Abstract
本发明提供一种易清洗冷镦成型油,涉及成型油技术领域。该易清洗冷镦成型油,按照重量份计,包括如下组分:基础油40~70份、润滑剂17~38份、极压剂7~15份、十二烷基亚磷酸酯1~2份、高碱值合成磺酸钙1~3份、抗氧剂0.3‑0.7份、消泡剂0.2~0.5份、油酸乙二醇酯2~5份、脂肪醇烷氧基化物0.2~0.5份以及改性蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚0.2~0.5份。通过高碱值合成磺酸钙作为清净剂和防锈剂,与极压剂协同作用,获得更为优良的极压性能和润滑性能,同时,采用改性蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪醇烷氧基化物复配使用,在满足高极压性的同时,具有极强快速渗透作用,第一时间达到接触表面,快速起到保护作用。此外,本发明还涉及该冷镦成型油的制备方法,步骤简单,适用于工业化大规模生产。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及成型油技术领域,且特别涉及一种易清洗冷镦成型油及其制备方法。
背景技术
冷镦加工是在室温下采用一次或多次冲击加载的加工手段,广泛用于生产紧固件,例如销钉、螺杆、螺母、套筒等。冷镦工艺通过冷作硬化提高工作的抗拉强度,改善性能,加工效率高。具有成型接触应力高,对冷镦成型的极压性能特别高等特点。因此冷镦加工时对所需要的成型油的润滑性能和极压性能等提出了更高的要求。但是冷镦成型油中的极压剂和润滑剂成分过高,虽然能够满足冷镦工艺需求,但是会导致在工件表面形成难以清洗的油垢,需要经过多次清洗过程。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种易清洗冷镦成型油,此成型油具有良好的润滑和极压性能,且易于清洗。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种易清洗冷镦成型油的制备方法,步骤简单,可实现大规模生产。
本发明解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。
本发明提出一种易清洗冷镦成型油,按照重量份计,包括如下组分:
基础油40~70份、润滑剂17~38份、极压剂7~15份、十二烷基亚磷酸酯1~2份、高碱值合成磺酸钙1~3份、抗氧剂0.3-0.7份、消泡剂0.2~0.5份、油酸乙二醇酯2~5份、脂肪醇烷氧基化物0.2~0.5份以及改性蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚0.2~0.5份。

将所述基础油加热到40~60℃,加入所述润滑剂和极压剂,搅拌25~45min后得到混合物;
在所述混合物中加入剩余组分,搅拌25~45min。
本发明实施例的易清洗冷镦成型油及其制备方法的有益效果是:
本发明的易清洗冷镦成型油采用合适配比的润滑剂、极压剂、抗氧剂和消泡剂等,具有极佳的润滑性能和极压性能,通用型强。
配方环保,不含有含氯成分,不污染环境,不会对人体皮肤造成刺激,同时因其无卤族元素,继而具有了极佳的防锈性,对生产设备不产生腐蚀,尤其是工件内孔不易生锈。
加入十二烷基亚磷酸酯,其作为一种含磷添加剂,与硫系极压剂复配使用时,具有良好的抗磨增强效应。并加入油酸乙二醇酯,其具有良好的抗磨性、抗腐蚀性和抗氧化性,能够进一步提升成型油对产品的保护效果。
此外,通过加入脂肪醇烷氧基化物和改性蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚,既赋予产品快速渗透的性能,快速地起到保护作用,又赋予产品易清洗的性能,简化对加工成品的清洗步骤。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。实施例中未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。
下面对本发明实施例的易清洗冷镦成型油及其制备方法进行具体说明。
本发明实施例提供的一种易清洗冷镦成型油及其制备方法,其按照重量份计,包括如下组分:
基础油40~70份、润滑剂17~38份、极压剂7~15份、十二烷基亚磷酸酯1~2份、高碱值合成磺酸钙1~3份、抗氧剂0.3-0.7份、消泡剂0.2~0.5份、油酸乙二醇酯2~5份、脂肪醇烷氧基化物0.2~0.5份以及改性蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚0.2~0.5份。
润滑剂和极压剂的适当配比能够提高满足冷镦工艺的润滑要求和高极压性能需求,同时,加入十二烷基亚磷酸酯,其作为一种含磷添加剂,具有良好的抗磨性和抗氧化性,特别是与硫系极压剂复配使用时,具有良好的抗磨增强效应。
需要说明的是,本实施例中的十二烷基亚磷酸酯可以是亚磷酸二(十二烷基)酯或是亚磷酸三(十二烷基)酯。
在产品中加入油酸乙二醇酯,其具有良好的抗磨性、抗腐蚀性和抗氧化性,能够进一步提升成型油对产品的保护效果。
