Abstract
一种用在体液吸收件上的上片,它包括设有皮肤接触区的上部片和设有皮肤非接触区的下部片,以及熔接于液道的区域和围绕液道下开口熔接于它们的被暴露区域;

Description
本发明涉及一种用于一次性的体液吸收件,例如卫生巾、一次性的婴孩尿布和训练裤上的可渗液上片,及其制造的方法和装置。
有关用于体液吸收件的可渗液上片,一种现有技术是大家熟知的,这就是用塑料薄膜或非织物纤维制成上片,该上片设有每个都从其顶部穿过到其底部的液体通道,该片的上表面适合与使用者皮肤接触,而各个液道的下开口与吸芯接触,以便在各液道内发生的毛细管作用可被用来使被排泄的体液移向吸芯。
例如,1982-17081号日本专利公告就揭示了一种技术,根据这种技术,一种由聚乙烯薄膜制成的上片设有成圆锥体状尖细的毛细管,而各个毛细管的下端与吸芯密切贴接。
根据第1985-259261的日本专利申请公开所揭示的一种技术,一种由塑料薄膜制成的上片设有下端延伸进入吸芯内的圆柱体液体通道。这些圆柱体通道更为稳固而在大的轴向负荷作用下,与锥体通道相比其变形较小。
1992-152945号日本专利申请公开揭示了一种技术,根据这种技术,上片设有一个高密度区域或连续地围绕各个液道下开口的筋条。这个技术无疑使各液道的开口稳固以防变形及塌陷,并使体液被有效地移向吸芯。
4,741,941号美国专利揭示了一种用于制造上片的方法,这种上片采用制造熔吹非织纤维或有间隔地粘结的非织纤维的方法提供液体通道。这个技术公开还建议将木质浆供到该上片的下侧面上,这样组成一体的结合物被用作吸收件。

11058号日本专利申请公开揭示了一种技术,根据这种技术,由疏水材料制成的上片与由亲水材料制成的下片整体结合,下片局部性地隆起通过上片层直至露出该上片的上表面,由此形成多个可渗透液体区域。根据这种技术,前述的液体通道可以被这些可渗透液体的区域取代以将体液引向吸芯。
一般对上片最重要的是柔软的触感,从这样的观点出发,上面提到的专利公告和公开所述的传统的上片还可由薄软材料制成。然而具有一个消极的结果,由所述的1982-17081号日本专利公告所揭示的锥体的液体通道以及由1985-259261号日本专利申请公开所揭示的圆柱体的液体通道的缺点在于,其下开口,即这些液道的自由端易于变形,因而液体通道很容易塌陷(例如,即使穿着者受到一相当低的压力下),常常阻止体液顺畅地移向吸芯。尽管每种液体通道抵抗轴向压缩力的稳固性可或多或少地获得改善,但必竟由于液体通道包含软材料,它在横向施加其上的力的作用下还是容易塌陷。
虽然由上面提及的1992-152945号的日本专利申请公开所揭示的技术在理论上可减轻液体通道易塌陷的问题,但上片的厚度和通道的直径两者都不能做到很小,因而就不容易提供前述的高密度区域或连续地围绕着各个液道的下开口的筋条,尽管这是该技术的最重要特点之一。
由4,741,941号美国专利所揭示的技术,由于采用熔吹的非织物纤维结构而提供一种软布似的触感,但是这种非织物纤维结构缺乏稳固性,因而液体通道容易塌陷和堵塞。此外,这种非织物纤维结构是与和其下侧面结合的软材料层密贴的,当这种结合材料用在该吸收件上时,已被这种软性材料层容纳的一定数量的水份容易在使用者体压的作用下慢慢渗流出来并扩散到熔吹非织物纤维结构的地起到吸湿的作用。然而,由于该下片是与主要由非织物纤维结构组成的上片密切接触,因此它先前容纳的一定数量的水份就很容易在使用者的身体压力作用下回流向该上片。因此,这个技术也有使用者要经受不舒服的湿感的问题。
鉴于已有技术未解决而留下的这些问题,本发明的一个主要目的是提供一种由一个与皮肤接触区域的第一片和一个位于第一片之下的第二片组成的上片,而其特点是,所述的第一片设有液体通道以及所述的第二片是绕着各个液体通道的下开口结合到所述的第一片上,一方面限制可能发生的液体通道的变形,另一方面,与该皮肤接触区域的下侧面分隔开来,避免可能发生体液从第二片回流到第一片,由此解决传统的上片所遇到这些问题。
