本发明的目的是采用鲜玫瑰花作为冰淇淋(冰糕,冰棍)的组份,使该类制品具有天然的美色芳香,新的营养功能。
其制法是在冰淇淋(冰糕,冰棍)的基质中加入适量鲜玫瑰花或鲜玫瑰花制品,按传统制造方法制造。
与传统产品相比,本发明产品具有鲜玫瑰花的天然美色和芳香,并具有新的保健营养功能。

  1. 鲜玫瑰花冰淇淋(冰糕、冰棍)是在现有冰淇淋(冰糕、冰棍)基质中添加鲜玫瑰花或鲜玫瑰花制品作为冰淇淋(冰糕、冰棍)的组份,其特征是:该冰淇淋(冰糕、冰棍)具有鲜玫瑰花的天然、美色、芳香和新的营养保健功能。
