It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present application and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other. The application will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings in connection with embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic diagram of a column in an embodiment of a column and column assembly in an historic building model according to the present application is shown. As shown, the upper end of the post 11 has a shaft 111, the upper end of the shaft 111 has a journal 112, and the upper end of the journal 112 has a boss 113. In the present embodiment, the shaft 111, the journal 112, and the boss 113 are all cylindrical structures, and the diameter of the journal 112 is smaller than that of the shaft 111, while the diameter of the journal 112 is smaller than that of the boss 113. The diameters of the shaft 111 and the boss 113 may be the same or different. In addition, the bottom of the post 11 has a frustoconical structure 114 for connection to a ground member.
With continued reference to fig. 2 and 3, fig. 2 and 3 are schematic structural diagrams of fig. 1 and 2, respectively, illustrating a column and a column assembly in an ancient building model according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown, the purlin 12 has a shaft hole 121, and a notch 122 is provided at the upper end of the shaft hole 121.
In this embodiment, the upper portion of the purlin 12 has a dovetail 123 for connection with other components having dovetail mortise joints. In addition, one side of the square column 12 has a dovetail 124 and the corresponding other side has a dovetail 125. Dovetail 124, dovetail mortise 125 are used to connect with other components.
In an alternative implementation of this embodiment, the top end of the purlin has dovetail mortise for connection with other dovetail components.
With continued reference to fig. 4, a schematic diagram of the locking element of one embodiment of the post and column assembly of the historic building model of the present application is shown. At this time, the column 11 and the column 12 are not locked in the vertical direction, the column 11 is easy to slide down, and the separation of the column 11 and the column 12 is caused, so that the locking piece 13 needs to be inserted into the shaft hole for locking the connection between the column 11 and the column 12, specifically, the U-shaped structure of the locking piece 13 is inserted into the notch 122 of the column 12, the boss 113 at the top end of the column 11 is located between the upper inner wall surface 135 of the left side wall 131, the inner arc wall 136 on the arc wall 133 and the upper inner wall surface of the right side wall 132 of the locking piece 13, the journal 112 of the column 11 is located between the lower inner wall surface 137 of the left side wall 131, the lower inner arc wall 138 of the arc wall 133 and the lower inner wall surface of the right side wall 132 of the locking piece 13, the step 134 of the locking piece 13 clamps the boss 113 at the top end of the column 11, preventing the column 11 from sliding down, and the lower inner wall surfaces of the left side wall 131 and the right side wall 132 of the locking piece 13 are respectively provided with the clamping bars 139 and 1310. The distance between the straight line formed by connecting the clamping strips 139 and 1310 and the inner arc wall surface 138 of the lower arc wall 133 is slightly larger than the diameter of the shaft neck 112 of the post 11, so that the clamping strips 139 and 1310 support the clamping shaft neck 112 to prevent the locking piece 13 from sliding from the notch 122 of the square column 12.
With continued reference to fig. 5, a schematic diagram of a post in another embodiment of a post and purlin assembly in an archery model of the present application is shown. As shown, the upper end of the post 21 has a shaft 211, the upper end of the shaft 211 has a journal 212, and the upper end of the journal 212 has a boss 213. In this embodiment, the shaft 211 and the boss 213 are both cylindrical structures and have the same radius. For convenience of the machining process, the journal 212 is of a non-cylindrical structure having a connection portion 215 through which the shaft 211 and the boss 213 pass. In addition, the bottom of post 21 has dovetail mortise 214 for connection with other dovetail components.
With continued reference to fig. 6, a schematic diagram of the locking element of another embodiment of the post and column assembly of the historic building model of the application is shown. As shown, the locking piece 23 has no step on the arc-shaped inner wall, and only the left side wall 231 has a step 233 and the right side wall 232 has a step 234, compared to the locking piece 13. Further, the locking piece 23 has a lace 235, a straight tenon 236, and a straight tenon 237. Wherein lace 235 has an inner sidewall 238.