上述目的是通过分别说明本发明的三个方面,即上片以及制造它的方法和装置来实现的。
根据本发明的第一方面,上述目的是通过一种用在体液吸收件上的上片来实现的,这种上片设有其每一个都从上片的一个上开口延伸通过到其一个下开口上的多个液体通道,以及围绕着各液体通道的上开口连续地形成的一个皮肤接触区域,其特点在于,所述的上片包括一个由热塑膜片制成和设有所述的液体通道和皮肤接触区的第一片以及一个位于所述第一片之下由热塑纤维材料的非织编纤维物制成的在相对应所述皮肤接触区形成一个皮肤非接触区的第二片,一个区域是沿着它们的下开口的周边结合于所述通道,另一个区域暴露在所述液体通道内,以使所述液体通道的内壁,所述皮肤接触区,和由通道与所述皮肤接触区间隔开的所述皮肤非接触区一起配合形成在上片的厚度方向上延伸的空腔。
最好在液体通道内的暴露区域界定隆起进入各通道、但不超过皮肤接触区的上表面的皮肤接触处。
最好所述的第一片是疏水的以及所述第二片是亲水的。
根据本发明的第二方面,上述目的是通过一种制造使用在体液吸收件上的上片的方法实现的,所述的上片设有每一个都从其上开配合形成在上片的厚度方向上延伸的空腔。
最好在液体通道内的暴露区域界定隆起进入各通道、但不超过皮肤接触区的上表面的皮肤接触处。
最好所述的第一片是疏水的以及所述第二片是亲水的。
根据本发明的第二方面,上述目的是通过一种制造使用在体液吸收件上的上片的方法实现的,所述的上片设有每一个都从其上开口延伸通过上片到其下开口上的多个液体通道和一个围绕各液体通道的上开口连续地形成的皮肤接触区,所述的方法包括从一热塑膜片上形成设有所述的液体通道和皮肤接触区的第一片和将熔融的纤维物吹到第一片的一个下侧面上以形成由一个熔吹非织编纤维物制成的第二片,其中,所述的第二片有一个与被所述第一片界定的皮肤接触区的一个下表面间隔开的皮肤非接触区,以及一个围绕所述液体通道的下开口熔接于它们的区域,以及所述的皮肤接触区。液体通道的内壁和所述的皮肤非接触区配合形成在上片的厚度方向上延伸的空腔。
根据本发明的第三方面,上述目的是通过制造用在体液吸收件上的上片的一个装置实现的,所述的上片设有:每一个都从其上开口延伸通过上片到其下开口上的多个液体通道和一个围绕着各液体通道的上开口连续地形成的皮肤接触区,所述的装置至少包括:
(1)至少一个仅仅成形设有所述液体通道和皮肤接触区的第一片的熔吹挤压机;
(2)一成形模,被熔化的纤维原料从所述的仅仅用于所述第一片的成形的熔吹挤压机吹向所述成形模以形成熔吹的非织编纤维结构,所述成形模设有多个交替排列和用作成形带液体通道和一个皮肤接触区的非织编纤维结构的凹凸模,并对从只用于第一片成形的熔吹挤压机中输出的熔化纤维原料易迅即反应以最佳速度运行。
(3)至少一个仅用第二片成形的熔吹挤压机,它适合于将熔化的纤维原料吹向从模子释放的第一片的一个下侧面,由此形成包含围绕着各液体通道下开口被熔接到其上的熔吹非织编纤维结构的第二片;
(4)把第一片送向只用于第二片的熔吹挤压机的输送装置;
(5)相对于分别用于成形第一片和第二片的熔吹挤压机分别设置的吸入装置;
在上片如按本发明所述那样构成的情况下,由非织编纤维结构制成的第二片就绕着液体通道的下开口被熔接其上以便限制可能发生在各下开口的周边的变形。此外,第一片和第二片分别围绕着液体通道的上、下开口对着液体通道是连通的,这样使液体通道稳固,不但能可靠地抵抗轴向力而且能抵抗横向力。
