Abstract
一种治疗扭挫伤的中药组合物，包括内服中药组合物和外敷中药组合物；所述内服中药组合物组分以克计量如下：川芎5-10克、红花5-20克、赤芍5-20克、没药5-20克、乳香5-20克、鹅不食草5-30克、栀子5-15克、穿山甲5-15克、大黄5-15克、五加皮5-30克、地茄子10-40克、乌药5-30克、常春藤5-15克、水茴香5-10克；按量配药煎服；所述外敷中药组合物组分以克计量如下：鸡血藤20克、没药10克、羌活10克、独活10克、鹅不食草30克、续断15克、白芷10克研成细末、加入5-10克磁粉，过筛混匀。
Description
本发明涉及一种治疗扭伤配方，具体涉及一种治疗扭挫伤配方，属于中药配方技术领域。
因扭挫、碰撞造成四肢、踝骨、腰、软组织、肌腱损伤、韧带损伤，红肿疼痛，是临床常见多发病，西医无特效药物治疗，常以固定制动，口服消炎止痛药；传统中药如中华跌打丸、云南白药、红花油等内服外敷，作用缓慢，疗程长，中国专利申请号：201510159215.2，公开了一种治疗扭挫伤的中成药，其包括以下成分：栀子、制乌头、重楼、元胡；所述各成分依顺序按比例0∶10∶10∶10配制均匀，经包装成中成药；上述技术方案通过一种治疗扭挫伤的中成药，能够有效活血化瘀、消肿止痛、通经活络，迅速消退痛疼肿胀；但其不是循序渐进地治疗；容易治标不治本。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明提出了一种治疗扭挫伤配方，采用内服外敷治疗，内服采用循序渐进治疗；达到治标和治本目的。
本发明的治疗扭挫伤配方，所述配方包括内服配方和外敷组份；
所述内服配方组份以克计量如下：川芎5～10克、红花5～20克、赤芍5～20克、没药5～20克、乳香5～20克、鹅不食草5～30克、栀子5～15克、山甲5～15克、大黄5～15克、五加皮5～30克、地茄子10～40克、乌药5～30克、常春藤5～15克、水茴香5～10克；按量配药煎服；
所述内服配方组份以克计量如下：鸡血藤20克、没药10克、羌活10克、独活10克、鹅不食草30克、续断15克、白芷10克研成细末、加入5～10克磁
粉，过筛混匀；用蜂蜜或生菜油将上药调匀，以压痛点为中心，局部外敷包扎。

本发明与现有技术相比较，本发明的治疗扭挫伤配方，其采用内服和外部局部热疗方式进行内外给药，提高好的治疗效果；外敷结合磁疗，进行深入治疗，提高治疗效果，内服采用中医循序渐进疗程，第一疗程能够理跌打折骨、活血止痛和治疗软组织损伤，第二疗程能够凉血、通淤散痛消肿、行气、温经通络和舒筋，最后一疗程能够补肾脏、顺气、温筋祛风、消积、活血、散瘀消肿，既能够对病症处进行散瘀，同时能够进行顺气、散去血脉中寒湿和加强肾
脏功能，加强患者免疫力，提高患处恢复速度，同时减小后期复发的可能。

- 一种治疗扭挫伤配方，其特征在于：所述配方包括内服配方和外敷组份；所述内服配方组份以克计量如下：川芎5～10克、红花5～20克、赤芍5～20克、没药5～20克、乳香5～20克、鹅不食草5～30克、栀子5～15克、山甲5～15克、大黄5～15克、五加皮5～30克、地茄子10～40克、乌药5～30克、常春藤5～15克、水茴香5～10克；按量配药煎服；所述内服配方组份以克计量如下：鸡血藤20克、没药10克、羌活10克、独活10克、鹅不食草30克、续断15克、白芷10克研成细末、加入5～10克磁粉，过筛混匀；用蜂蜜或生菜油将上药调匀，以压痛点为中心，局部外敷包扎。
