a steering engine of the manipulator, the other end of the rotary table is connected with the PLC, four manipulators are fixedly mounted on the periphery of the rotary table, a glass slide assembly table, a gasket assembly table and a box are sequentially mounted on the outer side of each manipulator in a counterclockwise sequence, the glass slide assembly table and the gasket assembly table are fixedly mounted on a bottom plate, an air pump and the PLC are mounted on the outer side of the bottom plate, and the air pump provides an air source for the gasket assembly table.
The manipulator comprises a first steering engine, a support, support columns, a steering engine head, connecting plates, a manipulator base plate, a driving toothed rod, a driven toothed rod, a pin shaft, a snap spring, a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, a grab handle, a connecting column and a second steering engine, wherein four support columns are fixedly arranged below the support, the support columns are fixedly arranged above a turntable, the first steering engine is fixedly arranged above the support, the steering engine head is fixedly connected with the first steering engine, one end of each connecting plate is fixedly connected with the steering engine head, the manipulator base plate penetrates through the middle of the two connecting plates and is fixedly connected with the two connecting plates, one end of the connecting column is fixedly connected below the manipulator base plate, the other end of the connecting column is fixedly connected with the second steering engine, the driving toothed rod is arranged above the manipulator base plate, the lower part of the driving toothed rod is connected with the second steering engine, a clamp spring is fixedly installed between the pin shaft and the manipulator substrate, the tooth shapes of the driving tooth-shaped rod and the driven tooth-shaped rod are matched with each other, two second connecting rods are fixedly installed on the front side below the manipulator substrate, two first connecting rods are hinged to the upper portions of the second connecting rods, one end of one first connecting rod is hinged to the driving tooth-shaped rod, the other end of the one first connecting rod is fixedly provided with a gripper, one end of the other first connecting rod is hinged to the driven tooth-shaped rod, and the other end of the other first connecting rod is fixedly provided with a gripper.
The slide glass assembly table is composed of a first support, a first driving toothed shaft, a first toothed belt, a first motor, a first blocking piece, a speed reducing motor seat, a first frame plate, a first slide bar fixing seat, a first slide bar, a first lead screw, a roller, a first lifting plate, a first lead screw motor and a first driven shaft, wherein the first support is fixedly connected with a bottom plate, the inner sides of the two ends of the first toothed belt are respectively provided with the first driving toothed shaft and the first driven shaft, the tooth shapes of the first driving toothed shaft and the first driven shaft are matched with the tooth shape of the first toothed belt, the first driven shaft is arranged in the first support through a bearing, the first driving toothed shaft is arranged in the first support through a bearing, one end of the first driving toothed shaft is connected with a motor shaft of the first motor, the first motor is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the first support, the first frame plate is arranged on the outer side of the first toothed belt, with bottom plate fixed connection, first slide bar fixing base fixed mounting is on first frame plate inboard and bottom plate, first slide bar is fixed through first slide bar fixing base, the one end of first lead screw is fixed through first slide bar fixing base, the other end of first lead screw passes through the shaft coupling and is connected with first lead screw motor, first lead screw motor fixed mounting is on the bottom plate, first board of lifting is installed at first lead screw and first slide bar outsidely, gear motor seat and first frame plate fixed connection, gear motor and gear motor seat fixed connection, roller and gear motor's motor shaft fixed connection, the roller surface parcel has rubber, the top and the first frame plate fixed connection of first separation blade, the bottom of first separation blade is leaned on in first support top.
