Although the prior art discloses the application of the composition containing gibberellin and brassinolide in promoting plant growth and increasing yield, the specific application and effect of the composition containing gibberellin and brassinolide in promoting fruit growth, especially fruit shape is not specifically disclosed.

Preferably, in the above uses, the pesticidal composition is prepared into agriculturally useful formulations by adding suitable adjuvants, including but not limited to emulsifiers, wetting agents, dispersants, antifreezes, stabilizers, liquid carriers, solid carriers, and the like. The amount of each adjuvant and the method of processing the formulation are well known in the field of pesticide processing.
Preferably, in the application of the pesticide composition in promoting the increase of the fruit length of the plant, the spraying dosage of the pesticide composition is 0.05-0.5g ai/mu, preferably 0.08-0.25g ai/mu; the spraying frequency is 1-5 times, and the spraying interval is 3-10 days.
The invention also provides a method for promoting the length of plant fruits to be increased, which is characterized in that a pesticide composition is sprayed in the growth period of the plant fruits, the pesticide composition contains gibberellin and brassinolide, and the weight ratio of the gibberellin to the brassinolide is 1000: 1 to 100: when the pesticide composition is used, the gibberellin concentration in the pesticide solution is less than 15ppm, preferably less than 12ppm after the pesticide composition is diluted with water to form the pesticide solution.
Preferably, in the method for promoting the increase in fruit length of a plant, the plant is preferably banana, mango or cowpea.
Preferably, in the method of promoting fruit length increase in a plant, the fruit length increase is manifested by fruit elongation.
Preferably, in the method for promoting the increase of the fruit length of the plant, the pesticide composition is sprayed for 1 to 5 times at an interval of 3 to 10 days.
The invention also provides application of brassinolide in reducing the consumption of gibberellin, which is characterized in that gibberellin and brassinolide are combined for application, and the weight ratio of gibberellin to brassinolide is 1000: 1 to 100: 1; when the plant fruit is sprayed, the composition containing gibberellin and brassinolide is diluted to the concentration of gibberellin in the liquid medicine lower than 15ppm, so that the increase of the length of the plant fruit is promoted.
Advantageous effects
Experiments show that the pesticide composition containing gibberellin and brassinolide can promote fruit elongation.
Compared with a single agent, the invention has good synergistic effect of the two agents, enhances the elongation effect of gibberellin and the comprehensive conditioning effect of brassinolide, and determines the optimal proportion of the two agents.
In addition, the combination of the gibberellin and the gibberellin can furthest avoid the problems of fruit deformity, fruit blotches, easy rotting and the like caused by the single use of the gibberellin due to high use concentration.
Detailed Description
The present invention is further illustrated by the following examples, which are not intended to limit the invention to these embodiments. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the present invention encompasses all alternatives, modifications and equivalents as may be included within the scope of the claims.
The reagents used in the following examples are all commercially available, wherein the amino acid is an agricultural amino acid powder available from Jiahong Biotech, Inc. of Henan.
Influence of gibberellin and brassinolide composition on banana fruits
Example 1
Experiments were performed on white lotus bananas, dividing the banana field into several cells, 20 banana trees per cell. The treatment agents were prepared according to the compounding ratio shown in the table below, diluted with a 1% tween 60 aqueous solution and then spray-treated (an appropriate amount of acetone was used to dissolve the active ingredient), the amount of spray was controlled to 50L per mu, each treatment was repeated 3 times, and a 1% tween 60 aqueous solution of the same amount was sprayed as a blank control. Spraying at the fruit growing period of about 2 weeks after the bud breaking of the banana cluster, measuring the length and the diameter of the banana in each cell according to a 5-point sampling method (taking 3 bananas at the same position of each point) before spraying, and marking the measured banana. A total of 2 spray treatments were carried out with an interval of 7 days, and 7 days after the second treatment, the length and diameter of the marked bananas were measured again and the average was calculated. The results are shown in Table 1 below.

The results in the table show that after gibberellin and brassinolide are compounded, the length of the banana finger can be obviously increased compared with that of each single dose, and the compounding of the gibberellin and the brassinolide shows an obvious synergistic effect. In addition, the agent of the present invention has a significant increase in banana finger length as compared with a single gibberellin dose, but the banana finger circumference is not increased as much as the latter. That is, the agent of the present invention can improve the appearance of banana fruits, and the contribution to the increase in the length of banana finger is larger than the increase in the circumference of banana finger, whereas gibberellin or the like contributes to the increase in the circumference of banana finger is larger than the increase in the length of banana finger.
Example 2
The effect of the addition of elemental fertilizers and amino acids on the effect of the composition was tested. Experiments were performed on white lotus bananas, dividing the banana field into several cells, 20 banana trees per cell. Preparing each treatment agent shown in the table below, diluting the treatment agents to a specified multiple by using a 1% Tween 60 aqueous solution, performing spray treatment, repeating each treatment for 3 times, and spraying an equivalent 1% Tween 60 aqueous solution as a blank control. Spraying at the initial stage of banana fruit growth (2 weeks after the bud breaking), measuring the length and diameter of the bananas in each cell according to a 5-point sampling method (taking 3 bananas at the same position of each point) before spraying, and marking the measured bananas. A total of 2 spray treatments were carried out with an interval of 7 days, and 7 days after the second treatment, the length and diameter of the marked bananas were measured again and the average was calculated. The results are shown in Table 2 below.

