背景技术
由现有技术已知用于商用车的空气处理系统。
用于商用车的空气处理系统通常由多个主要构件如空气压缩机、空气处理单元以及多个压缩空气存储器组成。
用于空气处理设备的电子控制设备(英语:Electronic Control for AirProcessing Units(E-APU))在商用车中的使用已经存在较长时间。这样的系统提供压力控制、空气干燥控制和循环保护功能。
对于压力控制和回路保护功能而言,这些系统利用不同的压力传感器以便控制和监控压力水平并且这在商用车的压缩空气系统的不同的回路中进行。使用多个电磁阀,以便提供再生和压缩机控制功能性。
除了所述功能性之外存在的、用于空气处理单元的控制装置也可集成到所谓的空气处理单元中。

发明内容

集成的控制单元2能控制并且操控电动机3的频率转换器6并且还有空气处理设备40的全部功能,为此使用信号输入端7和信号输出端9。
借助接头7和9能实现:可对应地控制在空气处理设备40中的压力情况和空气干燥功能。
此外可行的是,对应地监控车辆状态、电动机状态并且还有空气处理状态并且将对应转速输出给电动机3,以便可提供用于压缩机5优化的且尽可能好的运行特性。
图2以立体图示出在图1中示出的商用车空气处理系统,该商用车空气处理系统包括压缩机5,所述压缩机通过电动机3驱动。
此外,在图2中示出空气处理单元40以及所属的(压缩空气)空气供应管路64。
电动机控制单元2在此直接设置在电动机3上。
电动机控制单元2在此具有两个数据线接头2a和2b。
此外,设置有电源接头2c。
此外,电动机控制单元2具有用于与商用车的例如CAN总线连接的接头2d。
在数据线接头2a上衔接有第一数据线62。
借助数据传输线62,电动机控制单元2与电动机3处于信号连接中。
在该示出的实施例中,数据传输线62与螺旋式压缩机3的油位传感器连接并且用于将油位传感器数据传输给电动机控制单元2。
在数据线接头2a上衔接有第二数据线63。
电动机控制单元2也借助数据传输线63与电动机3处于信号连接中。
在该示出的实施例中,数据传输线63与螺旋式压缩机3的温度传感器连接并且用于将温度传感器数据传输给电动机控制单元2。
原则上,另外的传感器也可通过该数据传输线与电动机控制单元2连接并且传输该螺旋式压缩机3的对应的运行数据。
此外,作为电动机3的集成式组成部分,电动机控制单元2通过接头与商用车的数据总线66连接。
数据总线66在此在该示出的实施例中是CAN总线,其为商用车的CAN总线。
在作为电动机3的组成部分的电动机控制单元2和空气处理单元40之间的通信因此通过CAN总线66进行。
空气处理单元40具有用于连接到CAN总线66上的接头40a。
通过利用CAN总线66实现:信号传输较不易受干扰并且也较少干扰信号可出现。
尤其是能以显著较短的导线工作,用于从电动机控制单元2至CAN总线66并且从CAN-总线66至空气处理单元40的信号传输,由此商用车的现有的本来存在的信号传输基础设施的功能整合并且还有利用是可行的。
如由图1和图2可看出的,电动机3、螺旋式压缩机5并且还有空气处理单元40是独立的单元。
当然,通过电动机3的电动机控制单元2不仅操控电动机3而且操控空气处理单元40。
因此,进行用于螺旋式压缩机5和空气处理装置40的控制和调节在电动机3的控制单元2中的功能整合,所述控制单元原本就必须设有大功率的控制和调节单元。
因此,可节省昂贵的电子元件,即在这里尤其是在螺旋式压缩机5的区域中,但也在空气处理单元40的区域中。
通过利用信号传输总线、在这里CAN总线86,进一步能够实现特别有利的信号传输,以用于通过电动机控制单元2操控空气处理单元40。

Claims (9)
1.用于商用车的压缩机系统,其具有至少一个压缩机(5)、至少一个驱动该压缩机(5)的电动机(3)、至少一个电动机控制单元(2)和至少一个空气处理设备(40),其特征在于,所述电动机控制单元(2)设计并且设置为使得该电动机控制单元控制所述电动机(3)并且至少部分地控制所述空气处理设备(40)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的压缩机系统,其特征在于,所述压缩机(5)是螺旋式压缩机(5)。
3.按照权利要求1和权利要求2所述的压缩机系统,其特征在于,所述空气处理设备(40)具有一个多回路保护阀和多个压缩空气存储器(51-54)。
4.按照上述权利要求之一所述的压缩机系统,其特征在于,所述电动机控制单元(2)具有信号输入端(7),所述信号输入端设计并且设置为使得所述信号输入端用于处理所述空气处理设备(40)的传感器信号。
5.按照上述权利要求之一所述的压缩机系统,其特征在于,所述电动机控制单元(2)具有信号输出端(9),所述信号输出端设计并且设置为使得所述信号输出端用于操控所述空气处理设备(40)的促动器。
6.按照上述权利要求之一所述的压缩机系统,其特征在于,所述电动机控制单元(2)具有压力监控调节模块,所述压力监控调节模块设计并且设置为使得借助所述压力监控调节模块能监控和/或能调节在所述空气处理设备(40)中的压力。
7.按照权利要求6所述的压缩机系统,其特征在于,所述压力监控调节模块还设计并且设置为使得借助所述压力监控调节模块能监控和/或能调节在商用车的至少一个另外的压缩空气消耗器中的压力。
8.按照上述权利要求之一所述的压缩机系统,其特征在于,所述电动机控制单元(2)具有空气干燥调节模块,所述空气干燥调节模块设计并且设置为使得借助所述空气干燥调节模块能监控和/或能调节在所述空气处理设备(40)中的空气干燥功能。
9.按照上述权利要求之一所述的压缩机系统,其特征在于,所述电动机控制单元(2)具有转速调节模块,所述转速调节模块设计并且设置为使得借助所述转速调节模块能控制和/或能调节所述电动机(3)的转速。
