Abstract
一种斜拉索气动阻尼装置,由同轴设置的上拉筒和下拉筒组成。上拉筒由上盖和上套筒组成,上盖上至少设有三根套有阻尼弹簧的拉杆,拉杆的下端与设于下拉筒内的下法兰相连接;下拉筒由下盖和下套筒组成,下盖上也至少设有三根套有阻尼弹簧的拉杆,拉杆的上端与设于上拉筒内的上法兰相连接;在上法兰和下法兰之间设有至少两个阻尼气弹簧和两个阻尼液压油缸。这种由多个阻尼弹簧、气弹簧和液压油缸组成的组合气动阻尼装置,阻尼力大、多种阻尼力相互互补,阻尼平稳;气动阻尼装置中即使有一个或多个阻尼元件损坏,气动阻尼装置仍能正常工作,使用寿命长,可靠性高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种斜拉索气动阻尼装置,尤其是一种斜拉索组合气动阻尼装置。
背景技术
目前,斜拉索用阻尼装置,主要由弹簧阻尼装置、液压阻尼装置和粘滞阻尼装置等单一阻尼装置。其阻尼力小,阻尼作用不明显;阻尼力不均匀,有阻尼冲击现象;阻尼装置易损坏,使用寿命短,可靠性差。
发明内容
针对现有斜拉索用阻尼装置存在的不足,本发明提供一种斜拉索阻尼装置,其由同轴设置可相对滑动的上拉筒和下拉筒组成。其特征在于:所述上拉筒由设有带孔耳环的上盖和上套筒组成。上盖与上套筒的上端相连接固定,上盖上至少设有三根套有阻尼弹簧的拉杆,拉杆的下端与设于下拉筒内可滑动的下法兰相连接固定;所述下拉筒由设有带孔耳环的下盖和下套筒组成。下盖与下套筒的下端相连接固定,下盖上也至少设有三根套有阻尼弹簧的拉杆,拉杆的上端与设于上拉筒内可滑动的上法兰相连
接固定;在所述上法兰和下法兰之间至少设有两个阻尼气弹簧和两个阻尼液压油缸。所述液压油缸缸体上端固定于上法兰上,液压油缸缸体下端设有带密封圈一的油缸盖,液压油缸活塞杆的下端固定于下法兰上,活塞上设有密封圈二,活塞上轴向至少设有两个通油孔,在活塞两侧的液压油缸内均充满液压油。
所述气弹簧,由气缸、气活塞和上法兰与下法兰组成。气缸的上端固定于上法兰上,气缸的下端设有带密封圈三的气缸盖,气活塞由活塞座和密封圈四及导向环组成,活塞座的活塞杆下端固定于下法兰上,导向环设于密封圈四下面,在气活塞上端的气缸内充有压缩气体。
所述密封圈四,由密封组合件和压紧装置组成。所述密封组合件由凹锥形密封圈和凸锥形压圈组成,凸锥形压圈压在凹锥形密封圈上面。所述压紧装置由弹簧和压盖及螺钉组成,弹簧设于凸锥形压圈上端,弹簧上端与压盖相接触,压盖经螺钉与活塞座相连接。
本发明的有益效果是:气动阻尼装置由多个阻尼弹簧、多个阻尼气弹簧和多个阻尼液压油缸共同组成。阻尼力大,能有效阻止和消除斜拉索的强力摆动;二是气动阻尼装置由多种不同特性阻尼力组成,阻尼力均匀平稳,无阻尼冲击现象,能有效提高斜拉索使用寿命;三是气动阻尼装置与斜拉索柔性连接,连接可靠,不易松动与断裂;四是气动阻尼装置中即使有一个或多个阻尼元件损坏,气动阻尼装置仍能正常工作,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