体液流进液体通道后到达其下开口,在下开口上,体液渗透通过第二片,然后部分地为直接位于这些下开口之下的吸芯的若干部位所吸收,另部分横向扩散通过该第二片并被与第二片的皮肤非接触区接触的吸芯部分吸收。被这样的扩散弄潮的第二片的皮肤非接触区保持与皮肤接触区的下侧面间隔开,因而不用担忧体液从皮肤非接触区向皮肤接触区的回流会给使用者带来不舒服的湿感。
该第二片是亲水的,当其隆起进入液体通道的皮肤接触表面出现接触使用者的皮肤时,在组成这第二片的纤维之间发生的毛细管作用就起作用使水份移向吸芯内。
在用于制作含有第一片和第二片的本发明的上片的方法中,被熔化的纤维原料被吹向设有皮肤接触区和液体通道的第一片的下侧面以形成由熔吹非织纤维结构制成的第二片,并由此使第二片围绕各液体通道的下开口熔接于第一片上,以及使皮肤非接触区保持与皮肤接触区的下侧面间隔开。在从正上方看第一片时,该第二片可见地暴露在各液体通道内。
用于连续地制作含有第一片和第二片的本发明的上片的装置包括:仅用于成形第一片的熔吹挤压机,可对从熔吹挤压机的熔化纤维原料输出迅即作出反应以最佳速度运行的成形模,只用于在第一片的下侧面上形成第二片的熔吹挤压机,以及用于第一片的输送装置。
现通过具体实施例并参照其附图来具体说明本发明,这些附图为:
图1是局部剖开示出一卫生巾的立体图;

现请参看图1,在该局部剖开的立体图中示出一卫生巾1。如图所示,该卫生巾1包括一可渗透液体的上片2,一不渗透液体的背片3和夹设在这两片2、3之间的一个吸芯4,其中,上片2的相对的两侧边,在卫生巾1的背面处,相互叠合并封合在一起,而卫生巾1的沿纵向相对的两端延伸的边部也相互封合一起,这样,就使上片2全部包住了吸芯4。背片3是间设在位于尿布1的背侧和吸芯4之间。
现请看图2,在厚度方向上剖切的部分剖视图上示意地表示了该上片2。如图所示,该吸芯4与上片2的底侧面密切接触。上片2包括:一呈非织纤维结构的上部片7,它依次含有都由熔吹纤维制成的整体层压的第一层7a和第二层7b,以及位于上部片7之下由熔吹的非织纤维制成的一个下部片8。尽管该上部片7在此处是被描述成两层叠置片,然而它还可按含有第一层7a和第二层7b中的任何一层的单层叠置片。
上部片7有上开口11和下开口12。该上部片7还包括:多个液体通道13,其中每一个都从上开口11延伸通过片7到达下开口12上,以及一个皮肤接触区14,它形成为一个围绕各上开口11周围延伸的连续平面区域。该第一层7a的密度和/或细度可选择得比第二层7b的高,以便加强上部片7的牢度和保持第二层7b的柔软触感。
下部片8包括一与上部片7的皮肤接触区14相对的皮肤非接触区15,一结合于下开口12的周边上的区域16和一暴露在液体通道13内的区域25。该上部片7和下部片8采用围绕着各下开口12周围熔接和/或机械的缠结方法被相互整体结合一起。该皮肤非接触区15的上侧面15A与皮肤接触区14的底侧面14B间隔开,这样片7、8与液体通道13的壁配合形成了空腔20。该暴露的区域25隆起进入各液体通道13中,而在上片的厚度方向剖切的剖视图上看它呈截锥或锥体形。该暴露的区域25有一侧壁17,一顶部18和约等于或略小于液体通道13的高度H的一个高度h。因此,顶部18基本上与皮肤接触区14同平面或略低于皮肤接触区14,并在施加在该皮肤接触区14上的身体压力作用下不但是该皮肤接触区而且顶部18都呈与使用者的皮肤接触状态。在侧壁17和被联结的液体通道13的壁之间便形成一个V型槽19。在该截锥体形内,即在顶部18和吸芯4之间形成一个空间18A,其内部有少许或设有该第一片7a和吸芯4的延伸纤维。该皮肤非接触区15与含有软绒毛和高吸收性能的聚合物粉剂的混合物的吸芯4相接触。
