Abstract
本发明涉及除湿止痒皂,可有效解决既能达到洗涤去污作用,又能起到除湿、止痒、消肿、促进创面愈合,集清洁、防治皮肤病患于一体的问题,由以下重量百分比计的:皂基84.00‑98.00%、大黄提取物1.0‑2.0%、黄柏提取物0.5‑1.0%、芒硝提取物0.1‑1.0%、金银花提取物0.1‑1.0%和蒲公英提取物0.1‑1.0%制成,其中,将皂基水浴加热融化,冷却至45℃,加入大黄提取物、黄柏提取物、芒硝提取物、金银花提取物、蒲公英提取物,搅拌均匀,倒入模具中冷却成型即可。本发明原料丰富,制备方法简单,使用效果好,既具有洗涤去污作用,又具有除湿、止痒、消肿、促进创面愈合之功效,是肥皂上的一大创新,经济和社会效益显著。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及肥皂,特别是一种除湿止痒皂。
背景技术
肥皂是脂肪酸金属盐的总称。通式为RCOOM,式中RCOO为脂肪酸根,M为金属离子。日用肥皂中的脂肪酸碳数一般为10-18,金属主要是钠或钾等碱金属,也有用氨及某些有机碱如乙醇胺、三乙醇胺等制成特殊用途肥皂的。广义上,油脂、蜡、松香或脂肪酸等和碱类起皂化或中和反应所得的脂肪酸盐,皆可称为肥皂。肥皂能溶于水,有洗涤去污作用。肥皂的各类有香皂,又称盥洗皂、金属皂和复合皂。随着科技的发展,现有多种功效的药皂,但由于组分和制备方法上存在的问题,在药用价值上并不尽人意,特别是不具有除湿、止痒、消肿、促进创面愈合之功效,因此研制一种既能达到洗涤去污作用,又能起到除湿、止痒、消肿、促进创面愈合之功效的肥皂是业内所希望解决的技术问题。
发明内容
针对上述情况,为克服现有技术之缺陷,本发明之目的就是提供一种除湿止痒皂,可有效解决既能达到洗涤去污作用,又能起到除湿、止痒、消肿、促进创面愈合,集清洁、防治皮肤病患于一体的问题。
本发明解决的技术方案是,一种除湿止痒皂,由以下重量百分比计的:皂基84.00-98.00%、大黄提取物1.0-2.0%、黄柏提取物0.5-1.0%、芒硝提取物0.1-1.0%、金银花提取物0.1-1.0%和蒲公英提取物0.1-1.0%制成,其中,将皂基水浴加热融化,冷却至45℃,加入大黄提取物、黄柏提取物、芒硝提取物、金银花提取物、蒲公英提取物,搅拌均匀,倒入模具中冷却成型即可;
所述的皂基是由150g的水、73.5g的碱液、250g的棕榈油、100g的椰子油、150g的蓖麻油、195g的酒精和105g的甘油制成(公知技术,可直接采用市售产品);
所述的大黄提取物:将大黄作为原料药,药渣晾干后,用质量浓度70%乙醇进行回流提取3次,每次1小时,合并3次滤液,抽滤后经旋转蒸发仪浓缩成浸膏,121℃高压灭菌20分钟,称取5mg 70%乙醇提取浸膏(Ⅲ)用70%乙醇溶解,定容至5ml,配成原液,备用;
(2)黄柏提取物:取黄柏粉末,加入料液比为1∶20的质量浓度80%乙醇,在提取温度40℃、超声功率800w的条件下提取40min,提取2次,提取液用旋转蒸发仪浓缩,加无菌蒸馏水定容至相当于含生药量0.25g/mL,0~4℃保存;
(3)芒硝提取物:加无菌蒸馏水溶解即可;
(4)金银花提取物:取金银花,加蒸馏水浸没,浸泡1h,煮沸30min后过滤,药渣再加金银花重量3~5倍蒸馏水继续煎煮30min后过滤,同法将药渣再煎煮1次后过滤,合并3次滤液,煮沸30min灭菌,水浴浓缩至相当于含生药量1g/mL,灭菌,4℃保存;
(5)蒲公英提取物:取蒲公英粉末,加质量浓度30%乙醇,60℃浸泡1.5h,抽滤,滤渣再加入30%乙醇,浸泡0.5h,抽滤,合并滤液,3500r/min离心20min,取滤液用质量浓度30%乙醇定容至相当于含生药量1g/mL备用。
本发明原料丰富,制备方法简单,使用效果好,既具有洗涤去污作用,又具有除湿、止痒、消肿、促进创面愈合之功效,是肥皂上的一大创新,经济和社会效益显著。

