强，能提高人体吸收药物能力的白芥子20—40％、祖
司麻8—15％。本发明药力强，治疗周期短，制作工
艺简单，疗效显著。
Description
本发明涉及一种中草药，尤其是涉及一种治疗骨质增生的外敷药。
现有治疗骨质增生的方法，一般为三种：内服药、外用药和牵动推拿。内服药加工程序较多，制作复杂，且成本高，在加工过程中，大部分有效成份被破坏掉，服用后效果不佳，且有副作用。牵动推拿虽可暂时缓解病人的疼痛，但不能治本，有时还对骨质增生部位不利，可引起病变骨质破碎和局部发炎。公开号为1049453的中国专利文献公开了一种骨质增生的治疗液，对于液状的擦剂，虽可免除内服药的副作用，但其易挥发，疗效不佳，公开告为1045525和1051675的中国专利文献公开的治疗骨质增生的膏剂和粉剂，对治疗骨质增生有一定效果，但其组分间药效相互促进，人体吸收药效以及全方位消除因骨质增生引起的各种症状的效果欠佳。
本发明的目的在于提供一种药物渗透力强，药效相互促进，疗效显著，能够全方位消除因骨质增生引起的各种症状的，标本同治且无任何副作用的治疗骨质增生的外敷药。
为实现本发明的目的，本发明采取了如下的技术方案：针对骨质增生多是由气血瘀滞和肾脏虚亏所引起这一事实，本发明配有能祛风除湿活血的生草乌、穿山甲和威灵仙；能通筋络调气血的川芎、穿山甲、威灵仙、白蒺藜和栀子；能软坚复原的急性子和威灵仙；能破积块，除湿痹、清湿热和消炎止痛的雄黄、松香、铅丹、冰片、姜黄、大黄；为了增强人体对药物的吸收，本发明还加入有很强渗透能力，能导引诸药进入患处的白芥子和祖司麻，其特征在于上述各组分的重量百分比为：
白芥子20-40% 祖司麻8-15% 川芎8-15% 栀子8-12%
姜黄8-12% 生草乌3-% 松香1-5% 冰片1-5%
威灵仙5-12% 穿山甲1-8% 铅丹1-3% 白蒺藜5-10%
雄黄1-3% 天南星1-5% 急性子1-8% 大黄2-8%
本发明具有如下的优点和效果
1、标本同治，能全方位地消除由骨质增生所引起的各种症状。骨质增生多由两种原因引起，一是气血瘀滞型，一是肾脏虚亏型，第一种类型的症状多为气血瘀滞，筋络受阻，第二种类型的症状多为风寒侵蚀，湿热痰阻经络骨节，从而导致人体软骨部位退化性硬变、增生，本发明既配有通经活络、活血化瘀的药方，又配有能补肾强肝、清湿热的成分，同时还加入能软化增生骨质、破积块和消炎止痛的药物，既消除了引起骨质增生的根源，又消除了由这些原因所引起的骨质增生、发炎、疼痛等症状。
2、本发明的各成分间药效相互交织、相互促进。本发明中的穿山甲、威灵仙既有祛风除湿活血的功能，又有通筋络调气血的功效，威灵仙同时还有化瘀、软坚、破积块的作用；本发明中的急性子既有软坚复原的功效，又有化瘀活血、破积块的作用，各成分间功能相互交织和促进，使本发明成为一有机的整体。
3、本配方渗透能力强，药物易于人体吸收，疗效显著。本发明中含有渗透能力极强，又能扩张毛孔，引导其它药物进入患处的白芥子和祖司麻，这能增强人体对药物的吸收，提高药物的疗效，本发明经120名患者使用，有效率达94%。
4、本发明药效强，治愈时间短。根据本发明制成的外敷药袋，在一处敷用后，还可移往它处使用。
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
以下是根据本发明制备成一种能治疗骨质增生的外敷药的具体实施方案。
首先根据以下重量选用原料：
白芥子25克 祖司麻10克 川芎10克 栀子10克
姜黄10克 生草乌4克 松香2克 冰片2克
威灵仙6克 穿山甲4克 铅丹2克 白蒺藜5克
雄黄1克 天南星1克 急性子4克 大黄4克
然后根据以下工艺制备：
1、将上述药物晒干或烘干，各自研磨成粉末，过200目筛，混合均匀。
2、用薄细布制作成或圆或方的包装袋，直径或长度在9厘米左右，每袋内装入20克左右的药粉，即制备成一种能治疗骨质增生的外敷药。
使用时将药袋放进温水中浸透，捏去多余的水份（捏到不滴水为宜），再将药袋揉至药色全部渗透到布面时为止，即可将药袋固定在患处使用，敷药时间待局部有刺热感时开始计算，一般春秋天不超过45分钟，夏天不超过40分钟，冬天不超过50分钟。
本发明药力强，该外敷药袋如一处敷用，时间到后还可移往它处使用，也可几处同时敷用，治愈时间短，疗效高。

- 一种用于治疗骨质增生的外敷药，其特征在于：该药的组成成分包括白芥子、祖司麻、川芎、栀子、姜黄、生草乌、松香、冰片、威灵仙、穿山甲、铅丹、白蒺藜、雄黄、天南星、急性子、大黄，其中各组分的重量百分比为：白芥子20-40% 祖司麻8-15% 川芎8-15% 栀 子8-15%姜 黄8-12% 生草乌3-8% 松香1-5% 冰 片1-5%威灵仙5-12% 穿山甲1-8% 铅丹1-3% 白蒺藜5-10%雄 黄1-3% 天南星1-5% 急性子1-8% 大 黄2-8%