在上片2内,各液道13的上开口11和下开口12都可选择地构形成,例如圆形、椭圆形、多角形或不定形状的开口。例如,如采用每个有圆形上、下开口的液体通道13,那么最好上开口在开口/面积比为20%至80%时其直径为0.5至5毫米(mm),而每个通道的高度H为0.1至5毫米(mm)。该下开口12的直径可以大于或小于上开口11的直径。为了保证有柔软触感,形成第二层7b和下部片8的熔吹非织纤维结构的熔吹纤维的细度最好约为0.01至1但尼尔,但形成第一层7a的熔吹纤维的细度可是1但尼尔或略高些。该上片2呈现空气渗透性能直到在纤维中存在空隙。在不需要这种透气性时,整个的上部片7可由一塑料膜片而不是用熔吹非织纤维结构形成或仅仅第一层7a可由这种塑料膜片形成。在这种情况下,如需要的话可压纹该片的表面使它变粗糙。
现请看图3,图中示意地表示出一种制造上片2的方法。该方法包括:利用一模注滚筒30和设在该模注滚筒30周围的第一第二熔吹挤压机31、32的第一模注步骤和采用一环带33和设在该环带33上方的一第三熔吹挤压机的第二模柱步骤29。应理解到,在需要按单层叠置片方式形成第一片时,第一和第二熔吹挤压机31、32的任一个可以中止工作。
在该第一步骤过程28中,该模注滚筒30围绕着其圆周表面设有交替排列而用作成形模的凸模35和凹模36,以便熔吹纤维40在吸入装置41的作用下从第一熔吹挤压机31被吹向成形模以形成被指定用作第一片7的第一层7a的一非织编纤维层40a。类似地,熔吹纤维42从该第二熔吹挤压机32被吹向非织编纤维层40a以形成被指定用作第一片7的第二层7b的一非织纤维层42a。然后通过滚筒30形成这两非织纤维层40a、42a的整体层压层以获得一卷7A的第一片7,它有由凸模35形成的第一片7的皮肤接触区14和由凹模36形成的液体通道13。应理解到,在该第一模注步骤过程28中各种因素,诸如被吹的各纤维40、42的数量、各吸入装置41的吸入强度以及各凹模36的深度是可调节的,以便纤维40、42可以沿着各个凹模36的侧壁向上延伸形成为液体通道13以及可在各凹模36的底部上松开以形成被指定用作第一片7的下开口12的开口37。该模注滚筒30的内、外表面是可透气的。
该卷7A在它从第一模注步骤过程28移往第二模注步骤过程29时从模注滚筒30的圆周表面分开,随后其已与模注滚筒30圆周表面接触过的表面面朝上地置放在环带33上。在吸入装置43的吸入作用下,熔吹纤维44被从第三熔吹挤压机34吹向所述朝上的表面以形成被指定用作第二片8的一非织编纤维层44a。被吹的纤维44a的数量、和引入装置43的吸入强度可调节以保证纤维44暴露在开口37上,向上延伸进入液体通道13中,如果需要的话,该熔吹非织纤维层44a的朝前端可呈与环带33的上表面接触状态以形成下部片8的顶部18及空间18A。应理解到,吸入装置43的吸入作用可被减弱以减小或差不多消除熔吹非织纤维的隆起,而这样的产品也可被用作上片2。
图4示出一种与图3所示的加工方法有些不同的用于制造上片2另一种替换的方法。请参看图4,所述的模注滚筒30被装有交替排列的用作成形熔吹非织纤维40a、42a成形模的凸模35、凹模36的一个环带61所取代,以及该环带61由驱动滚筒62、63驱动逆时针方向转动。这种加工方法的其余部分基本上与图3所示的相同。在第一和第二熔吹挤压机31、32太大以致不能将它所安装在接近的相邻位置时,采用这种环带61将是方便的。
在图3和图4所示的两种加工方法中,成形该第一或上部片7的熔吹纤维40、42是在吸入装置41的方向上围绕下开口12松散开。从第三熔吹挤压机34吹向上部片7的熔吹纤维44被熔接到和/或缠绕到另外的熔吹纤维40、42上,并由此使第二或下部片8与该上部片7形成整体。在图示的两种方法中,为了使上片2变得牢固,具有较高密度或细度的熔吹非织纤维的下层40a首先形成,然后,为了提供可给使用者以与布相同柔软触感的上片2再形成具有较低密度或细度的熔吹非织纤维的上层42a。