The results in the table above show that the application of potassium nitrate, calcium nitrate and amino acid alone had little effect on the banana finger length and banana finger circumference compared to the control, especially after the application of potassium nitrate and calcium nitrate. However, when it is administered together with gibberellin and brassinolide, the banana finger length and banana finger circumference can be further increased as compared with the case where gibberellin and brassinolide are used alone. It can be seen that potassium nitrate, calcium nitrate and amino acids have certain promoting effects on gibberellin and brassinolide.
Secondly, the effect of the composition of gibberellin and brassinolide on cowpea
Example 3
Tests were conducted on white lotus and cowpea, dividing the field block into several cells, each cell being 20 square meters. The treatment agents were prepared according to the compounding ratio shown in the table below, diluted with a 1% tween 60 aqueous solution and then spray-treated (an appropriate amount of acetone was used to dissolve the active ingredient), the amount of spray was controlled to 50L per mu, each treatment was repeated 3 times, and a 1% tween 60 aqueous solution of the same amount was sprayed as a blank control. Spraying in the middle growth stage of cowpea fruit, marking cowpea with length of 10-15cm according to 5-point sampling method (3 cowpea at the same position of each point) before spraying, counting the length as base number, spraying, measuring the length of the marked cowpea again after treating for 5 days, and calculating the average value. The results are given in Table 3 below.

The results in the table show that after gibberellin and brassinolide are compounded, the length of the kidney bean can be obviously increased compared with that of each single dose, the compounding of the gibberellin and the brassinolide shows an obvious synergistic effect, and the effect of increasing the length of the cowpea can be realized when the concentration of the gibberellin in the liquid medicine is about 4 ppm.
Example 4
The effect of the addition of elemental fertilizers and amino acids on the effect of the composition was tested. The test is carried out on the white lotus seed and cowpea, the field block is divided into a plurality of cells, and each cell has 20 square meters. Preparing each treatment agent shown in the table below, diluting the treatment agents to a specified multiple by using a 1% Tween 60 aqueous solution, performing spray treatment, repeating each treatment for 3 times, and spraying an equivalent 1% Tween 60 aqueous solution as a blank control. Spraying in the middle growth stage of cowpea fruit, marking cowpea with length of 10-15cm according to 5-point sampling method (3 cowpea at the same position of each point) before spraying, counting the length as base number, spraying, measuring the length of the marked cowpea again after treating for 5 days, and calculating the average value. The results are shown in Table 4 below.

The results in the table above show that potassium nitrate, calcium nitrate, and amino acids, when applied alone, did not significantly increase the length of beans compared to the control, but when applied together with gibberellin and brassinolide, it was able to further increase the length of beans compared to gibberellin and brassinolide alone. It can be seen that potassium nitrate, calcium nitrate and amino acids have certain promoting effects on gibberellin and brassinolide.
Thirdly, the influence of the composition of gibberellin and brassinolide on mango
Example 5
Tests were conducted on Changjiang mango, dividing the field into several cells, 20 mango trees per cell. Each treatment agent was prepared according to the compounding ratio shown in the table below, diluted with a 1% tween 60 aqueous solution and then spray-treated (an appropriate amount of acetone was used to dissolve the active ingredient), and each treatment was repeated 3 times, with the same amount of the 1% tween 60 aqueous solution sprayed as a blank control. Spraying is carried out in the middle of mango fruit growth, and before spraying, the length and diameter of the mango in each cell are measured according to a 5-point sampling method (5 mangoes are taken at the same position of each point), and the measured mangoes are marked. A total of 2 spray treatments were carried out with an interval of 7 days, and 7 days after the second treatment, the length and fruit diameter of the marked mangoes were measured again and the average was calculated.
And continuously spraying the mango with the same spraying interval and dosage, and observing the phenomenon of mango peel spot of each treatment 10 days after the 5 th spraying is finished.
The results are given in Table 5 below.

The results in the table show that after gibberellin and brassinolide are compounded, the mango fruit field and the mango fruit diameter can be obviously increased compared with the blank control. In addition, compared with a single dose of gibberellin, under the condition that the dose of gibberellin is reduced by 60%, the fruit length is obviously increased compared with the former fruit length under the condition that the fruit diameter is slightly increased compared with the former fruit diameter, and therefore the application of the medicament changes the improved shape of mango fruits and lengthens the fruit length. In addition, in the aspect of influencing the quality of the fruit peel, after the fruit peel is treated by gibberellin spray for 5 times, serious spots are observed on the mango fruit peel, the mango fruit peel is rotten and is not durable to store, and the spots are obviously reduced or even not observed after the mango fruit peel is treated by the medicament.
The above examples are merely illustrative and not restrictive of the present invention, and the solution obtained by simple modification of the above solution is also within the scope of the present application.
