本发明属于门窗领域,具体涉及一种铝合金门窗窗扇,包括玻璃构件及用于固定玻璃构件的窗架,其特征在于:所述玻璃构件与窗架连接处设置有第一胶条,窗架包括扇框和边框,扇框和边框连接处设置有若干第二胶条,所述扇框和边框内设置有若干隔热尼龙;所述第二胶条包括左第二胶条、中第二胶条和右第二胶条,其中所述中第二胶条固定于相邻两隔热尼龙之间。本发明提高了铝合金门窗的水密性。

技术领域
本发明属于门窗领域,具体涉及一种铝合金门窗窗扇。
背景技术
铝合金窗是由铝合金建筑型材制作框、扇结构的窗,分普通铝合金门窗和断桥铝合金门窗。铝合金窗具有美观、密封、强度高,广泛应用于建筑工程领域,在家装中,常用铝合金门窗封装阳台。
铝合金表面经过氧化光洁闪亮。窗扇框架大,可镶较大面积的玻璃,让室内光线充足明亮,增强了室内外之间立面虚实对比,让居室更富有层次。铝合金本身易于挤压,型材的横断面尺寸精确,加工精确度高,因此在装修中很多业主都选择采用铝合金门窗。
铝合金门窗的水密性是非常重要的产品指标,现有技术中的虽然对铝合金门窗水密性进行了设计,但仍然存在水密性差的技术问题,导致铝合金门窗品质相对较低,从而进入不了高端住宅市场。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种铝合金门窗窗扇,以进一步提高铝合金门窗的水密性。
为实现上述目的,本发明具体提供的技术方案为:一种铝合金门窗窗扇,包括玻璃构件及用于固定玻璃构件的窗架,所述玻璃构件与窗架连接处设置有第一胶条,窗架包括扇框和边框,扇框和边框连接处设置有若干第二胶条,所述扇框和边框内设置有若干隔热尼龙;所述第二胶条包括左第二胶条、中第二胶条和右第二胶条,其中所述中第二胶条固定于相邻两隔热尼龙之间。
进一步设置,所述中第二胶条包括卡接于隔热尼龙的卡接部、抵接于扇框内壁的抵接部和抵接于边框上的隔热尼龙的弯钩部。
进一步设置,所述中第二胶条内设置有两缓冲腔。
进一步设置,所述玻璃构件为双层中空的玻璃,双层中空的玻璃连接处设置有防燥剂。
进一步设置,所述扇框上的左第二胶条和边框上的右第二胶条与扇框、边框配合围合成一腔体。
进一步设置,所述扇框和边框内的隔热尼龙对应设置。
进一步设置,所述第一胶条包括左第一胶条和右第一胶条,所述左第一胶条向玻璃构件侧向上延伸形成主唇口,左第一胶条向璃构件侧延伸形成若干辅唇口。
进一步设置,所述右第一胶条向上延伸形成第一唇口,右第一胶条向下上延伸形成第二唇口,其中第一唇口内设置有缓冲腔体,其中第一唇口和第二唇口之间围合形成第一缓冲槽。
进一步设置,所述右第二胶条向窗架内侧环形延伸形成缓冲唇口,缓冲唇口内侧形成开放缓冲槽。
进一步设置,所述扇框和边框齐平。
雨幕原理是一个设计原理,它指出雨水对这一层“幕”的渗透将如何被阻止的原理,在这一原理应用中其主要因素为在接缝部位内部设有空腔,其外表面的内侧的压力在所有部位上一直要保持和室外气压相等,以使外表面两侧处于等压状态,其中提到的外表面即“雨幕”。压力平衡的取得是有意使开口处于敞开状态,使空腔与室外空气流通,以达到压力平衡。这个效应是由外壁后面留有空腔所形成,此空腔必须和室外联通才能达到上述目的,由于风的随机性造成的阵风波动亦需在外壁两侧加以平衡。
本发明有益效果:本发明通过在所述玻璃构件与窗架连接处设置有第一胶条,以及扇框和边框连接处设置有第二胶条来提高铝合金门窗窗扇的水密性。
为进一步提高铝合金门窗窗扇的水密性,本发明在扇框和边框之间提供了中第二胶条。
并且对第一胶条和第二胶条的唇口进一步进行设计,进一步提高了铝合金门窗窗扇的水密性,从而进一步提高水密性,保温性能和隔声性能。
防水原则是允许有少量的水进入窗扇腔体,但是这些水要及时排出。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,一种高水密性的铝合金门窗窗扇,包括玻璃构件1及用于固定玻璃构件1的窗架2,所述玻璃构件1与窗架2连接处设置有第一胶条3,窗架2包括扇框21和边框22,扇框21和边框22连接处设置有第二胶条4,所述扇框21和边框22内设置有隔热尼龙5。
所述第二胶条4包括左第二胶条43、中第二胶条44和右第二胶条45,其中所述中第二胶条44固定于相邻两隔热尼龙5之间。