此外,经过大量的理论研究和实践验证,发明人通过在产品中加入质量比为1:1~2的脂肪醇烷氧基化物和改性蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚,一方面赋予产品快速渗透的性能,在满足较高极压性、防止金属表面擦伤和熔焊的同时,它的极强快速渗透作用,第一时间达到接触表面,从而对模具也快速地起到保护作用,大幅度延长模具的使用寿命。另一方面,赋予产品易清洗的性能,简化对加工成品的清洗步骤,节约能源,提升效率。
需要说明的是,脂肪醇烷氧基化物和改性蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚均可以是市售产品。优选地,在其中一个实施例中,改性蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚可以通过以下步骤获得:将蓖麻油与二乙醇胺反应,得到具有酰胺基和羟基活性物的改性蓖麻油,改性蓖麻油与环氧乙烷反应获得改性蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚。
进一步地,在本发明较佳的实施例中,所述极压剂包括硫化脂肪酸酯5~10份和硫化烯烃2~5份。
极压性能的作用机理是指在高温、高压的边界润滑状态下,极压剂和金属表面形成高熔点化学反应膜,以达到防止接触表面发生熔结、咬粘、刮伤和焊熔,从而有效地保护金属表面。采用特定比例的极压剂能够起到优良的极压性能。更为重要的是,极压剂硫化烯烃和高碱值合成磺酸钙复配使用,能够有效提高产品的极压性能和润滑性能。
进一步地,在本发明较佳的实施例中,所述润滑剂选自三羟甲基丙烷脂脂肪酸酯、棕榈酸异辛脂、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯、硫化动物油基甘油三酯、油酸十二十四醇酯中的一种或多种。
进一步优选地,所述润滑剂包括三羟甲基丙烷脂脂肪酸酯5~10份、棕榈酸异辛脂3~6份、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯2~4份、硫化动物油基甘油三酯5~10份以及油酸十二十四醇酯2~5份。通过复配多种润滑剂,能够在高速、高效和精密加工条件下满足更加苛刻的加工要求,确保对不同金属材料的适用性。
进一步地,在本发明较佳的实施例中,所述抗氧剂选自硫化烷基酚钙和壬基二苯胺的一种或两种的混合物。
进一步地,在本发明较佳的实施例中,所述抗氧剂包括硫化烷基酚钙0.2~0.5份和壬基二苯胺0.1~0.2份。硫化烷基酚钙除了具有抗氧化性外,还具有良好的高温清洁性、抑碳能力和抗水性,能够进一步提高良好的保护效果,且壬基二苯胺兼具高温抗氧化性和高温热稳定性。
进一步地,在本发明较佳的实施例中,所述消泡剂为聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺。相比于现有技术中采用的含硅消泡剂,采用聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺的分散性能更好,并能够改善产品的稳定性。
进一步地,在本发明较佳的实施例中,所述基础油为矿物基础油。优选地,矿物基础油在40℃下的运动粘度为80~140mm2。例如在40℃下的运动粘度为90mm2、110mm2,但不局限于此。
进一步地,在本发明较佳的实施例中,易清洗冷镦成型油,按照重量份计,包括如下组分:矿物基础油55份、三羟甲基丙烷脂脂肪酸酯7份、棕榈酸异辛脂5份、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯3份、硫化动物油基甘油三酯7份、油酸十二十四醇酯4份、硫化脂肪酸酯7份、硫化烯烃4份、十二烷基亚磷酸酯1.5份、高碱值合成磺酸钙2份、抗氧剂0.5份、消泡剂0.3份、油酸乙二醇酯3份、脂肪醇烷氧基化物0.3份以及改性蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚0.4份。在该配比,易清洗冷镦成型油的综合性能达到最优。
本发明还提供了上述易清洗冷镦成型油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1,将所述基础油加热到40~60℃,加入所述润滑剂和极压剂,搅拌25~45min后得到混合物。
S2,在所述混合物中加入剩余组分,搅拌25~45min。进一步优选地,剩余组分的加入顺序依次为:先加入高碱值合成磺酸钙、油酸乙二醇酯和十二烷基亚磷酸酯,然后加入脂肪醇烷氧基化物和改性蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚,接着加入抗氧剂,最后加入消泡剂。每次添加完毕,都进行搅拌5-10min。
以下结合实施例对本发明的特征和性能作进一步的详细描述。
实施例1
本实施例提供的一种易清洗冷镦成型油,按照重量份数包括:矿物基础油40份、三羟甲基丙烷脂脂肪酸酯10份、棕榈酸异辛脂3份、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯4份、硫化动物油基甘油三酯5份、油酸十二十四醇酯2份、硫化脂肪酸酯10份、硫化烯烃2份、十二烷基亚磷酸酯2份、高碱值合成磺酸钙1份、硫化烷基酚钙0.5份、壬基二苯胺0.1份、聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺0.5份、油酸乙二醇酯2份、脂肪醇烷氧基化物0.5份以及改性蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚0.2份。