图5至图8是用图3所示方法生产出的上片2的放大的显微镜照片。请看图5,它对应于图2和显示该上片的一部分,该下片8位于设有皮肤接触区14和液体通道13的上部片7之下,该下部片8包括皮肤非接触区15和在其内形成空间18A的截锥体或锥体形的被暴露区25。皮肤接触区14和皮肤非接触区15的相互相对的内表面彼此间隔开,并与被联结的液体通道13的壁相配合以形成空腔20。
图6是从斜上方看时的上片2的一个放大的显微镜照片,它详细地显示出该皮肤接触区14、上部片7的上开口11以及下部片8的顶部18。
图7是在从正上方看时的上片2的一个被放大50倍的照片。如图所示,上部片7和顶部18分别包含熔吹的纤维,而顶部18出现的纤维分布密度要低于在上部片7中的密度。
图8是在上片厚度方向剖切所得的一个被放大50倍的上片照片,它显示下部片8的液体通道13和圆维形暴露区域25。虽然不太清楚,但可看到液体通道13的壁是成两层的,即由熔吹的非织纤维7a、7b所组成,下部片8是围绕液体通道13的下开口12周围被熔接到和/或缠绕到上部片7上;该V形槽19是由暴露区25的侧壁17和相邻的液体通道13的壁所形成;该暴露 25的项部18基本上与皮肤接触区14同平面。
在本发明的范围内,不用上述的熔吹非织纤维,而是采用由别的热塑合成树脂纤维或热塑合成树脂薄膜制成的非织纤维来形成作为上片2的重要部分的上部片7也是可以的。最好该上部片7由合适的疏水材料制成以便即使在体液排泄后也可保持干燥触感,而下部片8除了用熔吹非织纤维外也可由亲水的热塑合成树脂的非织纤维形成,以便体液可移向吸芯并尽可能快地在下部片8上广泛扩散。被指定为形成下部片8的这种亲水非织纤维结构可获得,例如,通过涂上如聚乙烯和聚丙烯之类的聚烯烃物或带0.1%亲水助剂(例如脂肪酸醇酸树脂酰胺阳离子剂)(fatty acid alkyd amidecationic agent)的水溶液的聚脂制成的非织纤维来获得,或通过均匀地混和带重量百分比为0.3至1.0%的亲水助剂,(如丙三醇单硬脂酸酯)(glycerin monostearate)的任何一种合成树脂并应用这种混合物作为所要的非织纤维的初始材料的方法来获得。
不用这种亲水助剂,(例如下部片8)还可采用按下述的初始材料获得的非织纤维:具有小于0.900g/cm3密度和5-40%的结晶度的乙烯烃共聚物或含有作为其主要成份的这类共聚物的树脂合成物,例如100份重量的乙烯烃共聚物与少于100份重量的树脂混合成,例如低、中或高密度聚乙烯,线性低密度的聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚丁烯-1或聚醋酸乙烯脂。
乙烯烃共聚物的一个具体例子:在其烯烃中有3至10个碳原子、85至95摩尔百分比的乙烯含量、在190℃时处于2160g的负荷下(根据ASTM D1238标准)测得的1至200g/min的熔化流速(MFR)、0.870g/cm3至0.900g/cm3的密度以及5至40%的X射线结晶度。这种非织纤维结构(例如由上述的树脂或树脂合成物获得的熔吹非织纤维结构),不但是亲水的,而且还是柔软和可延伸的,因此特别适合用作下部片8的材料。应理解到,乙烯烃共聚物或含有作为其主要成份的这种共聚物的树脂合成物或者非织纤维薄膜或者从它获得的类似材料都可用亲水助剂进行处理以进一步增强其亲水性。
在按本发明构成的上片中,由于下部片是围绕各液体通道的下开口熔接到和/或缠绕到上部片上,该液体通道都可有效地稳定成形并难于彼阻塞。
在上部片和下部片之间形成的空腔用于即使在下部片由于在其上扩散的体液被弄湿时还能阻止体液流回到上部片上,因而采用这种上片的吸收件决不会给使用者以不舒服的湿感。
