Abstract

本发明涉及一种表面触感好、抗弯折的多层复合手提袋及其制备方法。该手提袋包括复合膜外层和无纺布内层,在两者之间还可以增加牛皮纸中间层,各层之间通过聚乙烯淋膜料纵横交错紧密复合。该手提袋的特别之处在于采用了全新的膜层结构,使其具有较好的触感和大气的外观,再结合牛皮纸中间层及独特的复合方式使得该手提袋不仅强度、韧性、挺度好,而且即便多次弯折后折痕也不明显。

Description

一种表面触感好、抗弯折的多层复合手提袋及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种表面触感好、抗弯折的多层复合手提袋及其制备方法。
背景技术
在日常生活中无论是买衣服、买鞋子还是买手机,所购买到的商品通常都会装到手提袋内再交到顾客手中,由此可见手提袋为我们的生活带来了极大的便利。这些购物用手提袋除了要具备一定强度、能承受一定重量的物品外,还必须拥有良好的防水性、抗撕裂性。另外手提袋的手感和外观也很重要,一定程度上影响着商品的销售。
目前市面上常见的手提袋包括纸袋、塑料袋、布袋(如无纺布)、纸塑或布塑复合袋。纸袋虽然环保、成本低,但是不防水、不耐撕、强度较差,在生产或使用前的运输途中纸袋表面很容易形成永久性压痕或折痕,影响美观。塑料袋质感较差挺度不够,布袋不仅价格较高而且不防水,因此市场上应用较多的是复合手提袋。如中国专利CN104149413A、CN205675429A、CN105690932A、CN106144166A以及CN108587107A等所述,常见的复合手提袋大多为两层结构,包括牛皮纸内层、无纺布或镀膜外层,内外层之间通过胶水或熔融的聚乙烯(PE)淋膜料粘结起来。我方针对市场和顾客的调研发现,现有手提袋普遍存在挺度不够、折叠或堆放后折痕明显、触摸手感粗糙等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有手提袋存在的上述问题,提供一种表面触感好、抗弯折的多层复合手提袋,该手提袋包括复合膜外层、无纺布内层、提手,内外层之间通过熔融聚乙烯粘接起来。
进一步的,所述复合膜外层由聚丙烯(PP)膜、玻璃纸(PT)、珠光膜、镀铝膜中的至少一种复合而成,复合膜外层的表面张力不低于38达因/cm。
更进一步的,所述复合膜外层由PP膜与玻璃纸或珠光膜或镀铝膜复合而成,其中PP膜位于袋体最外层。
进一步的,所述手提袋还包括位于复合膜外层与无纺布内层之间的牛皮纸层,牛皮纸层与其他各层之间也是通过熔融聚乙烯粘接起来。
进一步的,以原材料成片时的长度方向为横向,手提袋各膜层纵横交替排列。假设无纺布卷材出厂时的长度方向(拉伸牵引方向)与手提袋长边平行,那么在淋膜复合时需保证牛皮纸卷材的长度方向与手提袋短边平行,其他膜层类似排列。这是因为原材料卷材在生产过程中沿某一方向受过力(拉伸、牵引作用,存在应力诱导结晶和应力增强效应),各层交错排布有助于增强纸袋在平面内各个方向上的强度,对良好触摸感(光滑、柔软)的形成以及折痕的淡化恢复有辅助效果。
进一步的,手提袋中复合膜外层、无纺布内层、聚乙烯淋膜料的质量比为1:2-6:1-2,复合膜外层与牛皮纸层的质量比为1:1-3。
进一步的,所述提手的材质为无纺布或织带,提手通过热压或胶粘的方式与袋体固定连接。
上述多层复合手提袋的制备方法,具体如下:(a)在检验合格的复合膜外表面(PP层)印刷图案或花纹;(b)以聚乙烯为原料,通过淋膜机将复合膜内表面与无纺布粘结起来,得到卷料;或者以聚乙烯为原料,通过淋膜机先将牛皮纸与无纺布粘接起来得到半成品,再将复合膜内表面与半成品的牛皮纸层粘接起来,得到卷料;(c)通过制袋机将卷料制成手提袋形状,然后安上提手即可。
进一步的,在步骤(c)之前还包括对卷料的复合膜外表面进行烫金、压花等处理。
进一步的,淋膜机所使用的聚乙烯原料由不同牌号的聚乙烯等质量混合而成,具体为中石化聚乙烯1C7A和进口聚乙烯107A。复合聚乙烯一方面可以降低成本,另一方面不同分子量的聚乙烯熔融后具有不同的粘度和表面张力,能够更好的附着在不同材质的膜表面进行渗透结合,实现更好的粘接作用。
本发明采用全新的复合膜外层材料结合无纺布和牛皮纸等内层材料,配合全新的工艺制得了挺度好、表面触感佳、外观高档、防水耐用的手提袋。该手提袋即便多次反复弯折,折痕也没有现有市面上常见手提袋那么明显突出,并且随着时间的流逝折痕有减轻淡化的趋势。这可能是因为表层复合膜在提供良好触感和外观的同时,其中所含的具有良好韧性和蠕变性的聚合物等组分在起作用,进口牛皮纸层的加入进一步增强了手提袋的挺度和抗弯折性能。目前该手提袋已经更新换代,一经推出十分抢手,深受高档服装厂及消费者的喜爱,产生了较高的经济和社会效益。