The gasket assembling table is composed of a second support, a second driving toothed shaft, a second toothed belt, a second motor, a second baffle, a second lifting plate, a second sliding rod, a second frame plate, a cylinder fixing frame, a second lead screw motor, a second sliding rod fixing seat and a second driven shaft, wherein the second support is fixedly connected with the bottom plate, the inner sides of two ends of the second toothed belt are respectively provided with the second driving toothed shaft and the second driven shaft, the tooth shapes of the second driving toothed shaft and the second driven shaft are matched with the tooth shape of the second toothed belt, the second driven shaft is arranged in the second support through a bearing, the second driving toothed shaft is arranged in the second support through a bearing, one end of the second driving toothed shaft is connected with a motor shaft of the second motor, the second motor is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the second support, the second frame plate is arranged on the outer side of the second toothed belt, and the bottom plate is fixedly connected with the second slide bar fixing seat, the second slide bar fixing seat is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the second frame plate and the bottom plate, the second slide bar is fixed through the second slide bar fixing seat, one end of a second lead screw is fixed through the second slide bar fixing seat, the other end of the second lead screw is connected with a second lead screw motor through a coupler, the second lead screw motor is fixedly arranged on the bottom plate, the second lifting plate is arranged outside the second lead screw and the second slide bar, the cylinder is fixed on the second frame plate through a cylinder fixing frame, the top of the second separation blade is fixedly connected with the second frame plate, and the bottom of the second separation blade leans on the top of the second support.
The PLC controller uses S7-200, is connected with and controls the cylinder, the first lead screw motor, the second lead screw motor, the first motor, the second motor, the gear motor, the turntable motor and the photoelectric switch, is also connected with the conductive sliding ring, and is connected with eight steering engines of the four manipulators of the conductive sliding ring, so that the PLC controller controls the eight steering engines.
The automatic assembling device has the beneficial effects that the automatic assembling device is assembled through an automatic machine, so that the assembling efficiency can be improved; the steering engine is used as a power source of the manipulator, the angle can be accurately controlled compared with a direct current motor, and the step loss caused by rotation blockage can be avoided compared with a stepping motor; the turntable adopts the appearance design of cutting round corners of the disc, so that the weight of the turntable is effectively reduced, and the turntable is attractive; the surface of the roller is coated with rubber, so that the friction force can be increased; the conductive slip ring can avoid the problem of stranded wires in the rotating process.

The PLC controller 5 uses S7-200, the PLC controller 5 is connected with and controls the air cylinder 309, the first lead screw motor 214, the second lead screw motor 312, the first motor 204, the second motor 304, the speed reducing motor 206, the turntable motor 11 and the photoelectric switch 9, the PLC controller 5 is further connected with the conductive sliding ring 8, the conductive sliding ring 8 is connected with eight steering engines of the four manipulators 1, and the PLC controller 5 controls the eight steering engines.
When the device is used, power is supplied to the whole system, the system is controlled by a PLC (programmable logic controller) 5, as shown in figure 1, a first toothed belt 203 and a second toothed belt 303 can be adjusted according to actual conditions, the PLC 5 is placed at a position which does not influence feeding, I/O (input/output) can be expanded and used as necessary, a manipulator 1 on the left side is used for clamping a sheet making clamp from a feeding mechanism, the sheet making clamp is conveyed according to a preset posture, and after clamping is completed; the turntable 7 rotates 90 degrees anticlockwise and rotates to the slide glass assembly table 2, the first toothed belt 203 is controlled to convey the slide glass to the first lifting plate 213, the first lead screw motor 214 drives the first lifting plate 213 to ascend, the speed reduction motor 206 drives the roller 212 to run, the slide glass is conveyed to one side, and the assembly of the slide glass is completed; after the glass slide is assembled, the turntable 9 rotates 90 degrees counterclockwise, and rotates to the gasket assembly table 3, the second toothed belt 303 is controlled to convey the gasket to the second lifting plate 306, the second lead screw motor 312 drives the second lifting plate 306 to ascend, and the air cylinder 309 is controlled to push the gasket to move to one side, so that the assembly of the gasket is completed; after the assembly is completed, the turntable 9 rotates 90 degrees anticlockwise, the manipulator loosens, the assembled film making clamp assembly falls into the box 6, the turntable 9 rotates 90 degrees anticlockwise, and a work period is completed.