所述中第二胶条44包括卡接于隔热尼龙5的卡接部441、抵接于扇框内壁的抵接部442和抵接于边框上的隔热尼龙5的弯钩部443;所述中第二胶条44内设置有两缓冲腔444。
所述玻璃构件1为双层中空的玻璃,双层中空的玻璃连接处设置有防燥剂6。防燥剂6用于保持双层中空的玻璃之间空间的干燥,防止由于冷凝水能液体影响窗扇美观。
所述扇框上21的第二胶条4和边框22上的第二胶条4围合成一腔体7。腔体7用于起到隔热和隔噪音的功能。所述扇框21和边框22内的隔热尼龙5对应设置。隔热尼龙5通过两端的突出与扇框21和边框22卡紧,起到隔热的作用,对应设置是隔热的效果更好。
所述第一胶条3包括左第一胶条31和右第一胶条32,所述左第一胶条31向玻璃构件侧向上延伸形成主唇口311,左第一胶条31向璃构件侧延伸形成若干辅唇口312。
所述右第一胶条32向上延伸形成第一唇口321,右第一胶条32向下上延伸形成第二唇口322,其中第一唇口321内设置有缓冲腔体323,其中第一唇口321和第二唇口322之间围合形成第一缓冲槽324。
左第一胶条31是这个窗扇的第一道密封,阻止大部分的室外雨水。
所述扇框21内还设置有发泡胶条8,发泡胶条8是这个窗扇的第二道密封,阻止水流向室内侧。
扇框21下口开有排水孔9,有限排除腔体内的水。
右第一胶条32是这个窗扇的第三道密封,阻止水流向室内侧。
所述第二胶条4向窗架内侧环形延伸形成缓冲唇口41,缓冲唇口41内侧形成开放缓冲槽42。
上述唇口的设计都是为了进一步提高铝合金门窗窗扇的水密性,特别是左第一胶条31的主唇口311,右第一胶条32的第一唇口321及第二胶条4的缓冲唇口41都抵接各自的配件。
Claims (10)
1.一种铝合金门窗窗扇,包括玻璃构件及用于固定玻璃构件的窗架,其特征在于:所述玻璃构件与窗架连接处设置有第一胶条,窗架包括扇框和边框,扇框和边框连接处设置有若干第二胶条,所述扇框和边框内设置有若干隔热尼龙;所述第二胶条包括左第二胶条、中第二胶条和右第二胶条,其中所述中第二胶条固定于相邻两隔热尼龙之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金门窗窗扇,其特征在于:所述中第二胶条包括卡接于隔热尼龙的卡接部、抵接于扇框内壁的抵接部和抵接于边框上的隔热尼龙的弯钩部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的铝合金门窗窗扇,其特征在于:所述中第二胶条内设置有两缓冲腔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金门窗窗扇,其特征在于:所述玻璃构件为双层中空的玻璃,双层中空的玻璃连接处设置有防燥剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金门窗窗扇,其特征在于:所述扇框上的左第二胶条和边框上的右第二胶条与扇框、边框配合围合成一腔体。
6.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金门窗窗扇,其特征在于:所述扇框和边框内的隔热尼龙对应设置。
7.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金门窗窗扇,其特征在于:所述第一胶条包括左第一胶条和右第一胶条,所述左第一胶条向玻璃构件侧向上延伸形成主唇口,左第一胶条向璃构件侧延伸形成若干辅唇口。
8.根据权利要求7所述的铝合金门窗窗扇,其特征在于:所述右第一胶条向上延伸形成第一唇口,右第一胶条向下上延伸形成第二唇口,其中第一唇口内设置有缓冲腔体,其中第一唇口和第二唇口之间围合形成第一缓冲槽。
9.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金门窗窗扇,其特征在于:所述右第二胶条向窗架内侧环形延伸形成缓冲唇口,缓冲唇口内侧形成开放缓冲槽。
10.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金门窗窗扇,其特征在于:所述扇框和边框齐平。
