The bottom of the box body 1 is provided with a lower cover 4, the bottom of the lower cover 4 is provided with a clamping groove 3 corresponding to the TH35 guide rail, the clamping grooves are conveniently arranged on the TH35 guide rail to form a plurality of modules, and the modules are installed in the electric box in a concentrated mode.

The ends of the first conductive rod 7 and the second conductive rod 5 are provided with a short circuit jack 11, as shown in fig. 3, the short circuit plug connector 9 includes an insulating handle 91 and two short circuit plug rods 92 corresponding to the short circuit jack 11 and installed at the lower part of the insulating handle 91. The bottom of the short circuit inserted link 92 is provided with a lantern spring pin 93, the tops of the two short circuit inserted links 92 are electrically connected, after the lantern spring pin 93 is inserted into the short circuit jack 11, the short circuit between the first conducting rod 7 and the second conducting rod 5 is realized, the maintenance is convenient, the stability of the short circuit is ensured by the lantern spring pin 93, and the problem of releasing and breaking is avoided. In addition, two short circuit connectors 9 corresponding to two sets of conductive members can share one insulating handle 91, so that the cost is reduced, and the simplicity of operation is improved.
The front end of the first conducting rod 7 is provided with a first upright post 8 which is bent upwards and extends and is positioned at the tail end of the switch 12, the front face of the first upright post 8 is provided with a first horizontal inserting rod 6 which extends forwards, the tail end of the switch 12 is provided with a first conducting jack corresponding to the first horizontal inserting rod 6, the tail end of the switch 12 is limited by the aid of the first upright post 8, and the first conducting jack corresponding to the first horizontal inserting rod 6 is inserted into the first conducting jack, so that the height position of the switch 12 is limited.
The second stand 17 that upwards extends is provided with to second conducting rod 5 front end, the switch 12 front end is provided with second conductive jack 13, be provided with the third conductive jack 16 that corresponds with second conductive jack 13 on the second stand 17, box body 1 front end is provided with the insulating connecting block 15 that is located the upper cover, and insulating connecting block 15 is movable, utilizes upper cover 2 to cover and spacing, and the installation is convenient, and stability is high.
The insulating connecting block 15 is provided with a second horizontal inserting rod 14 penetrating through the third conductive jack 16 and entering the second conductive jack 13, and the second horizontal inserting rod 14 adopts a copper rod, so that the conductivity is good. The through hole corresponding to the second horizontal inserted link 14 is arranged at the front end of the box body 1, so that the second horizontal inserted link 14 is convenient to install and guide, and the switch 12 is electrically connected with the second conducting rod 5.
The wiring holes 18 are formed in the tail end of the first conducting rod 7 and the front end of the second conducting rod 5 respectively, connection of a power line is facilitated, the power line is fastened by the fastening screw, the cover plate bent at the tail end of the upper cover 2 is used for covering the fastening screw, and the safety protection effect is improved.
The reserved space in the box body 1 can be used for expanding functions, so that functional elements are conveniently arranged in the box body 1, and the inner space can be isolated through the partition plate, so that mutual influence is avoided. The functional elements include, but are not limited to, a voltage detection element, a current detection element, a power detection element, a temperature detection element, a fault replacement signal element, and an out-of-limit alarm signal element. As shown in fig. 4, the functional element adopts the transformer 10, the transformer 10 is mounted on one of the first conductive rods 7, the corresponding first conductive rod 7 comprises two sections of conductors, the transformer 10 is connected in series on the two sections of conductors by adopting the screws 19, the mounting and the dismounting are convenient, the current and the voltage of the transformer 10 can be detected, the data acquisition is performed through the bus, and the remote wireless or wired monitoring of the computer is realized.
In summary, the modularized hot plug integrated switch box disclosed by the invention is particularly designed with the short circuit plug connector, and the cooperation of the short circuit plug connector and the conductive piece is utilized, so that the hot plug of a switch and other functional elements is facilitated, the continuous work of electric equipment is not influenced, and the convenience of switch maintenance is improved.
