2.相关技术的说明
防水弹性体涂料适用于定向刨花板、胶合板、混凝土、建筑物的水泥或石膏板的表面。这些通常为约0.2-2.0mm厚的涂料可以通过滚轴或喷涂机来应用。出于效率的原因,优选喷涂选项。某些涂料混合物需要在275巴或更高(4,000psi)的高压下喷涂。目前仍持续需要改进的高固体防水弹性体涂料,其可以在较低的压力如275巴(4,000psi)或甚至207巴(3,000psi)下喷涂。

具体实施方式
涂料组合物
适合用作建筑物的防水涂料的组合物的两个组分是α,ω-遥爪甲硅烷基封端的聚合物、和增塑剂。该组合物的要求是聚合物与增塑剂之间的费多尔溶解度差不大于0.8。更优选地,费多尔溶解度差不应大于0.5。费多尔溶解度参数(Fedors SolubilityParameter)计算是一种著名的估算溶解度参数、汽化热和液体摩尔体积的方法。
聚合物加增塑剂占该组合物重量的30%至80%。如果聚合物加增塑剂在组合物中的重量百分比小于30%,则不能达到适当的物理性能和防水渗透。如果聚合物加增塑剂在组合物中的重量百分比大于80%,那么所希望的流变性能和应用性能就会受到影响。在一个实施例中,聚合物加增塑剂的增塑粘结剂占该组合物重量的约58%,颜料和填料占该组合物重量的约35%,其他功能性添加剂占该组合物重量的约6%,并且固化催化剂占约1%。
优选地,聚合物占聚合物与增塑剂的总重量的10%至70%,并且增塑剂占总重量的30%至90%。
在一个实施例中,该组合物在平行板流变仪上以1000cps测量时具有不大于4帕斯卡秒(Pa S)的黏度。在另一个实施例中,黏度不大于3Pa S。
聚合物和增塑剂
优选地,α,ω-遥爪甲硅烷基封端的聚合物是甲硅烷基化聚氨酯、甲硅烷基化聚醚、甲硅烷基化聚酯或甲硅烷基化丙烯酸酯。聚合物的起始黏度将显著控制防风雨(weather barrier)混合物的最终黏度。优选地,聚合物黏度在1000cps时不大于20帕斯卡秒,从而在1000cps时提供不大于4.0帕斯卡秒的最终混合物黏度。
优选地,增塑剂在通常为20-25摄氏度的室温下是液体。在优选的实施例中,增塑剂是二醇,如二醇二酯。合适的二醇是单、二、三、四或新(neo)取代的乙基、丙基、丁基或戊基部分。优选的二酯是己酸酯、庚酸酯或辛酸酯。
测试方法

根据表2所示的配制品实例,对聚合物、增塑剂、填料、触变剂、各种稳定剂、脱水剂、粘合促进剂、固化催化剂等进行测量,并在氮气吹扫下的脱水条件下用高剪切混合器进行揉制。此后,将材料密封在一个防潮容器(5加仑的桶)中。除聚合物和增塑剂以外的其他配合剂如下所示。胶体碳酸钙Ultra-Pnex(特种矿物有限公司(Specialty MineralsInc.))、研磨的碳酸钙填料Hubercarb G2T(胡伯工程材料公司(Huber EngineeredMaterials))、二氧化钛R-902(科慕公司(Chemours))、触变剂Cravallac SL(克雷威利公司(Cray Valley))、紫外线吸收剂和光稳定剂分别为Tinuvin 328和Tinuvin 770(汽巴精化公司(Ciba Specialty Chemicals))、脱水剂A-171(迈图高新材料公司(MomentivePerformance Materials))、偶联剂A-1120(迈图高新材料公司)、固化催化剂Neostan U-220H(日东化成株式会社(Nitto Kasei Co.,Ltd.))。

由实例1至5得到的组合物在1000cps时的黏度范围为2.0(Pa S)到2.8(Pa S)且费多尔溶解度参数差小于0.8。评估这些组合物在具有631喷嘴的Graco Mark V型无气喷涂机中的喷涂能力,并发现这些组合物在约3200psi的压力下是可喷涂的。组合物6-10在1000cps时的最终黏度范围为3.5至3.8Pa S且费多尔溶解度参数差小于0.8。它们可在4000psi下使用631喷嘴喷涂。实例6至10的最终黏度更高,因为α,ω-遥爪甲硅烷基封端的聚合物的起始黏度更高。
由对比实例A至C得到的组合物的黏度范围为4.7cps至5.0cps,费多尔溶解度差大于1.0。评估这些组合物的喷涂能力,并发现这些组合物不在Graco Mark V型无气喷涂机中喷涂。然而,这些组合物可以在约6000psi的Graco X-90无气喷涂机中用631喷嘴喷涂。
Claims (9)