一种斜拉索气动阻尼装置,由同轴设置可相对滑动的上拉筒和下拉筒组成。其特征在于:所述上拉筒由设有带孔101耳环的上盖10和上套筒11组成。上盖10与上套筒11的上端相连接固定,上盖10上至少设有三根套有阻尼弹簧12的拉杆13,拉杆13的下端与设于下拉筒内可滑动的下法兰14相连接固定;所述下拉筒由设有带孔101耳环的下盖20和下套筒21组成。下盖20与下套筒21的下端相连接固定,下盖20上也至少设有三根套有阻尼弹簧12的拉杆13,拉杆13的上端与设于上拉筒内可滑动的上法兰22相连接固定;在所述上法兰22和下法兰14之间至少设有两个阻尼气弹簧和两个阻尼液压油缸40。所述液压油缸40缸体上端固定于上法兰22上,液压油缸40的下端设有带密封圈一401的油缸盖400,液压油缸40的活塞41的活塞杆下端固定于下法兰14上,活塞41上设有密封圈二410,活塞41上轴向至少设有两个通油孔411,在活塞41两侧的液压油缸40内均充满液压油402。
所述气弹簧,由气缸50、气活塞51和上法兰22与下法兰14组成。气缸50的上端固定于上法兰22上,气缸50的下端设有带密封圈三500的气缸盖501,气活塞51由活塞座511和密封圈四510及导向环512组成,活塞座511的活塞杆下端固定于下法兰14上,导向环512设于密封圈四510下面,在气活塞51的上端气缸50内充有压缩气体502。
所述密封圈四510,由密封组合件和压紧装置组成。所述密封组合件由凹锥形密封圈011和凸锥形压圈012组成,凸锥形压
圈012压在凹锥形密封圈011上面。所述压紧装置由弹簧013和压盖014及螺钉015组成,弹簧013设于凸锥形压圈012上端,弹簧013上端与压盖014相接触,压盖014经螺钉015与活塞座511相连接。
这种由多根阻尼弹簧12、多个阻尼气弹簧和多个阻尼液压油缸40组成的组合气动阻尼装置,即使其中有一个或多个阻尼元件损坏,气动阻尼装置仍可照样正常工作。
Claims (3)
1.一种斜拉索气动阻尼装置,由同轴设置可相对滑动的上拉筒和下拉筒组成,其特征在于:所述上拉筒由设有带孔耳环的上盖和上套筒组成,上盖与上套筒的上端相连接固定,上盖上至少设有三根套有阻尼弹簧的拉杆,拉杆的下端与设于下拉筒内可滑动的下法兰相连接固定;所述下拉筒由设有带孔耳环的下盖和下套筒组成,下盖与下套筒的下端相连接固定,下盖上也至少设有三根套有阻尼弹簧的拉杆,拉杆的上端与设于上拉筒内可滑动的上法兰相连接固定;在所述上法兰和下法兰之间至少设有两个阻尼气弹簧和两个阻尼液压油缸,所述液压油缸缸体上端固定于上法兰上,液压油缸缸体下端设有带密封圈一的油缸盖,液压油缸活塞杆的下端固定于下法兰上,活塞上设有密封圈二,活塞上轴向至少设有两个通油孔,在活塞两侧的液压油缸内均充满液压油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种斜拉索气动阻尼装置,其特征在于:所述气弹簧,由气缸、气活塞和上法兰与下法兰组成,气缸的上端固定于上法兰上,气缸的下端设有带密封圈三的气缸盖,气活塞由活塞座和密封圈四及导向环组成,活塞座的活塞杆下端固定于下法兰上,导向环设于密封圈四下面,在气活塞上端的气缸内充有压缩气体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种斜拉索气动阻尼装置,其特征在于:所述密封圈四,由密封组合件和压紧装置组成,所述密封组合件由凹锥形密封圈和凸锥形压圈组成,凸锥形压圈压在凹锥形密封圈上面,所述压紧装置由弹簧和压盖及螺钉组成,弹簧设于凸锥形压圈上端,弹簧上端与压盖相接触,压盖经螺钉与活塞座相连接。