实施例2
本实施例提供的一种易清洗冷镦成型油,按照重量份数包括:矿物基础油70份、三羟甲基丙烷脂脂肪酸酯5份、棕榈酸异辛脂6份、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯2份、硫化动物油基甘油三酯10份、油酸十二十四醇酯2份、硫化脂肪酸酯5份、硫化烯烃2份、十二烷基亚磷酸酯1份、高碱值合成磺酸钙3份、硫化烷基酚钙0.2份、壬基二苯胺0.2份、聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺0.2份、油酸乙二醇酯5份、脂肪醇烷氧基化物0.2份以及改性蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚0.5份。
实施例3
本实施例提供的一种易清洗冷镦成型油,按照重量份数包括:矿物基础油55份、三羟甲基丙烷脂脂肪酸酯7份、棕榈酸异辛脂5份、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯3份、硫化动物油基甘油三酯7份、油酸十二十四醇酯4份、硫化脂肪酸酯7份、硫化烯烃4份、十二烷基亚磷酸酯1.5份、高碱值合成磺酸钙2份、硫化烷基酚钙0.35份、壬基二苯胺0.15份、聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺0.3份、油酸乙二醇酯3份、脂肪醇烷氧基化物0.3份以及改性蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚0.4份。

试验例1
采用MRS-10A四球摩擦磨损试验机进行冷镦成型油的性能测试试验,该试验机可实现60~0000N的无级调速,测试误差为±3%,主轴转速为1000r/min,测试产品的最大无卡咬PB值和烧结负荷PD值。其他性能均依据相关标准进行测定,例如GB/T 3536、GB/T 5096等。

从表1的数据可以看出,本发明实施例1-3制备的冷镦成型油易于清洗,且润滑性能和极压性能极佳,塑性好。

基础油40~70份、润滑剂17~38份、极压剂7~15份、十二烷基亚磷酸酯1~2份、高碱值合成磺酸钙1~3份、抗氧剂0.3-0.7份、消泡剂0.2~0.5份、油酸乙二醇酯2~5份、脂肪醇烷氧基化物0.2~0.5份以及改性蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚0.2~0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的易清洗冷镦成型油,其特征在于,所述极压剂包括硫化脂肪酸酯5~10份和硫化烯烃2~5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的易清洗冷镦成型油,其特征在于,所述润滑剂选自三羟甲基丙烷脂脂肪酸酯、棕榈酸异辛脂、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯、硫化动物油基甘油三酯、油酸十二十四醇酯中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的易清洗冷镦成型油,其特征在于,所述润滑剂包括三羟甲基丙烷脂脂肪酸酯5~10份、棕榈酸异辛脂3~6份、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯2~4份、硫化动物油基甘油三酯5~10份以及油酸十二十四醇酯2~5份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的易清洗冷镦成型油,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂选自硫化烷基酚钙和壬基二苯胺的一种或两种的混合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的易清洗冷镦成型油,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂包括硫化烷基酚钙0.2~0.5份和壬基二苯胺0.1~0.2份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的易清洗冷镦成型油,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺。
8.根据权利要求1所述的易清洗冷镦成型油,其特征在于,所述基础油为矿物基础油。
9.如权利要求1-8任意一项所述的易清洗冷镦成型油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
将所述基础油加热到40~60℃,加入所述润滑剂和极压剂,搅拌25~45min后得到混合物;
在所述混合物中加入剩余组分,搅拌25~45min。