以下结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作详细说明。
实施例1
本发明在具体实施中,一种除湿止痒皂,由以下重量百分比计的:皂基96.2%、大黄提取物1.5%、黄柏提取物0.8%、芒硝提取物0.5%、金银花提取物0.5%和蒲公英提取物0.5%制成,其中,将皂基水浴加热融化,冷却至45℃,加入大黄提取物、黄柏提取物、芒硝提取物、金银花提取物、蒲公英提取物,搅拌均匀,倒入模具中冷却成型即可。
实施例2
本发明在具体实施中,一种除湿止痒皂,由以下重量百分比计的:皂基96.7%、大黄提取物1.1%、黄柏提取物0.9%、芒硝提取物0.2%、金银花提取物0.9%和蒲公英提取物0.2%制成,其中,将皂基水浴加热融化,冷却至45℃,加入大黄提取物、黄柏提取物、芒硝提取物、金银花提取物、蒲公英提取物,搅拌均匀,倒入模具中冷却成型即可。
实施例3
本发明在具体实施中,一种除湿止痒皂,由以下重量百分比计的:皂基95.5%、大黄提取物1.9%、黄柏提取物0.6%、芒硝提取物0.9%、金银花提取物0.2%和蒲公英提取物0.9%制成,其中,将皂基水浴加热融化,冷却至45℃,加入大黄提取物、黄柏提取物、芒硝提取物、金银花提取物、蒲公英提取物,搅拌均匀,倒入模具中冷却成型即可。
实施例4
本发明在具体实施中,一种除湿止痒皂,由以下重量百分比计的:皂基97.9%、大黄提取物1.0%、黄柏提取物0.5%、芒硝提取物0.2%、金银花提取物0.2%和蒲公英提取物0.2%制成,其中,将皂基水浴加热融化,冷却至45℃,加入大黄提取物、黄柏提取物、芒硝提取物、金银花提取物、蒲公英提取物,搅拌均匀,倒入模具中冷却成型即可。
实施例5
本发明在具体实施中,一种除湿止痒皂,由以下重量百分比计的:皂基94%、大黄提取物2.0%、黄柏提取物1.0%、芒硝提取物1.0%、金银花提取物1.0%和蒲公英提取物1.0%制成,其中,将皂基水浴加热融化,冷却至45℃,加入大黄提取物、黄柏提取物、芒硝提取物、金银花提取物、蒲公英提取物,搅拌均匀,倒入模具中冷却成型即可。
上述各组分均是市售产品,本发明的贡献在于将这些公知的组分经科学研究、试验和对实践总结,有效组合在一起,给出的一种除湿止痒皂,可有效用于既能达到洗涤去污作用,又能起到除湿、止痒、消肿、促进创面愈合,集清洁、防治皮肤病患于一体的功效,在上述的各组分中,其中:
皂基制造肥皂的基础原料(基料),具有清洁去污之功效。
大黄为蓼科多年生草本植物掌叶大黄Rheum palmatun L.、唐古特大黄Rheumtanguticum Maxim.ex Balf.或药用大黄Rheum officinale Baill.的干燥根及根茎。大黄外用能泻火解毒,凉血消肿,治疗热毒痈肿疔疖。现代研究报道,大黄有抗菌、抗病毒、解热、抗炎、止痛、调节免疫力等作用。大黄不仅对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌及伤寒杆菌等均具有抑制作用;也能促进血小板在受伤局部聚集,增强止血作用,且可使血浆渗透压升高,促使组织间液向血管内转移,血容量增加,血液黏滞度降低,可改善微循环障碍,消除局部肿胀。为了减少药物用量,本发明中采用等效剂量的大黄提取物。
黄柏为芸香科落叶乔木黄檗Phellodendron amurense Rupr.、黄皮树Phellodendron Chinese Schneid.的干燥树皮。黄柏的抗菌作用为抗细菌、真菌、病毒及其他病原微生物。黄柏广泛应用于皮肤科,抗迟发型超敏反应的药理实验结果为临床对以DTH为主要发病机制的疾病,如湿疹、接触性皮炎和部分药疹提供了药理依据,同时黄柏及其提取物盐酸小檗碱的体外实验也证明了黄柏皮肤科和抗过敏、抗变态反应方面的应用依据。为了减少药物用量,本发明中采用等效剂量的黄柏提取物。
