Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of tobacco products, and particularly relates to tobacco shreds, a bead-blasting cigarette and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The main tobacco raw material of the tobacco shreds in the traditional cigarette is common tobacco leaves, a small amount of tobacco raw materials such as reconstituted tobacco leaves, cut stems, expanded tobacco and the like can be added for controlling the content of harmful substances such as tar, nicotine and the like, and meanwhile, tobacco essence can also be added for adjusting the smoking taste of the cigarette. The traditional cigarette flavoring process is to add tobacco essence into tobacco shreds; however, the chemical stability of the tobacco essence is poor, and the tobacco essence is easy to generate chemical changes in the processes of production, storage and transportation, so that the tobacco essence is easy to generate high-temperature cracking and generate a plurality of unknown substances and gases along with the complex combustion process of tobacco shreds, and the coordination and matching of the tobacco essence and the aroma substances contained in the tobacco raw materials are influenced.
The heating of the non-combustion tobacco product is mainly to add tobacco essence into tobacco raw materials, and evaporate and atomize essence components at low temperature (non-combustion temperature), thereby reducing the generation of harmful substances. However, since the heating temperature for heating the non-combustion tobacco product is far lower than the combustion temperature, the heating of the non-combustion tobacco product has a larger gap in both sensory quality and smoking mode compared with the traditional cigarette, and is not widely accepted by consumers.
The bead-blasting cigarette belongs to a novel cigarette. As shown in figure 1, the bead-exploded cigarette is prepared by adding tobacco essence into a filter stick of the cigarette in bead-exploded form, breaking the bead-exploded form before or during smoking to release the essence, and delivering the smoke generated by combustion of tobacco shreds to oral cavity along with the flavor released by essence evaporation. Because the bead-blasting cigarette integrates the respective characteristics of the traditional cigarette and the heated non-combustion tobacco product, the bead-blasting cigarette is developed and used more and more. However, the existing bead-exploded cigarettes still adopt a large amount of tobacco raw materials to manufacture tobacco shreds so as to ensure the sensory quality of smoking of the bead-exploded cigarettes, which causes the cigarettes to generate a large amount of harmful substances such as tar, nicotine and the like in the smoking process, and affects the health of cigarette consumers.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a popped bead cigarette with a low release amount of harmful substances and a guaranteed sensory quality during smoking.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a tobacco shred, and the bead-exploded cigarette manufactured by the tobacco shred has low release amount of harmful substances and good sensory quality. On the basis, the invention also provides a bead-blasting cigarette and a preparation method thereof.