具体实施方式
为使本领域普通技术人员充分理解本发明的技术方案和有益效果,以下结合具体实施例进行进一步说明。
首先从市场上采购复合膜产品(如PP膜、PT膜、珠光膜、镀铝膜或者PP/PT膜、PP/珠光膜、PP/镀铝膜;后面几种复合膜的制备工艺类似淋膜)以及环保油墨、牛皮纸、无纺布、聚乙烯等原料,并对各个卷材的横向(长度方向)做好标记。正式生产前还需要对采购来的原料进行检验,确保符合生产要求,其中复合膜表面张力必须在38达因/cm以上。
实施例1
按照客户要求利用高速印刷机在PP膜外表面印刷上相应的图案和文字。将中石化聚乙烯1C7A和进口聚乙烯107A等质量混合得到淋膜料,利用淋膜机将淋膜料加热熔融,然后将PP膜内表面(未印刷面)与无纺布粘接起来(注意纵横交错粘接),得到半成品卷料。准备无纺布材质的提手,利用全自动高速一体成型制袋机将半成品卷料和提手组装成手提袋。
经过对原料投料量进行分析结合单个手提袋拆解测试发现,整个手提袋将近100g,其中PP膜部分重约15g,无纺布部分重约70g,淋膜料重约15g。
实施例2
按照客户要求利用高速印刷机在PP/PT复合膜外表面(PP层)印刷上相应的图案和文字。采用与实施例1相同的淋膜料,在淋膜机的作用下将PP/PT复合膜内表面(玻璃纸层)与无纺布粘接起来(注意纵横交错粘接),得到多层复合卷料;接着按客户要求在多层复合卷料的外表面(PP层)特定区域进行烫金处理;最后准备无纺布材质的提手,利用全自动高速一体成型制袋机将多层复合卷料和提手组装成手提袋。
分析测试发现,整个手提袋重100g出头,其中PP/PT复合膜部分重约20g,无纺布部分重约60g,淋膜料重约20g。
实施例3
按照客户要求利用高速印刷机在PP/珠光复合膜外表面(PP层)印刷上相应的图案和文字。采用与实施例1相同的淋膜料,在淋膜机的作用下首先将牛皮纸和无纺布粘接起来得到半成品卷料;然后采用同样的方法,将PP/珠光复合膜内表面(珠光膜层)与半成品卷料的牛皮纸表面粘接起来,得到多层复合卷料,期间注意保证各层纵横交错粘接;接着按客户要求在多层复合卷料的外表面(PP层)特定区域进行烫金处理;最后准备无纺布材质的提手,利用全自动高速一体成型制袋机将多层复合卷料和提手组装成手提袋。
分析测试发现,整个手提袋重140g出头,其中PP/珠光复合膜部分重约20g,牛皮纸部分重约45g,无纺布部分重约45g,淋膜料重约30g。
实施例1为本公司开发的初代产品,实施例2-3为本公司更新换代后的产品,该产品在触感、挺度、抗撕裂强度、抗折痕方面得到了进一步提升。新产品在原产品基础上增加了复合膜层以及进口牛皮纸中间层,多次淋膜复合使得各层之间结合更加牢靠,不可能自然分离。为了适应无纺布、牛皮纸、复合膜多种不同材质之间的淋膜粘接作业,对淋膜料也进行了改进,搭配了不同分子量、熔融指数的聚乙烯。

Claims (10)

1.一种表面触感好、抗弯折的多层复合手提袋,其特征在于该手提袋包括复合膜外层、无纺布内层、提手,内外层之间通过熔融聚乙烯粘接起来。
2.如权利要求1所述的多层复合手提袋,其特征在于:所述复合膜外层由PP膜、玻璃纸、珠光膜、镀铝膜中的至少一种复合而成,复合膜外层的表面张力不低于38达因/cm。
3.如权利要求2所述的多层复合手提袋,其特征在于:所述复合膜外层由PP膜与玻璃纸或珠光膜或镀铝膜复合而成,其中PP膜位于袋体最外层。
4.如权利要求1所述的多层复合手提袋,其特征在于:所述手提袋还包括位于复合膜外层与无纺布内层之间的牛皮纸层,牛皮纸层与其他各层之间也是通过熔融聚乙烯粘接起来。
5.如权利要求1或4所述的多层复合手提袋,其特征在于:以原材料成片时的长度方向为横向,手提袋各膜层纵横交替排列。
6.如权利要求5所述的多层复合手提袋,其特征在于:手提袋中复合膜外层、无纺布内层、聚乙烯淋膜料的质量比为1:2-6:1-2,复合膜外层与牛皮纸层的质量比为1:1-3。
7.如权利要求1所述的多层复合手提袋,其特征在于:所述提手的材质为无纺布或织带,提手通过热压或胶粘的方式与袋体固定连接。
8.权利要求1所述多层复合手提袋的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:(a)在检验合格的复合膜外表面印刷图案或花纹;(b)以聚乙烯为原料,通过淋膜机将复合膜内表面与无纺布粘结起来,得到卷料;或者以聚乙烯为原料,通过淋膜机先将牛皮纸与无纺布粘接起来得到半成品,再将复合膜内表面与半成品的牛皮纸层粘接起来,得到卷料;(c)通过制袋机将卷料制成手提袋形状,然后安上提手即可。
9.如权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤(c)之前还包括对卷料的复合膜外表面进行烫金、压花等处理。
10.如权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于:淋膜机所使用的聚乙烯原料由中石化聚乙烯1C7A、进口聚乙烯107A两者等质量混合而成。