芒硝为含硫酸钠的天然矿物经精制而成的结晶体。各种实验证明,芒硝有很明显的消除肿胀的效果,因此常用于手术后肿胀及痔疮。为了减少药物用量,本发明中采用等效剂量的芒硝提取物。
金银花为忍冬科多年生半常绿木质藤本植物忍冬Lonicera japonica Thunb.的干燥花蕾或带初开的花。其主要的功效在于解毒、清热。金银花含有黄酮类化合物,其中主要包括两种:金丝桃苷、木犀草素,前者具有镇痛效果,无依赖性,后者具有大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌抑制作用;中药成分中的发挥油,可疏风散热,而且经过临床新鲜金银花提炼,可得到棕桐酸及芳香醇,主治痔疮。并且金银花中含有绿原酸及咖啡酸,可有效提高创伤性贫血患者止血效果。为了减少药物用量,本发明中采用等效剂量的金银提取物。
蒲公英为菊科多年生草本植物蒲公英Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.Mazz.或同属树种植物的干燥全草。蒲公英具有广谱抑菌作用,对革兰氏阳性菌、革兰氏阴性菌、真菌、螺旋体等多种病原微生物均有不同程度的抑制作用,并且具有很好的抗炎作用。蒲公英还可调节免疫力,提高巨噬细胞的吞噬率。为了减少药物用量,本发明中采用等效剂量的蒲公英提取物。
上述组分的有效组合,互相支持,既具有洗涤去污作用,又具有除湿、止痒、消肿、促进创面愈合之功效,并经试验取得了非常好的有益技术效果,有关试验资料如下:
本发明的临床疗效观察主要通过收集2018年9月-10月河南某医院肛肠科门诊及住院部的痔疮、肛门湿疹、肛肠术后的病人60例,使用本发明肥皂,经统计学处理,其中20例痔疮患者使用后,15例痔核明显减小,有效率达75%,20例肛门湿疹患者使用后,18例瘙痒症状明显缓解,有效率达90%,20例肛肠术后患者使用后,12例患者创面愈合时间比相似手术创面愈合时间减少3-5天,有效率达60%。临床观察综合有效率达75%。本发明肥皂除湿、止痒、消肿、促进创面愈合的效果明显,且相比同类除湿止痒产品,如洗剂、中药粉剂、膏剂、栓剂等更加方便、实用、耐用,因此受到广大患者的好评,是肥皂上的一大创新,有显著的经济和社会效益。
Claims (6)
1.一种除湿止痒皂,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比计的:皂基84.00-98.00%、大黄提取物1.0-2.0%、黄柏提取物0.5-1.0%、芒硝提取物0.1-1.0%、金银花提取物0.1-1.0%和蒲公英提取物0.1-1.0%制成,其中,将皂基水浴加热融化,冷却至45℃,加入大黄提取物、黄柏提取物、芒硝提取物、金银花提取物、蒲公英提取物,搅拌均匀,倒入模具中冷却成型即可;

所述的金银花提取物:取金银花,加蒸馏水浸没,浸泡1h,煮沸30min后过滤,药渣再加金银花重量3~5倍蒸馏水继续煎煮30min后过滤,同法将药渣再煎煮1次后过滤,合并3次滤液,煮沸30min灭菌,水浴浓缩至相当于含生药量1g/mL,灭菌,4℃保存;
所述的蒲公英提取物:取蒲公英粉末,加质量浓度30%乙醇,60℃浸泡1.5h,抽滤,滤渣再加入30%乙醇,浸泡0.5h,抽滤,合并滤液,3500r/min离心20min,取滤液用质量浓度30%乙醇定容至相当于含生药量1g/mL备用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除湿止痒皂,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比计的:皂基96.2%、大黄提取物1.5%、黄柏提取物0.8%、芒硝提取物0.5%、金银花提取物0.5%和蒲公英提取物0.5%制成,其中,将皂基水浴加热融化,冷却至45℃,加入大黄提取物、黄柏提取物、芒硝提取物、金银花提取物、蒲公英提取物,搅拌均匀,倒入模具中冷却成型即可。