在每对相邻的液体通道壁和隆起进入液体通道的暴露区的侧壁之间发生的毛细管现象的作用下,排泄在上片上的体液迅速地到达这些液体通道的下开口,然后部分地通过该下部片并由直接位于该液体通道下开口之下的吸芯部位所吸收,另部分扩散在该下部片上并由与下部片皮肤非接触区接触的吸芯的其余部分所吸收。在这种方式中,本发明的这种上片使吸湿速度得到改善,而超过仅仅设有液体通道的已有技术的上片。
如果由隆起进入液体通道的下片部分形成的顶部是由适合与使用者皮肤接触的亲水非织纤维结构组成的话,那么所述的毛细管现象也可用于在使用者出汗湿透时转移汗水。因此,即使在上部片用疏水的塑料膜制成时,该上片也能吸汗。而该顶部在毛细管作用下或许可以吸收一定数量的来自吸芯的水份,这个被吸回水份数量能通过在顶部和吸芯之间的空间被减到最小程度。
液体通道的高的形状稳定笥改善了减震效果并因此改善穿着这种吸收件的舒适性。
由于熔吹非织纤维结构仅仅是通过将被熔化的纤维吹向上部片的底侧面而形成的,该上片就能容易地制成。
采用用于制成上片的本发明的装置,上部片分别用仅用于成型第一和第二片的第一和第二熔吹挤压机形成,而随后该下部片通过把熔化纤维从第三熔吹挤压机吹向上部片的底侧面形成,这样就使上片就可连续地生产。
Claims (5)
1.一种用在体液吸收件上的上片,它设有:多个液体通道,其每一个都从上片的一个上开口延伸通过上片到其下开口上,和围绕着各液体通道的上开口连续地形成的一个皮肤接触区,其特征在于,所述的上片还包括:一由热塑薄膜制成和设有所述液体通道及皮肤接触区的第一片,和一位于第一片之下和由热塑纤维的非织纤维结构制成以及设有相对应所述皮肤接触区的一个皮肤非接触区的第二片,以及沿着它们的下开口的周边的所述液体通道和暴露在液体通道内的区域以便液体通道的内壁、所述皮肤接触区和通过液体通道与皮肤接触区分开的所述皮肤非接触区一起配合形成在上片厚度方向上延伸的空腔。
2.根据权利要求1的上片,其特征在于,暴露在所述液体通道内的所述区域确定了隆起进入各液体通道内但不超出皮肤接触区的上表面的各皮肤接触部位。
3.根据权利要求1的上片,其特征在于,所述的第一片是疏水的,而所述的第二片是亲水的。
4.一种制作用在体液吸收件上的上片的方法,所述上片设有:多个液体通道,其每个从上片的上开口延伸通过上片到其下开口上,和围绕各液体通道的上开口连续地形成的一个皮肤接触区,所述的方法包括下面的步骤:
成形一设有所述液体通道和所述的由一种热塑薄膜制成的皮肤接触区的第一片和把熔化纤维吹到所述第一片的下侧面上以形成一由熔吹非织纤维结构制成的第二片,其特征在于,所述第二片有:一皮肤非接触区,它与由所述第一片形成的皮肤接触区的下表面间隔开,和围绕着它们的下开口被熔接于所述液体通道的一个区域,其中,所述的皮肤接触区、所述液体通道的内壁和所述皮肤非接触区配合形成在上片厚度方向上延伸的空腔。
5.一种制造用在体液吸收件上的上片的装置,所述上片设有多个液体通道,其每个都从上片的上开口延伸通过上片到其下开口上;和围绕各液体通道的上开口连续地形成的一个皮肤接触区,所述装置至少包括:
(1)至少一个仅用于形成设有液体通道和皮肤接触区的第一片的熔吹挤压机;
(2)一个成形模,从仅用于成型第一片的熔吹挤压机把熔化纤维吹向它以形成被吹的非织纤维结构,所述的成形模设置多个凹凸模,它们交替地排列和用作成形带液体通道和皮肤接触区的所述非织纤维结构,以及可响应来自仅用于形成第一片的熔吹挤压机的熔化纤维输出是而以最佳的速度运行;
(3)至少一个仅用于成形第二片和适合于把熔化纤维吹向从成形模释放的第一片的下侧面上并由此形成含有围绕其下开口熔接于各液体通道的熔吹非织纤维结构的第二片的熔吹挤压机;
(4)把所述的第一片送向仅用于成形第二片的熔吹挤压机的输送装置;以及
(5)分别与用于第一片和第二片的所述熔吹挤压机相对地设置的吸入装置。
